The house was perfect for our children and grandchildren. Bedrooms were spacious and with bathrooms. The common area was ideal for our 11 extended family members. The beach and pool were probably the most valuable aspects for our family, but the kitchen was a close second most valuable aspect. Grocery and dining ere nearby. The very informative notebook facilitated a quick adaptation to house and helpful instructions for our stay. The family had a unanimous vote to return next year.

We had our family beach week here in early August. So we had 7 adults plus 6 grandkids. Two of our grandkids have special needs. The layout with 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor with the pool & 2nd kitchen was great. There are 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The master suite is on the 3rd floor where the kitchen & main dining is located.
We don't go out to eat but have big family meals. We had plenty of accommodations.
A outdoor kitchen by the pool was very nice area. We cooked out twice.
There are lots of deck space on each floor. The outside stair is nice to kids up to the second floor from the pool.
A couple of things we'd like to see are fans on the 3rd floor deck, the only ice machine is the 3rd floor refrigerator so we got ice most days from the stores.

Our stay was beyond our expectations. The set up of this house with own bedrooms and own bathrooms made our stay exceptional. Beautiful home... with pool and access to beach made this family vacation an incredible experience with many fun memories. Highly, recommended.

Our family stayed here celebrating my mother's 75th birthday and it did not disappoint. Beautiful views of the ocean, amazing pool and was overall relaxing and fun. The kids enjoyed playing between the pool and the ocean and could not have had a better time.

We cannot say enough amazing things about the Ohana House. The communication with the host was always quick and responsive, check in and out were a breeze, and the home was incredibly clean. The house itself is beautiful and well laid out for a large group. We had family from age 1 - 72. The master bedroom on the main level and then the 4 bedrooms on level 2 with a split floor plan then the 2 bed suite downstairs allowed everyone to feel comfortable and have their own space. The main level and pool area were our gathering spots. The pool is PERFECT! The sunshelfs were a great place for the babies and also adults to lounge while the big kids could swim and have fun in the pool area. The boardwalk to the beach is directly next to the house. It is a bit of walk to get out there, with some stairs, so we never used the beach wagons, but that was not an issue. We only left the house twice!
A few recommendations: use Chef Vernetta!!! She created a delicious menu for our group of 18 that satisfied all ages and dropped off prepared meals twice that week.
Also if you want chair and umbrella set up on the beach each day, call Barneys. The house does provide chairs and umbrellas but we found it was easier due to the walk and stairs to use this service.
If you want to take a surf lesson, call the surf station. They were great!
Lastly, they have so many beach and pool toys. Life jackets also, so you really do not need to bring anything with you!

We are a family of 13 who spent a week at the OHANA House and it was perfect for our family. The house is beautiful and decorated beautifully. The beds are very comfortable and there are ceiling fans in every room. The pool is awesome and it is a short walk to the beach. Lots of great places to eat and so much to see. We enjoyed the fort, chocolate factory, distillery tour and a course several trips to Alvin’s.
We so appreciated the beach wagons, chairs, umbrellas, towels and toys available for our use.
If you are looking for a home that can accommodate a large group comfortably and offer the most amazing views then book the Ohana house. You won’t be sorry.

The 14 of us had an awesome vacation, the house was perfect, great location, amenities, weather!!! Only downside was the pier was under construction so access to the beach was a headache, but the pool was perfect. Plenty to do around the area, shopping close by, restaurants, etc. We will definitely rent this property again!!!!

This was a fabulous property. The kitchen was terrific for a thanksgiving meal; each room had a comfortable bed and full bath; we walked the beach everyday; the outside huge table allowed us to sit and watch the water, eat outside as we wanted to; there was plenty of seating inside as well and we even went in the pool. great vacation, thank you!

We had an AMAZING stay at the Ohana House! We celebrated a milestone birthday. Dinners and breakfasts on the back third story deck overlooking the ocean were amazing! The pool area was warm, relaxing and inviting! More than adequate chairs, towels and tables and other furniture! Each of the bedrooms and bathrooms was more than fairly sized and the living space was perfectly suited for the number of occupants as well. And, very important to this group, the kitchen had everything that even a bunch of foodies could ask for! Unfortunately, we were unexpectedly there during a hurricane, but the house manager made us feel safe and helped us to be adequately resourced for a hurricane. I couldn't say enough good things about Ohana House and our time spent there (even with the hurricane), and we will definitely return!

We just did our big family vacation at Ohana and it was great!! The house, pool and beach exceeded our expectations. We have done many family vacations, renting large houses like this; Ohana was one of the best. The house and property are beautifully maintained. The house had everything we needed. Downtown St Augustine had a few nice restaurants. We also did some boat rentals and jet skiing, all within 15 mins of the house. Overall, awesome trip!!! Thank you!

We stayed at the Ohana House for two weeks with our extended family. It is perfect for all ages and has everything you could possibly need. The views and breezes from the ocean made it the perfect place for all of our meals. Easy and quick communication with the owner made it a very easy process.

Very thoughtfully planned property layout with every floor having a coffee / drink station and plenty of refrigerators, every bedroom a private bathroom. Plenty of toys (boogie boards, beach chairs, corn hole, etc.). The kitchens were ridiculously well stocked.
Great place to stay for relaxation and for a fun active vacation with tons of areas for people to “find their zen” or to interact and have group activities.
Certainly a premier property with a resort feel.

Incredible House!!!
We stayed at this house with 4 couples and two children (4yrs and 2yrs) and it could not have been more perfect!! It felt like we were staying in a Serena and Lily catalogue. Everything about the house is perfect - from the scenic views from all the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, the two gorgeous kitchens and top appliances, the outdoor seating and dining area, fabulous pool, and even outdoor bathroom/shower (which was so helpful!). The beds were all super comfortable and we appreciated having so many towels! The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need between beach equipment, pool toys, and even a high chair. My only regret was buying pool/beach stuff for my kids in advance because the house had it all! It was amazing being right on the beach, but we spent most of our time by the pool because it was so fantastic. We are already looking forward to booking another trip here next year!

This house is even better than the pictures look!! The house is unbelievably well laid out for large groups. The pool is wonderful, easy access to the beach and every detail had been thought through! Coffee on each level, extra beds, all the kitchen appliances/gadgets you could ever need, comfortable beds and furniture, bathrooms galore and a view that is unmatched. The property manager was wonderful and a great communicator!! One of our favorite places we have ever stayed - a truly wonderful place!

My 60th at the Ohana House
This property is as advertised and more! I celebrated my 60th birthday with family and friends , (14 of us in total), the house easily accommodating us all. The amenities are plentiful and too numerous to mention. The host are extremely helpful (think restaurant or personal chef recommendations etc). At the risk of being to effusive in our review of this incredible beachfront property and its host Shea, I'll close with a "you won't regret renting this property, no matter the occasion."

90th BD celebration
We had a great trip to Ohana House. There were 11 adults and 1 child and the house was perfect for such a large, eclectic group. There are so many outdoor seating areas besides the pool everyone can have their own nook if they want, or be together upstairs in the main LR . The bedrooms are private and spacious and the house was incredibly well stocked with basic household supplies as well as beach towels, hats, toys, chairs. It was immaculate when we arrived and the house manager was very attentive and available. The only negative is there are many stairs and the elevator was not working well despite the house manager sending a repair person immediately. It still never worked well so was not of use. So not a great house for people who can't climb stairs. Other than that, a really wonderful place to gather for a large group.

This was an amazing property on a great beach. probably the nicest house I have rented. We had 16 people and were comfortable. the spaces are amazing and the attention to detail was impressive. High end stuff and a real resort like feel. We will go back. It was really lovely.

I can't say enough about this home and the accommodations. Truly the most beautiful rental home we've ever stayed in. And the ideal spot for a family of 11 adults and 2 little ones. Gave us plenty of room to spread out but then also get together as a group to enjoy meals. The stunning decor, the 7 en suites, the comfy king beds, the expansive outdoor living areas ... everything is top notch. And the host and property manager are so responsive and accommodating. Amazing Beach Getaway
Rented the house to celebrate my Mother's Birthday. The Ohana House is more breathe taking in person then in the pictures. It provided the room for us to all be together and the space to not be all confined in one room. The covered grill and decks areas allowed for outside social time even during the passing afternoon showers. The house was supplied with the added amenities to stay entertained poolside, at the beach, or being in-house on a rainy afternoon.
The property host Shea was very accommodating and responsive to our inquiries and even provided the recommendation of a fabulous caterer, Chef Vernetta, that provided a daily brunch and signature birthday dinner service. The separate kitchens areas allowed us to be serviced in one then social distance to the other areas to dine.
Looking forward to planning a return family trip in the future

Beyond my Wildest Dreams
This house is impeccable, tastefully decorated and has tons of space. The pictures truly doesn't do it justice! From the time we pulled up to the house we were blown away. Each room was as described however what was left out was all the extra amenities like beach towels and bags, coffee maker and grinders, a wagon to make going to the beach easier, chairs and umbrellas, boogie boards, pool noodles, board games for rainy days and cozy blankets to name a few. The pool was amazing and the beach was perfect! So much for children of all ages to do. Time and time again my family kept repeating how wonderful the house was.
The house manager, Shea and her husband Dan was super helpful and gracious! I called Shea to ask for kids floaties, when we arrived there were floaties, high chair and pack and play ready for our youngest family member. She share helpful tips from restaurant recommendations to where and when we could see the baby turtles. Her kindness added to making my husbands 50th both memorable and special. We most defiantly will return.

Perfect for a large group!
We had a wonderful week at the Ohana house. Our group consisted of friends and family from the ages of 13 up to 75 including a disabled man who requires a wheelchair. The house was absolutly perfect for us! There was plenty of space for everyone to either be together in the kitchen/dining area or spread out as they wished inside and outside on all the decks. Even though we had both night owls and early risers in the group, noise was never a problem. Every bedroom is extremely private, quiet and comfortable and all have fantastic views out of the ocean. It was really nice to have the elevator so that my disabled brother could get to the top floor but also for bringing up groceries or luggage. This is such a beautifully-decorated, well-planned house. And the location on the beach is ideal. We were able to get my brother in his beach wheelchair to the beach using the boardwalk next to the house, although it worked better to drive onto the beach since there are steps at the end of the boardwalk. One of the highlights of the week was being able to see a Space X rocket which had just been launched streak across the sky as we watched just before dawn from the top deck. Shea was so nice to work with and extremely responsive whenever we had any questions or issues. Ohana house is a gem and we couldn't have asked for anything more.
