Très bon séjour

Immeuble sécurisé, super emplacement, proche de la gare et de tous les commerces. Logement bien conçu, belle déco. Nous occupions le logement n°5

Logement non aéré, beaucoup de traces d'humidité sur les murs, VMC HS dans la salle de bain. Il manquerait un rideau sur la fenêtre de la cuisine, car pendant toutes les nuits, la lumière de la cour ou de la cage escalier éclaire le logement.

Cet hébergement est près des transports et de commerces alimentaires dans un quartier animé.

Le personnel réactif sous 24 heures et manque de matériel (draps canapé lit et linge pour la vaisselle).

le calme et la proximité des moyens de transport et de la ville 👍

Le check out doit être normalement vers *midi* non pas *10h* du matin La personne qui est venu le matin doit être plus poli, à 10h pile elle vient frapper sur la porte sans nous dire même pas bonjour L'eau de la douche se refroidit rapidement

L'emplacement

Une literie des plus catastrophique que ce soit le matelas dans la chambre (matelas gonflable) ou le canapé lit. Nous avons passé de très très mauvaises nuits ce qui a impacté fortement le séjour. L'endroit est aussi très bruyant.

Great location and price, would recommend.

Great place just off the main strip that runs down to the beach, was easy to get in and was clean and spacious, had everything we needed.

New glasses as the ones in the cupboards have a few chips in, maybe some beach towels for summer bookings/

Comfortable and great location!

Cute little apartment. Nice air conditioning. Close to the trams and train station.

If you have the sofa bed pulled out, it’s hard to across the stairs to the other bed.

Nice location and bathroom was good! Staff was also really communicative and readily accessible when we needed help

Pullout couch was pretty uncomfortable though bed up in loft was fine. Loft ceiling was short so you do have to crouch but wasn’t anything horrible for us.

A small room in Nice

Close to the city center

A room smaller than the images in the photos. We struggled a lot with little mosquitoes at night.upstairs bed area is too narrow..

Wonderful location with all the facilities we needed. We loved having a kitchen to do our own food preparation.

The location is fantastic if you’re basing yourself in Nice to do plenty of day trips. Close to the train station, plenty of shops and lovely local bakeries away from the main strip. It was great to have a kitchen after a month of travelling. Staff always responded promptly by phone or text .

Superb

Only a couple minutes walk to the train station and about 10 minutes into town. We were staying in Nice in the evenings and getting the train to Monaco during the day so the location was perfect for that. There is no staff on site but Salvatore was helpful and provided all the information needed through messaging

Clean, good location, but check in could have been done better.

The location was the only thing I really liked about this apartment.

I could not access the property when I arrived. I called the owner/manager and she said they had been sent to me. I said something was sent to me but it was all in French and I don’t speak French. Anyway after to and fro she sent me instructions in English. The unit did not have a wine bottle opener, so I had to purchase one. The door jammed on the first day and I had to ask for someone to look into it. I felt that was a real safety hazard in a fire. It worked after that not sure if anyone fixed it.

Nice weekend apartment.

Clean, great location. All the essential supplies were present, though if you wanted to cook, there was no salt or oil so we needed to buy our own large pacakges. The location was easy to reach from the airport and felt secure with all the locks!

We had a problem entering with the instructions. Luckily it was during the day and I could call the agency but if we arrived in the evening it might have been difficult to get inside.

Location

Quite noisy street at night, so might not work for everyone if they like to keep the windows open to get some fresh air. We used the aircon, so that helped somewhat to solve the issue.

The apartment is in a good location, very pleasant and clean, but there is a strange smell and the clothes smell of it even after staying in the apartment. The staff was correct except at the end where they asked us to clean the apartment, which is strange for us as guests to do

easy access to the center of Nice. close to tram and train lines. Good security. Easy check in. Had everything you needed.

the stairs leading to bedroom. people should be informed you can’t stand up in room upstairs as extremely low ceiling, even a young child would struggle. Due to low ceiling you are literally sleeping on a mattress on floor.

would not recommend.

the location

i was traveling with my parents and booked for 3 people but the sofa bed was not usable. It was dented in so much, it was impossible to sleep on it. also there was a very disgusting crusty brown stain on the side of the sofa bed. i messaged the property and they responded almost a day after with “okay”. the apartment was also swarming with little black flies which made preparing food or eating very hard. they would get on everything. our overall sty was uncomfortable. the elevator and the microwave were also not working. there were only one set of keys. also, no comforter for the bed just bed sheets. lastly, there were no cleaning supplies, not even a broom. made it very hard to clean on our part. i would not recommend this apartment for more than two people and definitely not for longer stays.

good apartment for short stays in nice for two people.

spacious enough for two people and had a good central location with effective security.

slight issue when arriving on getting the keys to the property as the safe used wouldn’t open with code given and we had to ask for help from other guests. Some of the facilities didn’t work such as the microwave.

A cozy apartment within a walking distance from old town.

The apartment owner was very communicative and the apartment had a good location.

The stove only has an on off function, that makes cooking a little hard. There were small little flies around that told us that something was unclean.

Great location, and everything was as needed.

Size was adequate, we just needed for sleep and breakfast, but its not an apartment you want to spend a lazy afternoon in. And why would you when you're in Nice :)

Awesome apartment, fits 3 people nicely. All furniture is new and clean.

The street is pretty loud and full of drunk people during friday and weekend

Very clean, fit well 3 ppl, all shops around, close to the trem station and 20 min away from the airport.

Bad sofa not really comfortable.
