This was a cute little condo. We had 2 littles and 2 adults it was just the right size. We were a little disappointed about the beach not being swimmable, but it was still a great location. Very quiet and serene. The property manager was so nice! Our girls loved seeing all the little lizards and tiny frogs around. We enjoyed both restaurants on the property and the little playground.

Place was amazing. Plenty of everything you needed. Nice studio place great for a couple. The 2nd floor outdoor balcony made morning coffee and water watching fabulous. We will stay here again.

I’ll start by saying that I had a few family issues come up after I had already booked the place, Jeanette was very very helpful to let me know that she had a few options for me if I wasn’t able to make the trip, which was very relieving, but we was able to make the trip !
As a single mother traveling with my children, I was a little nervous, but she did everything she could possibly think of to make it as cozy as I could imagine. We stayed for a week, there was plenty enough dresser room for us & closet space as well! I loved that she had a little stove top along with a fridge, microwave, crockpot , plenty of dishes , honestly, plenty of everything. ☺️ Everyone around was so very nice. I absolutely loved that she stayed in contact with me months prior to our arrival, & she was only a text/call away for any possible questions I had. The view of the river was amazing, we even got to see dolphins playing in the water, one specific one kept coming up to the side where we were sitting & the kids got to watch it do a couple little flips & showed us their tail. The beach was very much in walking distance as it was right behind us, great for the kids, just remember that it is at the bay , so it’s not as clear as some other parts of the ocean, but there is also beaches that are pretty close that we got to drive to & enjoy. She also had a chest of beach necessities if you wanted to use them! Just want to express how much I appreciate her for being so patient & kind. We will be back!

Jeanette was a great host. We experienced a small issue when we arrived (absolutely no fault of Jeanette’s) and I informed her of the issue. Our issue was resolved quickly by the property manager. Excellent communication and response. The pool was great and not crowded at all. We saw dolphins multiple times from our balcony. Great resort and views.

The property was perfect for us as a couple. It is as described and was comfortable and offered what we needed and then some. Beach towels, umbrellas, and a beach bag was appreciated. Contact with the host was stellar and a vase of fresh cut flowers was a wonderful added touch. The property is in an area with easy access to 2 restaurants, 2 pools and a marina with excursions available. We were able to view manatee and dolphins from the balcony. Definitely would return.

The unit was perfect for two of us. Clean, quiet and located conveniently to travel routes. All of the amenities you could ask for were available! The view was a spectacular bonus.

This condo was great for me and my 11 year old. It had all that we needed, even pool toys and beach towels. The view from the balcony was great. We saw boats and dolphins going by right from our window. Loved the beach! It’s not big, but the sand is soft, water is clear and you get a majestic view of St. Petersburg on the horizon. If you are looking for a place to unplug and get away from your busy life, this is it. Right next to the beach is a restaurant with great food and drinks. The area offers a ton of activities: boat tours, snorkelling, kayak rentals, etc. We will be back.

I saw dolphins daily. I loved the ease of check in. It’s right on a little beach but away from most tourists and traffic. It was a short drive to St Petersburg, Tampa and Sarasota so there is plenty to do while being away from the city. I felt safe and had everything I needed and more. All beach equipment was there. I would definitely recommend

Wonderful sunrises, clean comfortable room with everything you could need for fun in the sun. Location is close to many places to explore but is far enough to be quaint and peaceful. And yes, you will see dolphins at play from the patio. We already want to do this again.

We had a wonderful stay in this VRBO unit, an efficiency apartment in a beautiful bayside resort. The unit was very clean, well-lighted, smelled good, and tastefully decorated. It had clean, plentiful linens, cooking equipment with dishes and utensils, a coffee maker, a good-size fridge, and a nice TV. Super comfy bed and futon. The place was quiet. Beautiful, breathtaking sunrises over the water to enjoy with your morning coffee on the balcony. Gorgeous pool right on the water accessible with key fob. Nice little beach area with equipment rentals. Good gym/workout area accessible with key fob. Pier for fishing. Fishing charter boats and dolphin tour boats are also on the property. Nice playground for kids. The restaurant near the property is wonderful, and their prices are very fair. You can't beat the live music and sunset view from the restaurant, with St. Petersburg twinkling in the distance as the sun sets over Tampa Bay. It's a rare treat to enjoy the sunrise and sunset right from your "home". Extremely responsive and thoughtful host. We are already checking our calendar for a return trip to this specific unit. Thank you for everything.

Everything that we needed and more. This is a great place for 2 people. The place is prepped with chairs, umbrella, and a cooler for your beach days. We saw manatees just by walking around the marina. Also saw a dolphin from the balcony. The sunsets were gorgeous by the pier. With a little driving you can still experience everything in the Tampa/Clearwater area but with a lot less people. It was a great stay.

Just needs a new mattress felt like we was laying in a hole and got very little sleep and sore backs.Also alot around the property needs to be updated. It was a beautiful veiw and fairly quiet. The room was really clean and if theres an issue the manager was available to assist.

Ruskin Florida Get-away
Over all the place was lovely. Beach private. Didn’t meet property manager until mid-day on Friday. Left Saturday. We were out of the room a lot but it might have been nice to know where someone was located if there was a problem. According to door list there were no bottles of water in frig. View was terrific and while space was small it was fine for 2. Towels were super soft. Don’t know if it was pitched but when retrieving my charger from the power strip by the table, part of it remained in the unit. Naturally didn’t miss it until home.

I mainly used it to stayed each night comfortably but was out all day doing other activities.
It was quiet during the night.

Perfect getaway spot!
This place was the perfect for my past weekend trip to see my niece and her to boys ! The owner was attentive and quick to reply when I had a question and made me feel so welcomed! She has everything you need there too! We use her beach chairs and beach toys for the boys at the beach and pool toys and towels for the pool! We went to the two restaurant there for lunch an a dinner and then made a meal at the studio in the crockpot she provided! She leaves you with plenty of stuff to get started on your trip , such as paper towels etc ! We also played shuffle board which she has the chips and boards there to and fishing poles but we ran out of time but next time around! We all enjoyed ourselves tremendously! I will definitely be coming back to rent this studio again! Thank you again Jeanette for such a wonderful time!

Relaxing Getaway
Property was exactly as shown. My teenager and I really enjoyed the area. Lots to do within walking distance. Enjoyed the wonderful weather and wildlife. Wonderful and responsive host. Gave some great suggestions for activities. Would definitely stay again.

The property is situated on a beautiful marina. The very first day we arrived we were greeted by dolphins. I saw dolphins everyday that I stayed there. I will tell you, there is nothing quite like sipping your morning cup of coffee, while watching the sun rise from your balcony. Both the bed and Futon was very comfortable, tons of amenities to make your vacation more convenient and fun. The pool is heated and very clean. The Jacuzzi seats about 10. The beach is right there on the property and you can have lots of fun sun bathing, jumping in the waves or just sitting and watching the sunset. Our host Jeanette was an absolute sweetheart and very accommodating. I overslept on my last day there and ended up forgetting some clothes and she called me right away ro notify me and to help me make arrangements to get my clothes back. I was very pleased with the communication with the host from booking, to check-in, all the way through to checkout. I highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed. The beautiful atmosphere was everything I wanted it to be. Ruskin has all the conviences of home but is located in Paradise. Trust me, your going to love it here. What are you waiting for? Book now, you can thank me later. Lol

Beautiful Property, Professional Host, A+ Experience!
Overall, this was a great experience!! What was more impressive is how the host handled a slight hiccup. This was a hiccup at no fault of our host. That made this expedience even better. I know that every trip will have a hiccup along the way, what really matters is how the host treats the situation. Let’s just say that we were BEYOND pleased at how the host not only met but exceeded our expectations. I would recommend the host and the unit as 5 star across all boards. Beautiful location, great communication and professionalism from host, clean and well-stocked amenities in unit, and overall great experience. If you want to stay in a unit where customer service is number one, you’ve got the ty right place. Everything else just goes perfectly with the experience the host provides. Thank you!

Woke every morning to the beautiful sun. Many fish and a couple of dolphins put on a show. The condo had many nice cooking options and everything needed to cook meals. It was very helpful.

The owner and condo was awesome along with location
Anytime before, during, and after my trip the owner was very responsive. The room was very clean. The back patio looked out into the water, there are 2 pools, a hot tub, restaurants, and the beach. My kids went fishing and saw manatees. It’s a very nice, relaxing place to stay.

Excellent Host, Excellent Rental, Excellent Experience
The host for this property is great at communicating from the time you book to the time you leave. Not only is the unit beautiful, the unit has pretty much everything you need and more.We were not expecting to have the ability to use an oven or a Nuwave , have a full dining set, and tolietries to use. Jeanette goes above and beyond any host we've stayed with, so much so, that we've booked her unit again later in the year and considering booking a 3rd one. The best part about the unit is that it has a private balony next to the water. My goodness is it beautiful to sit outside and drink coffee and watch the sunrise. This condo has everything you need, the host provides an immaculate experience with all provided, and the property and what is has to offer is unmatched. Would recommend to anyone looking for a one-of-a-kind experience!

It was mostly quiet and we could sit on the patio watching tge fish jump. Had most amenities, except for blow dryers, which are found in most motel rooms. This room did have toaster oven, microwave, electric burner for cooking, a multi faceted coffee maker that uses regular ground coffee or Keurig pods. Two things i didnt like are first of all, hard to find at night. Also, the bed sounded like it was stuffed with paper. When i moved, i was afraid id wake up my other half and he was afraid of the same. All in all, very happy.

Short trip with Grandson
We had one of our grandsons down with us to enjoy car races, sunshine and warm weather. Two out of three isn't too bad. It was way too cold to do much on the beach and pool but we had fun just being with family.
