About this villa rental
Conveniently situated in a residential area between Aruba's pristine beaches (6 mins) and the charming town of Oranjestad (4 mins), Villa Tuturutu offers best of both worlds. Our fully air conditioned, modern villa with private pool offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms which accommodates up to 4 adults and 2 children comfortably. Our 2 large bedrooms offer a king-size bed, while our medium sized bedroom has 2 single beds (can be joined together). The bedrooms and living room are equipped with large flat screen TVs which offer a variety of entertainment choices (HD cable TV, apps for Netflix/Hulu/Prime, and XBOX gaming). There is high-speed wifi, both indoors and outdoors. Preparing your meals in our spacious, European-contemporary kitchen is a true delight. It is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a built-in coffee maker, wine cooler, an air fryer and other useful tools. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are available for your use as well. Furthermore, the backyard provides a variety of options to unwind - cool down in our private pool (measures 23' x 11', plus a 16' x 7' cabana extension), with 2 comfortable Ledge Loungers. Enjoy the outdoor shower or lounge with your family and friends in the outdoor gazebo. And for your piece of mind, the villa is equipped with a security system and a surveillance system which monitors all outdoor areas. Cameras are are pointed at the front yard, the back yard (the pool is within coverage), the driveway and the corridor.

Raoul's place was wonderful from start to finish! We were promptly greeted by Carter at the airport and escorted to the property in order to check in. The home was very well appointed with every amenity we could ever need, and the private pool was INCREDIBLE! It was a very comfortable place to relax after a fun day filled with sightseeing and activities. We definitely recommend booking Raoul's place if you're traveling to Aruba! We stayed at this property for 7 days for our spring break. Two families with two kids stayed comfortably in the house. The pool was a great hit for all of us! Property manager and owner were always very responsive to my messages. The house is located close enough to the beach and the city. I would highly recommend it! Definitely going back in the future!

The island is beautiful especially the beaches and weather....however, it is a busy island. This VRBO choice gave us a great opportunity to get away from the crowds and really relax and enjoy the heat. We did eat some breakfast, lunch and dinners out, however we also used the amazing kitchen - fully stocked with everything you need. Lots of glassware, sharp knifes, cooking utensils, pots and pans, air fryer...not to mention the Bosch coffee maker (WOW). We did not use the indoor living room or dining room area as the outdoor space was perfect for everyone to enjoy. Linens, towels, beach chairs and cooler were perfect. We hope to return to this beautiful, well located VRBO rental.
NOTE: We found it difficult to make dinner reservations as everything was fully booked....next time I would make reservations before arriving in Aruba. We also rented a car.

My family and I had a great stay Raoul's place. The house looks just like the pictures and it centrally located close to beaches in a nice neighborhood. We spent so much time in the backyard with the fabulous pool. We will return!

Our time in Aruba was awesome, however this property has its downfalls. The conditions of the house was not as advertised. The biggest issue was the non working AC in the kitchen. Temperature inside the main living area was unbearable due to one of the AC units being broken and when discussed with property manager he became defensive stating that “this is Aruba and it supposed ti be hot”. Master bedroom dresser was falling apart and dirty walls with exposed wiring. Beach chairs were not usable and rusted, fan in the gazebo was missing a blade thus it was unusable. Pool itself was great but the tiles around the pool were cracked, uneven and moldy. This property could be really nice but it has to be maintained much better. Not worth the price.

My husband and I stayed at Raoul's Ponton property for 8 nights mid-June and it was everything we could have hoped for and more. We are two adults in our late 30's and business owners, so vacations for us are all about total relaxation and privacy, instead of a planned out scheduled, tons of activities or excursions. This was the absolute perfect spot for what we were looking for out of an Aruban vacation. The house is well-equipped with anything and everything you would need from kitchen utensils and cookware to pool and lounging. The house is located on a quiet street and close to everything While we did not leave the house much, the few times we did we felt as though everything was a short 6-8 minute drive (beaches, markets, grocery stores, restaurants, etc etc). Laurence the property manager was always available via What'sApp and was quick to respond. We look forward to a future stay!

Our son and his wife stayed with us at the property and overall we had a positive experience here. The property is very centrally located and we rented a car so it was easy to get anywhere on the island from the house. The Property Manager Laurence was extremely nice and met us at the car rental company to then lead us to the property and explain everything to us. The showers are excellent and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen area is nice and there is plenty of room to gather in multiple spots indoors and outdoors.

My family of four (teens 13/15) loved this house! It was a perfect location to be able to drive north or south on the island. We spent every day exploring the different beaches, and spent the afternoons lounging outside and swimming in the fantastic pool! The pool loungers are awesome and there is ample seating out in the sun or in the shade. We loved each having our own rooms and there is air conditioning when you need it. The kitchen has most of the tools you need for cooking dinner each night there and the coffee machine is a lot of fun! We had one small issue and the property manager came out right away the next day and took care of it. He was very helpful with the check in process and getting us to the house the first day as well. We would highly recommend this house and would stay here again!

The house was spacious. Shower was wonderful. My husband enjoyed the built in coffee maker and enjoyed a latte caramel macchiato every day. We loved the pool, loungers, and gorgeous outside seating area. Very relaxing. We loved watching the iguanas on the gazebo.

We have stayed at Raoul’s house before and again we love how very central it is to everything. It is right off the new “highway” so it was fast and easy to get to baby beach (our favourite beach) or to downtown or to Palm Beach area. There are plenty of grocery stores nearby (we always rent a vehicle when visiting). The house is spacious and equipped with everything needed. Great backyard and awesome pool! We didn’t have any problems so we didn’t need to get a hold of the property manager but Raoul checked in with us to make sure all was good! :)

This was our first time renting a home and absolutely loved it! The house is beautiful and has lots of high end touches. We especially enjoyed the built in coffee maker and wine cooler. I had cappuccino, espresso, and lattes.....loved that machine! The shower set up was luxurious as well. We really enjoyed the interior of the house and the outside did not disappoint. The private pool was so refreshing and we enjoyed many dinners on the patio.
One if the best features of the property is working with the owner Raoul and the local property manager Laurence. Raoul checked with us often throughout the vacation to make sure all was going as expected. And Laurence was the local contact who took such great care in showing us the features of the home and answering any of our questions. He was professional, friendly, and provided lots of tips to make our vacation extra special. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience and would highly recommend this property! We are already planning our return visit!

I instantly fell in love with the modern style property. The home was clean, private, spacious, and gorgeous. The outdoor areas with private swimming pool was breathtaking and serene. The very kind property manager was helpful navigating the home and the area. The owner checked in on us via Vrbo a few times to ensure everyone enjoying themselves. In addition to the beauty and comfort, I felt safe staying here. I plan to return and would only stay at this property.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at our villa. It was about 5-10 minutes from all the high rise hotels and resorts and the downtown shopping. The pool and outside cabana were what sold us in the property and it did. It disappoint. Raoul was a very responsive and Laurence the local property manager was super helpful and very engaging. The villa is located among the homes of other locals, so it can few a little sketchy at first. But we never had a problem. And the added security of the alarm system was great. But we never once felt unsafe in Aruba. Would definitely recommend!!!

After renting this great place for several years in a row, it is truly like coming home. Well situated (and most of all safe), you can get everywhere on the island easily. Every time we come, we discover something new and somewhere different to experience, but always have this home to come back to that has just about everything you will need. We've come at different times during the years, and this time, the mango tree was dropping multiple mangoes daily, so we were making mango salsa and fruity drinks with its bounty! Raoul and Laurence are just the best. Thank you once again, Raoul and Laurence, for making a wonderful stay and not wanting us to ever leave!

Great for families
This was a wonderful property for our summer family vacation. We had 3 teens and a younger child and there was plenty of space. The pool was amazing to come home to after a long day at the beach. We did have issues with the refrigerator not cooling, but we made do with the freezer and wine fridge. This definitely needs to be fixed, though. Laurence was very hospitable and helpful. The in-person greeting and house tour is a nice touch and makes the stay go smoothly. Overall a great, affordable stay in Aruba!

2nd Stay at this Property and Already Planning a 3rd!
Just returned home from another fabulous vacation in Aruba and stay in this property. We visited Aruba in 2019 for the first time, stayed at this property, and everything was perfect. When planning our return in 2022, there was no question that we would return to this property.
The owner, Raoul, and the property manager, Laurence, are excellent to deal with. They genuinely care about your stay, and go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need from check-in to check-out, and everything in between. They made sure we knew how to contact them if we needed anything throughout the week, and responded without delay to our inquiries.
The property itself has everything we needed and more. In 2019, we travelled in a group of six ladies, and this year, we were a smaller group of three ladies. This property was perfect for both vacations, and the ample indoor and outdoor space makes the property perfect for any size group. We loved having the option of the private pool after coming home from the beach daily. It is the perfect space to relax and enjoy the outdoors before dinner. The house is well appointed with all of the amenities needed including high tech appliances, TV’s in each room and living room, awesome Sonos sound system, washer and dryer and air conditioning.
The property is only minutes away from everything by car - the airport, grocery stores, Eagle Beach, and Palm Beach Hotel area where you will find a variety of restaurants, night life and shopping, and access to the new highway which gets you to all of these places even faster is just seconds away from this property.

Family friendly gem
We were celebrating my dad’s 75th birthday in Aruba and were traveling as a party of 6 with two kids under 10. The house was newly and beautifully remodeled. Very open and bright. The rooms were large and the beds were comfy and worked perfectly for a family with kids. The pool was also a hit and was used daily. The outdoor space was private, comfy and well maintained. The property manager was so sweet, he picked us up at the airport car rental place and we followed him to the property. He was very knowledgeable and provided information about the property and area. The location of the house was great! Super easy to get to all parts of the island. The owner of the house was very helpful prior to our trip and answered all of our questions and followed up well.
I highly recommend this place and hope to come back again soon.
