Every room is clean, and the atmosphere is very cozy and relaxing. I love to go out to balcony to watch rhe sunrise and watch the sea waves. We will rent this property again next year.

We stayed here on a family trip and found it to be a great location with just the right space for our family of five. The unit was well cleaned and felt easy to be at home. We really enjoyed the deck which had beautiful views of the ocean and a nice breeze. We were able to watch the sunrise from the balcony every morning and loved it . Would definitely recommend

This remodeled condo is such a great place to stay!! We had a problem with the toilet when we got there. Our host had a quick response and sent someone first thing in the morning. Fixed no problem. Our kids and friends loved separate rooms and the being right by the beach with the view and outdoor patio. Would recommend!!

Condo was very clean. Amazing views! Easy check in. Host texts and checks in which I thought Was amazing. We didn’t need anything but she made sure you had a way to contact her if you needed anything. Never had a host this amazing before!

We are a group of 3 best friends that needed a little getaway & are So Happy we chose this condo & host! Laura was very attentive and apparently thought of everything when she designed, decorated and had all items needed! Best surprise, there was a bedside fan in the master bedroom closet. I, like most, love, need or want, lol a fan at night! Would recommend Laura & her condo always! ♥️

A beautiful and well appointed 3-bedroom rental with beach views from the primary bedroom and living room. More space than what we needed for our stay! Comfortable with good proximity to restaurants, coffee shops, and other hotels. Direct beach access from the building. Terrific engagement from our host leading up to and during the stay.

Comfortable/beautiful condo-clean, easy check in and out, convenient parking, awesome location-15 minute walk to boardwalk. Owner very responsive. No complaints except that we had to leave after 7 nights!

We stayed here for our annual family vacation with our two adult children (18,21). We chose this location because it’s within walking distance to the boardwalk, many shops and restaurants and an easy 5 minute drive to Broadway at the Beach. Everything about the unit was great. Plenty of space for everyone, easy parking, easy beach access. One of the best surprises about this unit is that we could see the sunrise from the front view and the sunset if you looked back inland from the balcony corner (I’m sure this is dependent on time of year and where the sun’s path is). Spectacular views all around. The beach at the condo unit was easy to access and plenty of room for everyone. Always people there but you never felt crowded. We will definitely look to stay here again!

Our family continued our annual Myrtle Beach winter long weekend break at this resort and we couldn't have been happier with our accommodations. This was our second year in this unit and we plan to return next year. The owner is extremely responsive, the location provides easy access to Boardwalk at the Beach and the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, the accommodations were extremely clean, and the pool, lazy river, and hot tubs were all well maintained by the resort. Myrtle Beach offers the perfect winter getaway and one that has been a family tradition of ours for ~20 years!!

The condo was just as described and very comfortable for 4 of us. We loved the location. We were able to walk everywhere. Lots of eateries across the street and one block down. Also walking distance to the grocery. The host was very responsive, even checked in with us when we arrived. We will definitely be back.

This condo was perfect for my family of 5. (mom, dad, grandma and two kids) It was clean, had everything you need and the view was amazing. Easy check in with door code provided before you arrive. I can tell the owner thinks like a guest. Ample amount of hooks, hangers and dresser space. Kitchen has everything needed to cook. Refrigerator was super clean. The AC just stopped working one night. I texted Laura in the morning and she had a service guy there within a couple hours and fixed the issue. I got such a nice vibe that Laura and her family wanted to ensure our stay was a great one, and it was!!

This has been one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in and we travel to Myrtle Beach yearly!! Laura was amazing to communicate with. Hotel and room were both very well kept - plenty of water amenities - oceanfront with a beautiful view!! And close to most of our typical dining places. So amazing!! The patio overlooking the ocean is great. Access to the beach and pools was quick. Our family of six were comfortable during our stay. The property was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was another plus. Shops, restaurants and grocery stores are nearby and an easy walk or drive. We would definitely come back to this property.

Condo had plenty of room for our group. Very clean and an easy check in process. Amazing Ocean views!! Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Beach bar right next to property. MB boardwalk area a short walk away. Would definitely stay there again on future Myrtle Beach visits.

Stayed week of 4/8. The condo was beautiful, clean and kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the view amazing! Location was great to walk or drive to attractions. The host checked on us to see if we needed anything which wad a nice touch! Would highly recommend stayong here!
