Cottage style apartment located at the Beach. With two designated parking spots and a private entrance leading into a two-bedroom one-bath space with a loft. Full kitchen living room area and dining space. Water-views, a deck with a grill and access to a private sandy beach. Spend your day's kayaking, swimming, windsurfing, paddle-boarding or just reading. The property is fully furnished including the linens, dishes, grill, beach chairs and umbrellas. Lots of outside space with lawns, and a dock and float. 🌂

Roxanne and Ron’s place on Bailey Island is a New England paradise. The apartment was big enough for our family and airy with a view of the water. The beach was great for relaxing or for crab and sea shell hunting. Everyone had their needs met. The area is very quiet and the neighbors are all friendly. Roxanne and Ron were accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. They shared stories and recommendations with us. The house is a bit of a drive from stores, but that’s the kind of vacation we were looking for. Highly recommended by our family.

This property is exceptional. Roxanne and Ron are also exceptional. We loved relaxing, dipping into the ocean, the sunsets and the ocean breeze! A great home base for a great vacation.

We had the best time. The beach is perfect for any age, offering fun and relaxation for everyone. The hosts are incredibly friendly and hospitable, making us feel right at home. We can't wait to visit again!

Ron and Roxanne are real maritime Mainers, living at Cedar Beach for all the right reasons, and it shows: their aesthetic choices, their working dock, their hospitality -- lobsters fresh from their backyard! We so enjoyed their kindness and the quiet beauty & walkability of the neighborhood. I walked to The Giant Stairs every day, learned the stars on the early nights, slept like a baby and daydreamed through the golden fall days.

A PERFECT location for our Maine fall visit! EVERYTHING you'll need is a few minutes away WHILE being "remote" at the same time. The area restaurants are OUTSTANDING. Ron and Roxanne are wonderful hosts and they were so helpful in guiding us in our exploring.

Hosts were available 24/7 as the above garage apartment is adjacent to owners house. Although we did not need them for items, they are available. Property is A+. They keep it well groomed and it shows on the apartment we booked. The only wish would be for a small dishwasher as we had many meals in with only a few dinners out. Aside from that it was excellent. The beach on their property is clean and in a small cove so no waves and private to to public beach next door. Owners Roxanne and Ron were helpful and have great knowledge of the island and surroundings- a great resource. Would definitely return with another stay.

We had a great stay on the property! The space was comfortable, quiet and private, and having the option to hang out on the beach was amazing! Roxanne and Ron were helpful and easy to reach - Ron even made a bonfire on the beach for us on the last night of our trip! It was a wonderful time and we would stay again.

The listing speaks for itself the views and grounds were excellent. We (2) were comfortable in the apartment. Cooked some meals and eat out some. We're going back as there is more that Maine has to offer. We were lucky to find this listing. The owners were very accommodating to our simple needs.

This location is stunning! The apartment is above the garage of a beautiful oceanfront home. It’s just big enough to be comfortable and has great views. The private beach was amazing and where we spent most of our time. The hosts of this home are very helpful, attentive and not at all intrusive. This quaint little island is beautiful and quiet with a few local places to eat nearby. I’ll definitely be booking to stay again in the future.

The York’s home and attached VRBO is beautiful. The views are amazing. Roxanne has created a very comforting and peaceful setting/rental with plenty of space inside to relax. It feels like home … and has a beautiful setting and views. Roxanne and Ron are very attentive to their property and make you feel welcome . Bailey Island is a very special place. As someone who grew up on Bailey Island …. Trust me … this is the place for you to unwind, relax and enjoy all that Bailey Island and Casco Bay have to offer. ENJOY!

No complaints--we loved the house, which was pretty much exactly as described. We didn't have any issues but we appreciated the owners checking in with us and their willingness to help with anything. Very nice people. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The views were spectacular from all around the property, ocean on one side, inlet on the other, its own private all-sand (no rocks) beach. The accommodation was awesome and Roxanne quite hospitable. We plan to do it again.

We really enjoyed our week in Maine and at this wonderful apartment. The location is unbeatable and the hosts were great. We enjoyed the small private beach and all of the views daily. The apartment itself is equipped with everything one needs to live comfortably.

One of our most memorable family vacations! The location is amazing. Wonderful views of all the natural beauty of Maine with the benefit of a sandy beach for the kids to play in, and all right outside your door. Its Ron and Roxanne who really make the place special, though! They are incredible hosts and provided great insight into the area. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

We have long gone to Cedar Beach, but this property, a two bedroom apartment above the owners' garage, allows access to their private beach. The owners are easily available and responsive.This is a perfect spot: beautiful views to the Cribstone Bridge and open water surround the spacious lawns. We hope to return.

A Wonderful Apartment in the Best Location on Bailey Island

Located right along the shore with easy access to the private beach, views of the famous cribstone bridge, sunrises and sunsets, and the active lobster boats. We could sit and watch the scenery for hours or enjoy the activities on the island. Lands End, Giant Steps, sailing on the Schooner Alert, hiking, just to mention a few. Our hosts, Roxanne and Ron, were the best and treated us like new-found friends. Their hospitality was above and beyond any of our previous VRBO rentals.

Our hosts Roxanne and Ron were the most gracious hosts I've encountered in the 9 years we've rented VRBO homes. The property sits on a beautiful and quiet cove. The Harpswell area to me is Maine perfection, it's quiet, quaint, and peaceful with a number of hiking trails and water activities available. The accommodations were comfortable and just wonderful to come home to at the end of our day out and about.

Relax the stress away

We enjoyed every moment of our vacation! Roxanne got us set up and oriented to the space beautifully. The space fit our needs perfectly. We explored a lot of the opportunities that Bailey Island had to offer. We were able to walk everywhere which was amazing. Relaxing on the beach and swimming in the ocean were among our favorite things to do on our vacation. Based on our hosts recommendation, we were also to schedule a guided kayaking tour from H2Outfitters the tour and our guide were incredible. This is the perfect place to relax and refresh :)
