The Space:
This cozy home is perfect for a family or romantic get-away. The ground floor features a spacious living room, kitchen, powder bathroom, laundry/utility area and master suite with a king bed and bathroom attached. An oversized bunk loft, featuring 3 twin beds and 1 full bed overlooks the living room. Every detail has been considered in this fully stocked vacation home. The home comes with 2 parking spots directly off the back porch, free Wifi and streaming services, linens, plenty of dishes and cookware and a coffee bar. The front porch boasts an oversized swing with a twin-sized mattress. Picnic tables, a rock water feature and fire pit are steps from the front door.
Carlton Landing is a luxury walkable resort-style town on the shore of Lake Eufaula. This perfectly pink house is positioned within walking distance of community amenities such as a private swim beach, community pools and hot tub, a nature trail, ping-pong, bocce ball, several playgrounds, fire pits, grills and picnic tables. Rent a kayak to enjoy the private cove or bring your fishing gear and spend your time on the scenic boat dock. You can also sit in rocking chairs and take in the view at the breathtaking Overlook. It's a perfect place to snap cherished vacation photos! The town regularly hosts events featuring live music, pop-up retail vendors, spike ball tournaments and arts festivals. There are seasonal food trucks, a pizzeria, and a unique multi-function establishment called 'The Meeting House'. There you can enjoy indoor or outdoor seating, an outdoor fireplace, sports on multiple televisions, an extensive coffee and alcohol menu, quick bites like loaded chips and queso, and more. This is also the hub for purchasing Carlton Landing Apparel and seasonal items.
The town of Eufaula is a short 7 mile drive away, where you can find additional dining and retail options, golf courses, state parks and watercraft rentals.

Carlton Landing is designed so that every amenity can be reached by taking a short walk through the scenic landscape of this resort-style town. While the main attraction is Lake Eufaula itself, the town of Carlton Landing offers an impressive list of amenities. With free access to swimming pools, a hot tub, a swim beach and dock for fishing, basket ball, volleyball, ping-pong, playgrounds and hiking trails with a view of the lake you'll find plenty to do with your vacation time. Carlton Landing also offers frequent events such as live music, arts and crafts and fitness classes, pop-up shopping and festivals. During lake season there are paddle board and kayak rentals available on-site and watercraft rentals nearby. Airstream trailers located directly above the swim beach and marina make the cutest little food trucks you've ever visited and two local restaurants mean you'll never have to get in your vehicle to have a delicious meal! Carlton Landing Community Church meets on Sunday mornings at 10 and all are welcome (lake attire is usual)!Beyond the town, Carlton Landing is located between two Oklahoma State Parks, with nearby golf courses, horse stables and plenty of boutique and antique shopping.
