About this chalet rental
We rent our brand new chalet for 12 people, ski in and ski out, located in the centre of the LA PLAGNE-PARADISKI ski area (Les Arcs area + La Plagne area = 3rd largest ski area in the world), offering 425kms of skiable slopes.
Our chalet is just opposite the slopes (Petit Sauget ski lift) and the Piou-Piou children's club, and next to the Lac Noir cable car (for access to the La Plagne area) and the Télébufette cable car (free of charge, allowing you to reach the centre of the resort until 5.30pm).
The exceptional location of the chalet means that you can park your car on arrival (private car park at the bottom of the chalet) and leave it behind. You can do your shopping on foot (6min) or by taking the Télébufette cable car (200m from the chalet) or by taking the shuttle bus (stop in front of the chalet).
You can access the resort of Les ARCS by the Vanoise Express cable car (by taking the Plan Bois chairlift located 200m from the chalet).
The chalet of 165m² is composed of 3 levels, 5 bedrooms, 4 shower rooms and 1 bathroom, 4 WC.
( Possibility to rent a T2 for 2/4 people located below the chalet in supplement: announcement AB 1973758).
On the ground floor, there is a large living room: living room and kitchen with a splendid view of the valley and Mont Blanc, a large balcony on the valley side and on the slope side and a terrace. A cloakroom completes the whole to store and dry your stuff when you come back from skiing.
On level +1, two bedrooms (with TV) and two shower/bathrooms with WC.
On level -1, three bedrooms (with TV), three shower rooms and 2 toilets.
The living room includes a beautiful kitchen (kitchen designer with natural stone worktop) very well equipped around a large central island very friendly (6 stools): large American fridge and freezer, traditional electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine with pods, Krups filter coffee maker, Smeg kettle, Smeg toaster, Smeg orange squeezer, 2 Moulinex raclette machines, 2 Téfal fondue machines, large Lagrange electric multi-crêpe machine, 1 Bosch mixer, casserole dish, kitchen island with large induction hob and all the necessary kitchen equipment.
Living room with large corner sofa and dining room with a large table and 12 chairs, TV, wood stove (wood provided by us) and a Marshall speaker.
Terrace with 2.40m outdoor table and 2 deckchairs.
Very comfortable and cosy chalet, underfloor heating in bedrooms on level 1 and living rooms.
Hair dryer 2200W (in all bathrooms/showers).
Washing machine, tumble dryer and iron.
Private ski room with boot dryer adjacent to the chalet.
Possibility of adding a cleaning service during your stay on request.
We have a second identical chalet for rent next door, as well as a 4 person flat if you are too many people for one chalet.
The little "Plus" :
- Fresh bread and pastries are delivered in the morning (service provided by our trustworthy person who will give you the information on your arrival).
- The bedding is new and of high quality, the duvets and pillows are new (soft pillow or "memory foam" as you wish), "special back" top of the range hotel mattress.
- Sheets, towels and cleaning are included (sheets are not included in summer, please ask for them). Beds are made up on arrival.
- If you are more people, you have the possibility of renting in addition the T2 below the chalet for 4 people (30m2) including a living room (very comfortable sofa bed with wooden slats and thick mattress) with a fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a small shower room with WC.

- Room 5: 3 single beds 90 X 200 (possibility of bringing 2 single beds together to form a very large double bed of 180x200) and a dedicated shower room with WC.
