Find your beach escape in this 2 bedroom + loft, 1 bath cottage in a newer gated community. Only a short drive to sandy Wells Beach, Drakes Island, and the famous Ogunquit beach, with a trolley stop located in front of the community. This is an end unit, which includes a small private yard and is directly across from the pool! There is wood flooring throughout the unit. A fully equipped kitchen with with stainless steel stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, front loading washer & dryer, keurig k-cup coffee maker, toaster oven, blender and all the dishes and supplies needed. In addition to a small dining room next to the kitchen that seats 4 people, the kitchen island can sit 6 people. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the guest bedroom has full size bunk beds with a twin trundle bed. The living room has a sofa and arm chair and the enclosed sunroom has a queen sleep sofa that can be closed off for privacy. This unit is equipped with 3 flat screen smart TVs with expanded HD cable and wireless internet, Mitsubishi A/C system and heat, ceiling fans in all rooms, a new grill and an iron & ironing board. Included with this rental is access to the clubhouse with a game room, fitness room, pool and hot tub, and fire pits. The maximum number of people allowed at this property is 6 with parking for 2 vehicles. There are no pets or smoking allowed at the property.

An excellent place to stay for a get-away to South Maine. Clean comfortable and most importantly quiet!! We had a great time.

I took my kids and my nephew to Wells for a relaxing short vacation and we stayed in this cottage. It was very comfortable for the 4 of us. My kids slept in the spacious bunk bed, and my nephew slept on the futon in the loft. I slept in the queen bedroom. We all had privacy and it was lovely. The kids liked hanging out on the loft. I liked sitting on the lovely porch and knitting and drinking my coffee in the morning. The cottage is conveniently right next to the pool area, which has a glorious hot tub that I enjoyed. The kitchen had everything we needed in terms of kitchen tools. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

This is our 5th time using VRBO & was by far the VERY Best. The Cottage at Summerscape looks exactly like all the beautiful pictures. It was clean & well stocked. Our college & high school aged children enjoyed the pool & game room. The location was perfect for us because it is in its own secluded village, but a short drive from Ogunquit, Kennybunk & Portland. We enjoyed Wells beach as well. Monica was a dream to work with. She even texted while we were there to ask if we needed anything. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We spent 4 nights in this great cottage. It was beautifully decorated/furnished and could have easily been featured in a national magazine. It's very convenient to all the places you would want to visit in southern Maine. Great restaurants close by and shopping just minutes away. Thanks for hosting us, great memories.

We had an incredible vacation at Monica and Jesse’s cottage. We loved being able to come “home” to the cottage after our daily adventures. The game room and pool areas were terrific for adults and family alike. The cottage is very well-equipped and cozy, and the location is absolutely perfect - - close enough to everything, yet tucked away from the “business” areas of Wells, so it’s quiet and peaceful. The community members were friendly and welcoming too. We are very much looking forward to returning.

We (myself, my husband and my two boys) have been coming to Maine each summer for the past 5+ years and by far, this is our most favorite property we’ve stayed. The bunk beds were perfect for my sons (ages 6 and 8), the kitchen had everything we needed and more, the family and sunroom gave options for people to spread out and we absolutely loved the close proximity to the hot tub and pool. Everyone we encountered at the property (both owners and renters alike) was friendly and welcoming. The property is easy on and off to the highway and so close to the main drag in Wells. I so appreciated that the property had all bed linens (with ample back ups just in case!) and both bath and pool towels. Monica was communicative and responsive via email (we had no needs to call or text) and I was overall so impressed by the amenities in the cottage and property. My boys are already asking if we can return!

My entire rental experience was outstanding. This was a last minute trip before winter to fulfill a need for ocean air and seafood. Also, we had not traveled in three years due to covid restrictions. We were delighted with the prompt responses we received and our property manager, Monica, was just so helpful in responding to any questions. The property was spotless and well equipped in every way. We would definitely stay again.

We have stayed in many different places in the area and this was by far our favorite! The cottage was so clean and comfortable for our family of four. Location couldn’t have been better for access to the beach, local restaurants and shopping. Monica was always very quick to respond to any of our questions. We will be back!

Lovely condo...very clean and decorated very tastefully
The condo was awesome. I think the pool is too small for the number of units in the complex. .I highly recommend this condo to families with young children. It is an extremely safe environment.

The Condo was great, it had all we needed for a relaxing stay. Great location for beaches and shopping .I had to do some remote work will on vacation and the WI-FI access was quick and stayed connected.

The Summerscape community is lovely and quieter than others we have stayed at. The pool area and clubhouse are beautiful and well maintained.

The Summerscape community is lovely and quieter than others we have stayed at. The pool area and clubhouse are beautiful and well maintained.

This sweet cottage in a gated commnuity was the best place for our girl's trip. We were delighted the minute we stepped foot in the cotttage - beautifully decorated, very clean and cheerful cottage. The beds were very comfortable,. The cottage is an end unit so it was very private. Everything you need is there. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. This cottage is perfectly located in Wells away from the busy streets but close enough to visit York, Ogunquit, Kennebunkport and other beautiful places in Maine. Communication with owner was easy and she was very responsive. Would definately stay again. Just one note to be aware of .... the 2nd bedroom is not 2 twin beds as listed. It is 1 bunkbed with full size mattresses (just noting this in case this could be a problem for some renters). Do not hesitate to rent this place - it was perfect!

This was a fantastic place to stay. The listing is 100% accurate and the accommodations we wonderful. The space is well decorated, super-clean and contains a flexible configuration of beds/rooms. The recreation building (with ping pong, air hockey and foosball) were perfect for a rainy day where the beach wasn't an option. We also loved the ability to close-off the front room from the rest of the space when groups wanted some quiet time.

Situated just feet from the pool, the cottage is perfect for a family with kids. There is some green space behind the house to play and the fire pits are just beyond that. You really can’t find a better location.

It was a great place to stay - close to a couple of towns, Wells, Kennebunkport and Ogunquit.
We took a lobster tour, walked around town and drove to the Nubble Lighthouse. Great birthday trip! Weather was awesome.

Relaxing, just lovely!
The cottage was clean, comfy and overall a pleasure to stay in! We met some great people from the community at the pool, everyone was so nice and helpful! The common area, pool, game room, hot tub were so enjoyable. Our host was so easy to be reached and to talk with, made sure we felt at home.
We are planning our vacation for next year, would love to come back!
