Come enjoy the spectacular sunsets in this beautiful beach getaway home. A short 5 minute walk will bring you down to the sandy shore where you can spot dolphins and collect seashells. This 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home has a private rooftop deck with peekaboo ocean views. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Bars and restaurants are walking distance and LEGOLAND is only a quick drive away. Wherever your travels in San Diego take you, this is the place to experience your stay.

Getting around is very easy in this neighborhood. The Oceanside Transit station is 1 block away, where you can hop on the coaster and head to downtown San Diego and enjoy the Gaslamp area without having to deal with traffic or parking. You can even take the train all the way up to Disneyland! Downtown Oceanside is easily walkable, otherwise it's just a couple minute Uber ride. Close by attractions include: LEGOLAND, Casino, Carlsbad flower fields and downtown Carlsbad, Golf courses, Sea World, San Diego Safari Park, San Diego Zoo, Wine Country and beaches for miles!

This house is perfect for a trip to the beach! Tons of space for the whole family including a bunk room for the kids, bathrooms attached to every room, and a roof top deck. Beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys were so appreciated! The rooftop deck was so fun to sit with coffee in the mornings and wine at night. The house is walking distance to many restaurants and a quick 10 minute walk to the beach. We were 15 minutes from Legoland. The 2 car garage made it easy to park and unload, although, parking on the street in front of the house often had open spots. The house was beautiful and clean. Communication was easy. Our family likes to cook, so the only suggestion I would make is it would be nice to have a few larger pots for cooking and there are no ziplock baggies for packing snacks for kids for the beach (we just grabbed some at the store). We had such a nice time. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed the location. The ac air intake was very loud and terrible zoning. The poor ac zoning resulted in many hot spots, with the bedrooms very warm at night. However, the house overall was very nice and try roof deck was a nice feature. Prob would not rent again.

This is fabulous beach house that is perfect for families with a great location! We came to visit LEGOLAND with two families so had 8 total and the space was perfect. Us adults each had our own space with own bathroom and the kiddos loved the bunk beds with their own bathroom. The living space is also great with a space for kiddos to play and watch tv and a separate place for adults to relax and watch football. The house was very clean and had the necessities. Our host, Meghan, was very responsive and even let us know when the house was ready after being cleaned so we could check in an hour earlier than scheduled. We would absolutely stay here again! Thanks Meghan!

Perfectly outstanding in every way. All we expected was immediately available. This is clearly an experienced host providing a great property with all the necessary accoutrements, as advertised. And, walk to tbe beach! We are grateful.

The house was lovely and gave my family of 5 plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes. We enjoyed our time in Oceanside.

The location was ideal for us. Everything was in walking distance and close to the train depot. Would recommend. There was also lots of room for two families to stay and not be on top of each other.

We stayed here for a work trip. The house is beautiful. The second floor has all the bedrooms. The master bath has a giant tub that is very comfortable and made me late to work a couple times because I enjoyed laying in it so much. The beds are all very comfortable. After work, we sat on the terrace on the roof and discussed our plan for the next day, taking in the view of Oceanside. It's an easy walk to the Michelin bib gourmand Dija Mara (try the sambal tuna crudo) and Allmine pizzeria (excellent natural wine pairings and first class pizza). We had several successful business dinners because of the proximity of excellent dining and cocktail options.
The beds were comfortable and the couches even moreso. The neighborhood is very cute, and the patio smells of jasmine in the summertime

Great location! Clean and beautiful. Host was friendly and helpful! Loved that each bedroom had a bathroom. Updated and looked new. Rooftop patio was a favorite for our morning coffee. Comfy beds and large spaces to relax. Would definitely recommend this place! Thanks Meghan!

I have stayed at several rental homes over the years and never been in one as clean as this was. All the bathrooms were exceptionally clean as well as all the commonly used areas. With the high humidity and warm temps, our young kids refused to wear their socks in the house as is our general practice with rental homes. In the past, if our kids were to do that their feet would be dirty or black by the end of the day. Not here. Their feet were perfectly clean after the day which was honestly a surprise!
Everything in the house seemed to work well except for the DISH boxes which we weren't needing to use anyways. One of the boxes was missing a power cord and another in the front room had dead batteries in the remote. The TV's worked well and they had internet apps logged in so that solved what we wanted to watch anyways. The internet was decent but not super fast. There is a mesh network in the home so not too many dead zones at all.
Everything like the beds, faucets, tables seemed decently newer and taken care of which was a positive. Couches are comfortable and not worn out. Island in the kitchen is very large and can accommodate quite a bit of stuff. Fridge worked well and was also very roomy.
The main negative that we did find was the noise from the AC unit which was located in the upstairs hallway. It was right next to the middle bedroom and seems to be decently loud when it comes on. Our family who initially chose that room were woken up several time throughout the night from it. My suggestion is that light sleepers should chose the Master Bedroom or the room with the Bunkbeds.
The Balcony was nice and gave some decent views of the area. It was slightly raining when we went so it wasn't something that we were able to enjoy much. There is a small 6-8ft ladder you do have to climb to get up there so be aware if you plan on taking small children or even an infant with you. Also, it's not really a safe spot to let little kids hang out there without an adult to watch them.
The location was good and about a realistic 15 minute walk to the ocean if you are bringing things and kids with you. You do have to walk past and through the transit station which seemed to have a few homeless people hanging around it. They seemed to mind their own business and weren't asking for money or anything.
Overall, we would certainly consider staying here again. I would also recommend it as the positive reviews are quite accurate!

Very nice property exactly as advertised. The use of the 2 car garage was also greatly appreciated. Loved the location as it is both relatively close to the beach (an easy walk) and also close (walkable) to many restaurants, brewpubs and shops. Pretty easy to access the freeways too. It also happens to be a block away from the Oceanside Transit Center. One could easily hop on to the Coaster Train and get to many beach cities or even all the way in to San Diego and back as a day trip. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Oceanside (or Carlsbad for that matter).

Grandparents, kids, grandkids- everyone agreed this was perfect! Grandkids loved having their own bunk room and bathroom, and grandparents loved that it was at far opposite end! The extra beach toys, boogie boards, beach towels and chairs were a plus! Sunsets on the rooftop deck were delightful and location was walkable to beach (but we got dropped off with all our gear.) Great restaurants/ breweries within walking distance. Meghan was super responsive and took care of an issue with air conditioner even before we arrived! My only suggestion is the middle bedroom (our grown daughter and spouse used) could maybe use a dresser and perhaps a tv in there. But having TWO living/hangout areas with a tv each helped make up for it. Kitchen was well equipped and bathrooms had plenty of towels (the grandkids loved the little bottles of shampoo provided too!) We had some local friends come by and they agreed it would be great place for overflow family visits. Quick drive to Legoland completed our stay. Highly recommend!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay- this home is immaculate and had more than enough room for two families of four! Included everything you could ask for; from the two car garage, well-equipped kitchen, rooftop deck, and boogie boards! :) Loved the short walk to the beach and local dining! Loved my stay here! It's a very spacious interior and perfect for group trips. Check in was easy; we were sent a code for the front door. The large kitchen island and convection oven made cooking for the group easy and fun. There were also plenty of beds, and the two downstairs couches are comfy enough to sleep on in case some guests prefer that over the room with four bunk beds. Location is also great- walking distance to the beach and many great restaurants.

Our stay in Oceanside was smooth sailing. This house is perfectly positioned with eats, drinks and local flavor around the corner. We were so comfortable at the house, with space for the whole family to spread out and enjoy our vacay!

Perfectly clean. Well organized flow to the space. Fit 7 adults very comfortably. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms with every room was a huge plus. It is as spacious as it looks in the photos with high ceilings. It was peacefully quiet. 10 minute walk to restaurants. We were not dissapointed.
