The condo is walking distance to the Mountain Creek ski slopes (100 yards) and Minerals Spa (0.2 miles). Just minutes from 5 world class golf courses, hiking on the Appalachian trail, Mountain Creek Waterpark, mountain biking, zip-lining, horseback riding, restaurants, wineries, breweries, apple orchards and a drive-in movie theater.

Bedroom 1 has a Queen-size bed, TV (Firestick)and2 large closets.

Bedroom 2 is a loft with high ceilings (10 ft+), Queen-size bed, TV (Firestick), dresser, coffee table, and futon(couch/bed)

Living Room area has 20 ft high vaulted ceilings, a Smart TV (Roku), 2 pc couch, , coffee table, and 2 bar stools for kitchen island.

Dining Room area has a table with 4 chairs and sliding doors to the deck with views of the mountains

Kitchen has an open layout with a large island, brand new stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, dish washer), microwave, coffee maker, washer/dryer, cookware, utensils, etc.

Bathroom is brand new and very clean The community pool is only currently open to residents since Covid.

Stayed with family for my daughters 16th birthday and it was perfect for our one night stay! We got a bit confused with actual unit number to get in the main gate but it worked out.

The property is very conveniently located & very nice & clean. We truly enjoyed our stay. Only one advise to the owner is to put some wd40 to the bedroom door downstairs. The little bag of gummy made my kid very happy. It’s the small thing that counts. 😆

We loved the proximity to Minerals Spa! Accessing the bnb was simple and the directions were clear, though I would have appreciated having the check in directions before the day of arrival, especially with regard to parking. We did not know there were limitations for cars. Host responded quickly to my messages. The space was clean and comfortable! Great communal space and balcony! We enjoyed our stay!

We came to the area to take the teens to the water park. The condo was a little further away than we expected, but it was only about 1 mile away, so that was not too far. The way the condo was laid out was good for a family atmosphere. I would stay there again, if in the area.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay here. This condo was in a great location with access to a pool. It is the perfect size for a small group. The owner keeps the unit clean and updated with new appliances.

Excellent place for Business Traveler

Host was incredibly helpful and sent all necessary information timely. Even followed-up about 1/2 way through the stay to make sure everything was going well. Unit was Spot on to the Pictures, lots of great amenities were available, stacked washer/dryer and Huge Fridge and full range oven. Felt professionally Cleaned and well-maintained, was a real pleasure and would highly recommend to friends and colleagues.

The unit was very clean, had plenty of amenities, was a 5 min drive from Mountain Creek Resort, included plenty of parking, spacious rooms and the host was excellent! Don't think of staying anywhere BUT here!

Nice place

This was my first time using VRBO. Don't expect code until day of check-in. Place was clean and well kept. Only downside was no blinds to the back door but that is my own preference to wanting to close everything up at nighttime, shouldn't be a deal breaker. Stairs to loft I didn't like but again goes to preference. If I had to stay again I would rather stay in the hotel on the grounds to have more availability to hotel resources.

Overall, this property was exactly as described and shown in the photos. A very comfortable space, and great location. While the place appeared immaculately neat and clean upon arrival, I ultimately had to give 4 stars for cleanliness because our feet and socks got pretty dirty after walking around during the day. Owner was quick and responsive to questions/concerns. Would have liked a couple more conveniences in the kitchen such as pans to use in the oven or a toaster, but for the most part, the place was well-stocked and had what we needed. Had a great stay, and would consider again!

Did an overnight ski trip and rented this condo. Was perfect for a family of four to easily access Granite Peak. Well-appointed kitchen, comfortable furnishings, 3 TVs, clean overall and spiral staircase was a novel bonus for kids. Can walk or park near hill. Owner was responsive and helpful during booking and check in. Would stay again!
