OCEAN FRONT, 4 Bedroom/ 2 Bathroom Beach House, if you want a week at the beach that you will never forget!
Enjoy the glorious vistas of the ocean and beach from the balcony off the living and kitchen area of the beach house. Fall asleep to the crashing ocean waves and wake up to an unimaginable sunrise over the ocean.
This unit has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and Ocean Front balcony. It has 3 televisions, free wi-fi/internet, and a fully stocked kitchen. There is a king bed, a queen bed and 2 twin beds in the 3rd & 4th bedrooms. There is also a blow up mattress in the living room.
Kitchen has microwave, stove, dishwasher, full size fridge, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all dishes/utensils. There is central air conditioning throughout unit.
Since the unit is ocean front, you are steps away from the beach. We have 4 beach chairs for your use to bring down to the beach.
The house is located right on the boardwalk, at the quiet end. You can enjoy a stroll to all the restaurants, shops, rides and entertainment and head back to your quiet beach house.
This beach house is custom decorated with a coastal décor. There is a very large balcony the same width of the living that has very comfortable balcony furniture. Spend mornings out on the balcony having your coffee and enjoying the sun as you watch the ocean and the beach.
Your rental stay comes with 2 designated parking space.
Please note: No pets are allowed, guests must be 25 or older to rent, we are family friendly, we have quiet hours between 10pm - 8am and this is a non-smoking building.

We had an awesome time in this beautiful place! What a view! What a perfect location!
We had all the comforts of home in a magical setting! Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for a large family to spread out. The pictures really don’t do it justice! There were extra beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use. We loved sitting on the front porch in the evening, watching the fun on the boardwalk. We didn’t really need much from him while we were there, but it was simple to communicate with Sean when needed. He was very kind and welcoming. We honestly can’t wait to go back!

We had a great week. The property was awesome - it was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Located right on the boardwalk just steps from the beach. We would definitely stay at this property again!

The rental exceeded our expectations. We had 5 kids and 5 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us. The location was perfect. The property manager was very easy to get ahold of and was quick to help with anything we needed. I can't wait to stay at this rental again!

This is the perfect spot for families! You step right onto the boardwalk and beach from the front porch. The house was very spacious and clean with enough room for 6 adults and 4 young children. The property manager was great and responded timely to any questions we had. This was a great location and we enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset from the front porch. We would definitely recommend the property and hope to visit again soon!

The front and back bedrooms had comfortable beds the two middle rooms had uncomfortable beds for adults. We enjoyed staying “on the boards.”

We love this property. We stayed in another apartment last year and knew we had to stay at this place again! Tons of room! Can’t beat the location and view. House was supplied with everything we needed. Property manager and owner were very attentive and answered all our questions within minutes. We will be back for sure!

You can’t beat this location. Right on the beach/boardwalk, close to everything you need and want to do. This is a middle unit, so there are people above and below, but you don’t hear too much. The porch is great for hanging out. The home is spacious and perfect for a family vacation. Will be glad to come back!

This property is near perfect. The location is great for the beach and boardwalk. Everything was very clean and all the details with check in were very easy. Plenty of kitchen items for cooking and lots of room for our family of 6. Do not hesitate to book this place! A small note I might suggest for the owner (which is minor and in no way takes away from this rental): some mirrors & trash cans in the bedrooms would be helpful, some nicer towels and having the beds already made would have made this a perfect 10 in my book! Thanks for sharing your lovely property, we made some great memories!

This was the perfect beach house! Our place was clean, tidy and spacious. The boardwalk and beach were right off our front porch. We couldn't have asked for a better location! We could see the sun rise and sun set from the porch, such a beautiful and relaxing experience. We would definitely come back and be recommending this place to our family and friends!

Stayed here with extended family for a summer holiday week. Incredibly convenient location but quiet at night. Nicely maintained, spacious and comfortable apartment with everything we needed. On site property manager was friendly and responsive. We would be happy to visit again!

We absolutely loved staying at Beach View! My 9 year old loved waking up every morning to the sunrise on the beach. The place was super spacious and very clean. We most certainly will recommend to family and friends. We will also we making this our new place to stay every summer!

This place is great! 4 bedroom and 2 bathrooms with a large living room and dining room. The front deck is perfect to just hang out. You can catch the tram right outside your door if you don’t want to walk down the 12blocks to where the amusement parks are located. Very nice location on the boardwalk. Plenty of restaurants and stores around on the 12th block. I highly recommend!

The perfect beach rental
The place was clean, bright and spacious, as advertised, with easy communication with the owner and on-site super. Location is the best—right on the boardwalk for people watching and sheltering from the rain on the big front porch. So convenient, with all of the modernization that a large family would expect. Will be back for sure!

Fourth of July week
Property is located directly on boardwalk ,perfect for large group of people , outside deck was great for people watching while enjoying coffee or cold beverage , house was very comfortable with a good amount of chairs and dinning ! Last house we rented had a bistro table for 10 people so we were very pleased to see room to sit and eat , house fully equipped with everything you need , only complaint is they need to put a shower bar in at least one of the two bathrooms my mom is elderly and that was her complaint . Other then that can’t ask for anything more other then maybe a grill , But we did bring our own and we Bbq on the fourth . Needless to say with the steaks on the grill made everyone looking to join our party of 10 .

Perfect Location!
The property location was beautiful and located right on the boardwalk! You practically step off the front porch and are right on the boardwalk then the beach. The home was nice. They also had beach gear such as chairs and umbrellas you can use. The home itself was comfortable. However, there are no vents in the bathrooms and the vent in the family room needed to be cleaned. Overall, we had a nice stay.

We had a very nice stay at the Beach Villa and enjoyed our week of family vacation. Everything was in order and the beds and living room furniture were very comfortable! Plenty of room for the 9 of us! My only issue was with the jack and Jill bathrooms. Both of the bathrooms were this way which was inconvenient and intrusive at times.

We had a very nice stay at the Beach Villa and enjoyed our week of family vacation. Everything was in order and the beds and living room furniture were very comfortable! Plenty of room for the 9 of us! My only issue was with the jack and Jill bathrooms. Both of the bathrooms were this way which was inconvenient and intrusive at times.

Great location Great place very happy with the stay I know Linda said they will be getting a washer and dryer which is much needed also the pots and pans are cheap and everything burns In them Teflon is much needed beds are super comfortable thank you for a great week with everything will definitely stay there again

We rented the villa for over a week and had a wonderful time. The beach is gorgeous and the boardwalk bustling. Communication with Lynda prior to arriving and with Sean after arriving was great. Good amenities in terms of soap, paper product(to get us started),linens, kitchen was well stocked, very clean home and well appointed. The air conditioning was effective and kept the house comfy. Some days we did yearn for a fan, a pedestal fan would be a good addition. The beds were comfortable. If you prefer a certain type of pillow and will be staying here More than a few days then I highly recommend bringing your own pillows. If you decide to cook, the kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans crockery and utensils, I think a good addition would be some nonstick pans as well to those looking to do some moderate cooking. However if not, there are plenty of food options on the boardwalk and off the boardwalk. We appreciated the fact that we could dispose of garbage each night into the common trashcan and not hoard it for days together, you’ll appreciate especially if traveling with a large group.Overall great hosts beautiful home and Linda was superb to interact with and very forthcoming with information.
