Stylish Mid-Century Modern inspired retreat seconds from Rt. 36 taking you anywhere you want in the area or out to the mountains! If your trip is for vacation or work, this is the perfect base camp for you. Why limit your itinerary when Denver, Boulder & Golden are all within 20 min or less! There are many hiking trails within 30 min & ski slopes within 1 hr. A fully stocked kitchen, space for up to 8 guests, multiple outdoor areas, and work spaces make this an unbeatable space for your CO trip!

We stayed here for a long weekend and it was the perfect location! Amanda was a great host and was available for any questions from check in to check out. Overall I highly recommend this as a place to stay in the Denver area!

We traveled to Colorado for a wedding and found this property to stay for three nights. It was IDEAL for our family of eight adults. I specifically looked for property with four bedrooms and a minimum of three baths and this property had that, PLUS a 5th king bed in the lower level separated by a curtain. The home is spacious, beautiful, has modern decor, updated appliances, outdoor seating. It's in a quiet neighborhood. Parking is under a carport. The photos and description of the property are exactly what we found. The property owners were responsive and provided all of the information we needed for a wonderful stay. We would definitely select this property again. We traveled to and from Denver each day and the commute was okay. I highly recommend reserving this property -- you won't be disappointed!

Our groups thoroughly enjoyed our stay! With 9 of us in total and multiple couples, this setup was perfect for everyone to be comfortable and have their own space at a reasonable price. The living spaces are fantastic, the amenities are amazing, and overall everything was simply great!

This house was a great choice for the two families we had staying here. We were in town for the Colorado Sparkler softball tournament. The house was a great size for the 8 of us and the basement was perfect for the kids!

Perfect for short family stay. Clean, open, surprisingly roomy. Very close to Arvada, Boulder and highways. Didn’t spend time outside but was great for our grown family. Much thanks!

The house was clean, spacious, tastefully decorated and the beds were extremely comfortable! Amanda was proactive with communications and responded right away to any questions we had during our stay. We really enjoyed our gatherings down in the game room/bar area with plenty of room to hang out and play games. Definitely recommend staying here!

The only issue we had, was that we had to kill about a dozen spiders upon are arrival, including a couple brown recluse spiders. You probably need to have the house treated. Thanks
