Step inside and the Black Pearl reveals wonderful beach and escarpment views.
Guests appreciate the natural thermal efficiency of the Black Pearls classic passive solar design using ventilation, orientation and insulation. A comfortable environment provided by managing sun, breeze and thermal mass.
And there’s a double lock up garage for our guest’s vehicles.
