A wonderful four bedrooms with two full bathrooms house, perfect for your visit to Indianapolis. This updated home has new flooring throughout the whole house, new furniture and comfortable new mattresses, as well all the needed amenities for a perfect stay.

Bedroom sizes were nice and they had everything needed for the stay plus some extras in case you forgot anything. I would say that the beds are closer to a full size bed and not a queen, but they are comfy. Overall, i would stay here again if in the area.

The house is newly remodeled. Everything was clean, the street was quiet, and Joe was very prompt in any response. However, the surrounding area was very run down, the bedroom furniture and dishes were sparse, and there are a lot to minor things that need fixing. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

This property was very clean, well appointed and the neighborhood was safe. We were a group of 3 women and children who were not familiar with the city or the area and it was a very safe and quiet area. It has easy access to the airport and the west side of Indy. Kitchen and bathrooms were great. Would definitely stay here and recommend it to others.

Joe's place provided everything we needed for an extended-family gathering. We had enough space for 3 adults and three teenagers, plus plenty of towels, bedding, and kitchen supplies for our group. The house is nicely updated, clean, and functional. A quiet little residential corner very near interstate access. Lots of good restaurants and grocery stores just a few miles west on the main thoroughfare. We look forward to coming again!

The house was clean with all things necessary. Plenty of towels and simple furnishings. We did not have any issues while staying! Right off hwy and only took about 10 mins to get downtown without being on the highway. Longs bakery was about 10 mins away very good donuts..lol.

Overall we were very happy with our stay at Joe's Place.
The house was very clean. It had everything you would expect a hotel to have and more (soap, tooth brush, ect.). The house is just minutes away from great food and things to do. It is just off the main road so it was easy to find with easy access in and out. We will definitely try to book this house for our next trip to Indy.

Great house and location
This house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. When we arrived, the house was very clean and was ready for our stay. It comfortably houses four people. It is close to restaurants (5 min drive), and downtown (15 min drive). We stayed five nights, and enjoyed each night. I would highly recommend this property.

Great place for a small group
This house was just perfect for out little group of moms. It was about 15 minutes from everywhere we needed to go and close to the airport. We loved the layout! Everyone had their own room and we didn't feel like we were stacked on top of each other .

Perfect for our visit to Indy: easy access to downtown and Lucas Oil stadium, restaurants close by, super clean with thoughtful touches (extra razors, tooth brushes, extra blankets and pillows, washer/dryer). A little worried about the neighborhood when we arrived (late at night) but felt totally safe once we knew the area. Great Value for any visit to Indy!

Property has 4 bedrooms each set up with a small table below a mirror,. This was perfect for 4 ladies getting ready in the morning to keep the bathroom open. All main floor. Attached usable 2stall garage available to use as well! We’ll set up living/dining room with enough seating for all.

Clean and perfect location
We were in town for the Grand Nationals Band comp at Lucas Oil and the house was in the perfect location for our trip. It was close to the downtown area and interstate but still far enough away to feel safe and in a quiet little neighborhood. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely keep this in mind for our future band trips.

IMS Boys Weekend
This house was perfect for me and my two friends and brother while in town for the Brickyard weekend. We each had a queen sized bed in our own bedrooms. Everything was super clean and it felt like a hotel with an abundance of bath towels, soaps, shampoo, toothpaste and even extra toothbrushes. The kitchen was great with pretty much everything you will need to make meals for multiple persons. The house is very updated inside. Beautiful back yard with a deck, bring your own lawn chair or grill because neither are provided. I asked the owner if we could bring our own grill and he immediately replied to me with a “yes”. I would definitely rent this house again next time we are in the Indy area!

Great Indy House
We enjoyed our stay at Joe's vacation home. The house was exactly as listed on VRBO. Great location and easy access to all Indianapolis has to offer. It's just off the interstate yet the small neighborhood makes it cozy and remarkably quite. We felt safe and we're very comfortable. The house is super clean!!! Pretty much everything you need,. Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of clean towels, toiletries, washer and dryer. Really nice back porch and nice size yard. The garage was also nice to have and pulling the car in at the end of the day was just an added bonus. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend the property!!!
