OVERVIEW
We purchased this unit in December of 2020 and spent weeks totally updating it! Fresh paint, new patio furniture, new kitchen furniture, and new bedding in all rooms are the big things! We also pay extra for password protected WiFI with 50 Mbps!
Do you want a luxurious Gulf front vacation with great amenities at an affordable price? Our Condo is for you! This 1250 square foot, 3 bedroom and 2 bath unit gives you front row seats on the beach and Gulf. There is NOTHING but a pool between you and the water... Dig your toes into the sugar white sand and relax, or play in the oceanfront pool! Watch the sunrise without getting out of the king sized bed in your oceanfront master suite.
CONDO
Perfect for families and affordable for couples, our unit is loaded with extras to make your stay enjoyable. We have put a lot of thought into setting up the Condo and have four flat screen TV's, DVD players, board games, books, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and sand toys there for you to use. You don’t need to drag all that stuff with you from home! We even have a pack-n-play and a portable high chair for the little ones…
The master bedroom has a King bed with doors opening onto the balcony and an amazing view. You can literally watch the sunrise from bed! There is a wall mounted flat screen TV and a large closet, as well as a spacious master bath with double vanity. Our second bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunks for the kiddos. The third bedroom has another queen bed. And our second bath is a tub/shower combo.
The comfy main living area has another flat screen TV, comfortable seating, and gulf views. The large tiled balcony adds another 180 square feet of space to spread out. Have dinner on the outside table, or relax on the loungers and watch for dolphins.
Of course there is also a fully equipped kitchen. A frig, dishwasher, microwave, stove, washer/dryer, blender, toaster, coffeemaker, pots, pans, dishes, etc... If I have it in my kitchen at home, it is there at the condo too! And a full sized washer and dryer for those sandy beach towels...
BUILDING
The Legacy Building is located 1.3 miles from the Hwy 59 Intersection and the Hangout. It has free WIFI, an elevator, and luggage carts in the lobby. A low density building with only 23 total units, you wont be waiting for the elevator or crowded at the pool! The pool area boasts a waterfall and a BBQ grill area.
AREA
If you aren't familiar with Gulf Shores, it is an awesome location. We have a little library of guidebooks and area information in the Condo for you to use. And since we live in the area, I am happy to share my area knowledge and spend time talking with you and helping to plan your trip. You can golf, shop, parasail, bike and hike in the state park, eat at great restaurants, take a day trip to the Blue Angel Museum in Pensacola or the Battleship Alabama in Mobile (getting tired yet?) Or you can hang out on the beach all day, and have pizza delivered in at night. The choice is yours!
The mild temperatures in the off season, pool, and wealth of area attractions make our condo a great vacation spot year round. Come and stay at our place!!!

The Legacy 402 is clean, comfortable, spacious, convenient to pool, beach, walking distance to restaurants/shopping etc. Especially appreciate the child friendly accommodations, play pen, high chair, toys etc. This was the easiest booking/check-in-out. Property was nice, clean, and very CUTE! The beach is literally steps away! You can sit on the beach and back in the room fixing a sandwich in 3 minutes. HUGE plus! Minutes from all the restaurants and shopping you can imagine.

We really enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed and it was steps away from the pool and beach. The home was clean and refreshing. Sitting on balcony enjoying the ocean. I really enjoyed the master bedroom being able to view the ocean from the room or entering the balcony from the room. I will most definitely look for Mrs. Janice again. She was very kind

Location was great. The condo is a bit tired. Rust on refrigerator and mildewy musty smell through out. No beach towels provided (which was stated after renting the unit in check in instructions.) Non working washer and dryer took a long time. The washer was full of water for 3 days, adding to smell. Just overall- not great.

We had a great time at Legacy 402. The unit was very clean and everything was as advertised. It was well stocked with dishes and appliances, and the supplied beach gear came in handy. The owner was super responsive to any questions we had, and it was nice staying in a condo with not very many units. That meant less waiting on the elevator and plenty of space in the pool and on the beach!

The condo was clean and the perfect size for our family. The master bedroom was great and has such a gorgeous view looking out to the ocean. It was the perfect place for our week at the beach. Janet was very responsive.

We had a fantastic week! Great location to the beach, short drive to restaurants and other beach activities. The condo was just as described-the pictures didn’t do it justice. The pics were good, in person so much better! Very clean, lots of room for 5 adults (3, 23 year old females). Great view of the beach, easy access to the beach and pool. We even saw dolphins on multiple days. Beach chairs and umbrella were available.
We had zero problems, zero disappointments. Great communication with the owner and very thought messages received.
We had a great time and look forward to returning!

This was my first Trip to Gulf Shores!
I read several reviews of the area and I agree that a lot of the buildings there are old … But this unit once you open the door… Did not feel old it felt bright and fresh and clean! I loved the decor as sometimes it can get outdated to beachy in my opinion lol!
The kitchen was perfectly equipped for anything and the beds seem to be all very comfortable! We had trouble with the kids TV and the owner was there by the next morning to get it working (which we appreciated!)
The things that I were not as crazy about were more in relation to the age of the building and not these owners:) or this unit!!

Property is within walking distance to restaurants and activities yet far enough away to be completely relaxing. Property owners were great to work with. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience. The condo was clean and well appointed. It had many TVs, a great patio, and space for separation for people to be able to read or watch TV on their own if desired. The complex was very close to the beach. It was a short drive to all restaurants and shopping. The elevator was fast and always available. Beach gear was included, which was very helpful. It was myself, my fiancé, a friend and 3 teenagers. It was perfect for a spring break get away.

We loved the condo! The view was fantastic, the rooms were perfect for our family. We quickly felt like it was our "home" and enjoyed everything about it. I loved sitting on the balcony to soak up the sun and admire the beach and water. Only thing that could have made it better was if the pool was functional. They were working on it when we got there and had just finished up the repairs and had filled it up again the day we left. It was something we definitely would have used but it's not the owners fault and was just one of those timing things. It looked beautiful when it was done and I'm sure future guests will have a great pool to enjoy! The owner did provide us with gift certificates to a local establishment and we used them to play mini golf so that was really nice and we had fun doing that! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Excellent stay. Was fun for our group ages ranging from 1-74 years of age . Beach was great ,other than the the jellyfish, but we still had a great time. We used the pool a lot and still enjoyed the beach.

Great 8-person condo. Kitchen well equipped. Master bedroom and bathroom were amazing. The view was incredible. We saw dolphins from our balcony. My kids enjoyed the outdoor pool when they needed a break from the Gulf waves and salt water. Would highly recommend.

We had an amazing week and this property was part of the experience!! We watched dolphins every morning and evening, had really close walkout access to the beach and an amazing view from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom! While waking up in the mornings, you could hear the waves crashing in the master bedroom. This property was 100% accurate per the description and Janet is very easy to talk to and quick to respond when reaching out for anything!! If we return here next year for nationals, I will absolutely check this property first before booking elsewhere!!

We were under the impression upon renting this condo that, there were beach set ups, also the pool was dirty, the elevator was dirty,
Parking was terrible, and the condo was dusty and pictures gave it a different impression.
I have stayed in much nicer places.
The view was beautiful.
Owners were nice.
But, i would hire a different cleaning crew.
And pool area definitely needs work.

Our family had such a wonderful stay, views were absolutely amazing. Not too much traffic, down by the condo which was very nice. We seen dolphins swimming right up to people on the beach, plenty of space to sit and enjoy the beach. Only complaint is the elevator was down a majority of our stay. We had a couple other small issues but Janet was quick to respond and resolve the issue in a timely manner. We would absolutely recommend this location to friends and will consider it a place to stay for years to come.

Our friends, my husband, and I went to Gulf Shores for Hangout Festival. This condo was perfect for us! Great location (walking distance to the festival,) right on the beach, as well as adorable interior that made the stay so comfortable and cozy. Plenty of room for our group of five, and had all of the amenities we could ever ask for. Communication with host was great, very quick and helpful!

We had a great stay in Legacy 402. The property was clean and exactly as pictured on the site. Check in was super easy. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay at the beach. The only negative was the noise from the pool. (Which obviously can’t be helped- we totally understand & aren’t complaining- just stating facts) We were on the 4th floor directly above the pool, and it sounded like the kids were right outside our door.
