The central kitchen is a chef's dream. An extended granite top island with seating for six is a natural gathering place for friends and family. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking and serving needs including all new appliances. Stop at the Windmill Farmer's Market in town and pick up some fresh produce to add an extra special touch to your meal.
Mealtime can seasonally be enjoyed inside or out by walking out through the 12' double sliding glass doors on the lakeside balcony off the great room. Enjoy your home cooked meal as the boats on Keuka Lake go by.
Throughout the house, two bedrooms and a sleeping loft are yours to choose from as you rest your head for bed. Designed with lake life in mind, each sleeping space boasts luxury nautical décor and offers an exquisite lake view. The lower level bedroom is equipped with a full size crib (bring your own sheets) and baby gates have been installed near the staircases.
Desirable amenities are continued outside where you'll find the custom firepit and the lakeside patio. 100' of shoreline is yours to enjoy. Sunbathe, fish off the dock, or bring your camera and see who can make the biggest splash jumping into Keuka Lake!

NOTE: Your safety matters to us! Just Bluffin' has 4 security cameras along the exterior of this home. The cameras are located along the back south corner of house shooting parking area, south rear corner of house shooting toward the lake, south front corner of porch shooting North and North front corner of porch shooting back to the west. The cameras do not look into any interior living areas.
Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.
Note:
1. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
2. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
