PARKING: The attached garage provides room for one car. More street parking can be found across the street on Rossi Hill Drive. There is no parking in the driveway or you risk being towed.
TRANSPORTATION: The shuttle stop is just outside the door. It will take you to Deer Valley's Snow Park lodge or to Old Town, Park City Mountain Resort, the Canyons area and beyond. Another option is the free on-demand shuttles through the High Valley Transit app, so a car is not absolutely necessary. In the Winter, the town-home is perfectly located within walking distance to Old Town. For skiing, simply jump on the shuttle

The Olympic Park offers activities for all ages and abilities. The Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater at Deer Valley Resort is home to many outdoor concerts and events, including the Utah Symphony’s Deer Valley Music Festival, the St. Regis Big Stars, Bright Nights Outdoor Concert Series and the Frontier Bank Community Series by Mountain Town Music, every Wednesday throughout the summer. Our family of 11 really enjoyed this property, as we celebrated an Anniversary. Every guest had their own bath, which was a huge bonus! Great spa area downstairs and the elevator was a key part of my dad's ability to get to the pool table upstairs! The location is prime, but it is on a main road, so be mindful of that. The home is fully stocked with all amenties in the kitchen and bath, so we did not have any issues with amenties. We love Park City and this home is a good one!

Place was as expected and didn’t disappoint. The fact that it was directly in front of a bus stop made getting to and from mountain a breeze. The only suggestions I would make are if the owners could create a binder to tell you all the little ins and outs on the home to include tips and instructions as to how to turn stuff on and off etc…. The garage was quite wet given the fact that they got a ton of snow but we managed. Also trash cans were all full on trash day we had no room to put any bags and we were generating 1-2 per day. What a great week at a great place.

Stayed at this place for a long weekend of skiing and boarding. Had a large group and everyone fit comfortably. Morning wake-up and get ready was fast and easy with so many bathrooms. Bus stop is right in front so getting anywhere in Park City was a breeze. Loved it. Will be back.

Great time! Great house! We would’ve liked someone received us when we arrived and we had some trouble with the heaters. But overall, great experience, location and amazing house for vacations.

Our group of approximately 16 adults had a great time here, there was plenty of space both for living and relaxing, the bathrooms are large and plentiful, and the balcony was a great relaxation spot. We took advantage of the pool table and TVs, and cooked a few very large meals in the kitchen, which had plenty of plates and silverware for all of us. All in all it was a great time.

Wonderful house and location
Great house and location. Parking is extremely tight. Both making the turn into the garage and fitting 2 cars. Fitting 2 regular SUVs meant making the bumpers touch. But we did it! As a plus, the pictures label the master suite as a queen bed, but it is a king. Otherwise, everything was wonderful!

Beware of the parking situation
The house was very comfortable for our large family group. Everything was wonderful other than two issues that may not matter to everyone. The first is that there is no on-street parking or parking in the shared driveway. Renters must put cars in the tiny garage under the units. Unfortunately, our garage also had a bunch of furniture and other construction materials making a tight situation even worse. We had a large pickup truck and it was a chore to get it in there. Two cars were almost impossible. Also, the kitchen has fairly limited counter space which might not bother people who don't cook. But we are cooks and really struggled to find enough countertop work room. The caretaker was attentive even during the busy Christmas holiday and took care of our concerns about clogged sinks and slow dryers promptly.

Amazing Ladies Getaway
This property is great for large groups! It has two large gathering areas, many bedrooms with ample privacy if needed. It is about a 10 minute walk to downtown, and the bus line is conveniently located near by as well!

Great family retreat!
We had 14 guests total (3 of which were kids). The location and house was fantastic. Anytime we needed anything the manager was quick to react and fantastic. I highly recommend! The elevator was a huge plus too for a few of our guests.

Spring Break 2021
We had a wonderful stay! We traveled with 3 families (6 adults and 7 kids). The house accommodated our group and allowed for people to have space and spread out some. Such a huge benefit that there were 3 bedrooms with king beds! There are a lot of stairs, but there is an elevator if needed. The property was in a great location...we even walked into town on our no ski day for lunch and shopping. The drive to the mountain was a snap! We had a great experience and would come back to this house.

This place was a great retreat for 6 friends enjoying skiing and snowmobiling in Park City! Best location with perfect access to shuttle to take us everywhere we needs to go! Can’t wait to do it again!
