The Space:
Our space features five bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable king-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests. While the house carries the marks of time, it embraces its vintage character, creating a unique and genuine atmosphere. This simplicity adds to its charm, providing a minimalist environment that focuses on delivering a cozy and comfortable place to rest and rejuvenate.
With two separate living rooms, there's ample space for everyone to unwind and find their own corner of tranquility.
The house is designed with your comfort in mind, providing a serene haven for relaxation. It's a no-frills, down-to-earth setting perfect for those who prioritize a good night's sleep and simple living. Please note that we have a second kitchen located in the basement, but we kindly request guests to primarily use the fully equipped kitchen upstairs for their culinary needs.

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

Guest Access:
Guests will access the home through the front door. Convenient parking options include the driveway or finding a spot right in front of the house along the quiet street.
Once our dedicated cleaning team has prepared the house, check-in instructions will be promptly provided to ensure a smooth arrival experience. From that moment forward, guests will have the pleasure of enjoying the entire house exclusively to themselves. This includes the spacious bedrooms and inviting living rooms. The space is truly yours to savor and make your own throughout your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Convenience is key, and our location provides easy access to major highways, making day trips to nearby attractions a breeze. Whether you're planning to venture into the Rockies, explore charming nearby towns, or simply seek out new experiences in Colorado, you'll find that our neighborhood serves as an excellent starting point for your journeys.

Getting Around:
avigating your way around is a breeze. If you're planning to venture into the scenic mountains and explore the beauty of Colorado, having a car at your disposal is highly recommended. It grants you the freedom to journey at your own pace and fully embrace the breathtaking landscapes.

On the other hand, if your focus is primarily on exploring Denver and its nearby attractions, the convenience of rideshare services like Uber or Lyft will more than suffice.

Other Things to Note:
While staying at our home, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy the backyard, an outdoor space where we make efforts to maintain the lawn during the summer months. Please feel free to soak in the natural surroundings and find your own moments of tranquility. However, we'd like to inform you that as of now, there is no patio furniture available in the backyard.
Also take note that the fireplace is decorative only.
