Great condo in Coco Plum, newly renovated, on a wide deepwater canal with private boat launch and trailer parking. Canal goes out to the Atlantic. There is a heated saltwater pool. It is l mile from sandy Coco Plum beach and a few miles from sandy Sombrero Beach park with facilities. There is a 7 day minimum rental. The rental rate of $134/night is for 2. Additional guests will be an additional charge of $15 per guest/per day. The maximum for guests is 4. Best fishing in
summer months!

We had a great stay. House was well stocked in kitchen and with towels etc. Met some really nice people. Located close to everything we needed and right on the water. Hope to come back soon.

Our condo was everything that the description says it is. It was absolutely spotless. The neighbors were very nice and helpful. The view was absolutely gorgeous .we also enjoyed the pool and the boat ramp with the dock. The owner did everything to make our stay wonderful with her communication ,early check-in that we enjoyed. Will definitely rent again.

My husband and I visit the Keys once a year and usually stay in Marathon. This is the first time we stayed at this location which we chose carefully because it had access to a boat slip. The condo was perfect for us! It was meticulously clean and was just as the photos depicted. The location was perfect because we rent a boat at Coco’s Boat Rental, which we highly recommend as well! The hosts were exceptionally easy to work with. We had not one issue! We will stay here again!

The place was just what we wanted, had a relaxed vibe very clean. My husband was able to fish right there on the channel. I thoroughly enjoyed the pool and as an added plus we had some manatee’s visit.

We had a lovely time in this condo. The location was very good for exploring the area around Marathon and even for a day trip to Key West. There was plenty of space for the two of us and we found the amenities to be comfortable. The kitchen is well supplied and we were able to cook many meals in the condo. We also enjoyed the perfectly heated pool and spotting a manatee swimming in the canal. Overall good experience and glad that we stayed here. Thank you.

My husband and I found the condo clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The kitchen had what we needed including items that we didn't have to buy like salt/pepper, plastic wrap, a few plastic containers, dish soap, paper towels, and a few kitchen garbage bags. Two kitchen towels and two sets of bath towels were appreciated so we didn't have to do laundry. Also appreciated two rolls of TP. The condo looks like it was newly remodeled with great kitchen and nice wood grain tile floor. Nice bathroom and bedroom. We enjoyed the balcony, pool area, and covered patio on the side of docks. We found the condo and neighborhood very quiet. Area is very nice and safe to walk/jog. Walking distance of Coco Plum public beach. Good location to explore upper and lower keys. Marathon has two nice grocery stores not far from condo. We recommend this condo and would stay there again, when we return to the keys.

The condo itself has the wow factor as soon as you open the door. There are 2 reasons why we gave it a four star. The first reason is that it listed a grill to use and we when arrived there and texted the manager, we were informed that the "outdoor grill is no longer available". For some people this might not be a big thing, but for us we love grilling. Secondly, the bed was too hard for our liking. That is just our personal preference. Everything else was fantastic and I would recommend people staying at this beautiful condo.

This location was great and exactly as described. We had a great week of fishing and relaxing. If you have your own boat or rent they have a launch/dock right in front of the unit. Parking is abundant and unit is very clean and kitchen fully equipped.

As a frequent visitor to the keys this property a great value and middle keys location. There are great restaurants close by and easy access to Atlantic Ocean for getting on the reef. The property is well maintained and clean. We had a great stay and some amazing spear fishing!

The location was spot on We had our boat and it was easy access to the Atlantic or Gulf Condo was very clean and beautiful Owner Ashley was awesome She allowed us to do an early check in as well We would definitely stay here again Thank you again for a wonderful vacation spot

This was really a nice condo for two people! Had every thing you needed, property manager even checked on us! Beach very close by! Only suggestion would be more towels. We took some with us which glad we did! And there are steps, we are 2 seniors, they where not an issue for us, but could see where they might be! But would highly recommend this unit!

We loved the location and ease of getting to all other Keys. The owner is great to work with and prompt at responding. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable. The living area and kitchen was a good size for the two of us too . It was recently updated which we liked. The pictures are current and accurate which we appreciated. Can’t wait to come back.

The condo was well appointed. We stayed here this year versus Key West so that we could participate in activities in Marathon and Islamaroda; perfect location for this. I’m not sure how I missed that the unit was 2nd floor but with my RA this would have been good to know. My only suggestion would be a blanket that can be added to the bed…we had a few chilly nights around Christmas this year and no additional cover. All in all a great rental.

Great location in Marathon. Convenient to restaurants, stores and tackle shops. Weather was beautiful for the week we were there. Only problem was there was no grill available for our use as was stated in the listing. Owners were very good as far as communicating with us as to what the problem was.

The Coco Plum condo was very updated and clean. In a quiet location with boat slip included. This location was close to everything we wanted to do while in Marathon. We enjoyed being able to walk to Coco Plum Beach.

Everything was as pictured, and the condo was impeccably clean upon arrival. Bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Very quiet and pleasant stay. Neighbors were all nice. We had 1 glitch with the TV and the owners were quick to respond to my msg, together we figured out that it just needed reset! Private boat ramp and dock were a great bonus to the property. When launching our boat, a neighbor was quick to help us. Same for loading it back up on the trailer, and that was perfect because it was just my husband and I. We were able to catch a variety of fish, and listening my husbands reaction every time that reel took off with another bite was PRICELESS. The pool was fantastic, very warm for November. Balcony overlooking the parking lot allows for a pretty good view of the sunset. Location is close to good beaches, world class fishing and some of the best food we have ever eaten. Can’t wait to start planning next year’s vacation at this affordable condo.

Our first time in the keys checking out the area. Couldn't have picked a better condo, beyond clean and comfortable just AMAZING!!! Communication with the owner ( they seem lovely ) was exceptional and even got a text while at the airport wishing us safe travels :) Lucky us when we got back to CT at 12:45am is wasn't even a bit cold out and I was still FLIP FLOPPING which it's a GOAL to be able to YEAR ROUND.

The unit was fresh, and impeccably clean. We swam in the pool at least twice a day, it was so inviting and quiet. The unit manager and owner we’re wonderful to work with, If any problems were to arise. They truly are there to make sure you have a wonderful stay, and we did, we will be back. The place was very clean and accommodating. Bigger than it looks online, only thing is couldn't tell which grill was available for use for the condo we stayed in, the ones there were private, if there was a community grill it wasn't clear wich one it was. I just bought my own at the Home Depot, not a big deal but I wish I had known before I got there. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody and we will be back in the future, great job.
