This large home is over 3000 square feet and is a wonderful place for the entire extended family to get together for the ultimate 30a beach vacation. This home features a pool, two courtyards, new furniture, balconies, a fireplace and an elevator.
Playa Maya is conveniently located within walking distance of the shops and restaurants of 30Avenue and Rosemary Beach. This tastefully decorated retreat is across the street from the Rosemary Beach Racquet Club and a quick 4 minute walk to the sugary sands and emerald waters of the Gulf.

Between the carriage house and main house is an amazing courtyard featuring a private pool and plenty of seating to relax during the day or after the beach. Behind the main house is a private back patio perfect for quiet outdoor dining and unwinding. This is our favorite property! Its a quick walk to the beach. Pool is awesome if its just too windy for the beach. Lots of fun outdoor spaces and four bedrooms all with their own bath. Well maintained-Perfect in every way!!

For my bachelorette my friends and I wanted a convenient and chill getaway. This property was perfect in terms of location! We could walk to the beach as well as to the local restaurants. The heated pool was great for late nights dips. Dolly was very responsive and easy to reach out to. Would highly recommend as 30a is becoming such a hot spot for bachelorette groups

This property exceeded our expectations! Dolly quickly responded when I had questions before booking just one week before arrival and communicated all the details of the property to perfection. We were a little confused when we arrived in the dark by which door to unlock and Dolly answered the phone on the first ring to help us. We traveled as a group of 4 adult women and we loved each having our own bedroom and bathroom. The home is decorated tastefully and is very clean. We were big fans of the elevator to get our luggage to the bedrooms, glass door refrigerator, Sonos sound system, comfortable outdoor furniture and outdoor lighting. We decided to heat the pool and throughly enjoyed it all weekend. The property is within perfect walking distance to the beach and Rosemary Beach restaurants and stores. We were even able to walk to Alys Beach for lunch one day. Honestly the only downside for us was that the stay was too short. We will return! Thanks for the amazing hospitality.

We loved this property! The house is beautifully appointed and the outdoor spaces are tremendous. Lots of room on the pool deck and in the evenings there is a second patio with a fire pit. The location of the house is great too - easy to get too before all the Rosemary beach traffic but still close enough to walk to everything. Dolly was great with communication and always available for any questions. We will definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect house for a girls weekend! Not only is the house beautiful and well supplied, the management company was great to work with! Quick walk to the beach and shops and restaurants in Rosemary. The house was also supplied with beach chairs which was a huge perk since half of our group flew in. Girls Get Away!
We are long time girl friends that come to 30A once a year. Great place-we each had our own room and bath. We utilized the beach chairs and umbrellas daily and all of the assorted outdoor spaces each evening. Fabulous location. Beautiful home-5 Stars all the way around!

The house exceeded my group's expectations, and all communications shared were prompt, informative, and helpful. A group of girlfriends rented this house for the weekend. We loved each and every space - warm sunny pool, shady backyard patio, awesome kitchen and great bedrooms. Very quick walk to the beach. Seriously a perfect rental. Only downside is the very loud alarm that goes off every time you open the door - sadly this is FL law but it's loud and very very annoying if you are going in and out to the pool. It's meant to protect kids but if you have no kids in your group it's a real pain.

Nice time at Playa Maya
Overall, this is a nice property and steps from the beach (although we used the public beach a little further down each day). Our party of 5 (3 adults and 2 children) stayed for 7 days. My kids are still talking about our vacation and this house in particular.
Pros:
The elevator was great (Just remember to close the gate once you exit and before you close the exterior door). The house has three levels and it was great to use the elevator to get to the top floor. Also, we had my mom with us--she used the second floor--and she enjoyed the elevator.
The pool was a hit. My husband and children are water babies so after a day at the beach we came back and used the pool each day. It is clean and it was serviced twice (Saturday before we arrived and Wednesday while we were there). There are also plenty of pool and beach toys to use for guest enjoyment.
We used the bikes to ride down to the beach. They are great but a little old (perhaps a little carport for bikes, or storing them in the garage) would keep them from being in the elements and getting wear and tear.
The ice maker makes the best ice! We enjoyed this. The kitchen has all the utensils one could need to cook and that was a plus.
The house itself is very spacious and we all had a place to be and enjoy ourselves.
Cons:
The cleaning crew left soda cans behind the bed and we had to vacuum when we arrived because the floors were dusty. I think this is probably because they are trying to get in and out but more attention to the small details would enhance guest stay.
The patio furniture is really worn and not usable. Their are several balconies and a nice outdoor patio on the first floor but we didn't use any of the furniture (except the lounges by the pool) because the wicker was in disrepair or the cushions were wet. Its too bad because we would have enjoyed drinking coffee and watching the sun rise from the 3rd floor balcony if the furniture were more appealing. The living room furniture is stained and so we put blankets on it for the week. The stains make the furniture unappealing to sit on.
The only tv that was watchable was the one downstairs in the livingroom. The others kept going in an out (in terms of reception. You couldn't watch a whole show or movie without the network going out). There is a sitting area on the 2nd floor with a TV. Perhaps at least that space could also have a workable TV? I can see this being an stronger issue with larger parties than ours...

Playa Maya was a great house for our family. It was roomy, well equipped and a great location. It has a great pool and is two blocks from Rosemary Beach. It is also a short walk to great dining and shopping. It would be a good house for many occasions!

We loved staying at Playa Maya. The property was beautiful, just as advertised. The manager was easy to get ahold of and prompt to address our questions (we didn’t have many).

We had 7 people and it was great. We could have comfortably fit more. We went to restaurants for dinner but I wish we would have gotten to use the amazing outdoor kitchen! We walked everywhere and brought chairs to the beach and biked around the neighborhood. Dolly was great and super responsive.

Beautiful Hone at Inlet Beach!
From the second you walk into the courtyard you feel like you are on vacation! Beautiful exterior space with great seating areas and the pool, which we heated, was just the perfect size. Sun hits the pool most of the day! Perfection inside with beautiful furnishings and accessories! Kitchen has everything you would ever need! A second back patio with dining table, couch, and fire pit! Great hanging out there in the morning, tree lights on at night create a cozy ambiance. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect with a balcony off of 2 bedrooms. Very comfortable beds!!! Walking distance to the beach and Rosemary Beach! Tennis courts across the street but there is a fee. We rented the carriage house for friends which worked out perfectly! Easy communication with Dolly who couldn’t have been nicer!!! Would definitely go back!!!
