Ninfea apartment is located in a hystoric and friendly village, Sommavilla, 250m meters from the lake and at the slopes of Monte Baldo, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view.
It is located in a family-run establishment, Appartamenti Prima Luce, that includes three apartments, surrounded by a large garden, in a quiet area, away from traffic and in contact with ancient olive groves fields, suitable for those who like relaxation and nature.

The apartment, on the 3° floor, ideal for 4 people, just renoveted and complete with every comfort, consists of :
kitchen with oven, stove, fridge, freezer, utensils, coffee machine, toaster, dish cloths and dish soap and sponges ;
living area with sofa bed (2 places), bed chair, flat screen satellite Tv and 32 inches, Wifi internet connection with excellent signal throughout the apartment and air conditioning (it works from 5pm to 12am);
bedroom with double bed and big wardrobe, nightstands and mirror;
bedroom with two single beds and nightstands;
bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, sink, hairdryer and supply of toilet paper and liquid hand soap;
small closet;
balcony with lovely lake view;
big rooftop terrace with wonderful lake and mountain view with a big new awning;

The location is ideal as a starting point for hiking or biking in the vast territory of Brenzone, and just 5 minutes walk you can reach the beaches to practice various sports such as swimming, sailing, kite surfing, windsurfing, sup . Nearby you can find supermarkets, bars, pizzerias, restaurants, tobacco shops, pharmacies, laundry service, bus and ferry, and tennis courts.
Only 4 km from Malcesine with its charming old town and the castle Scala. With the cable car you can easily reach the summit of Monte Baldo to enjoy breathtaking views.

At about 45 km you can also find the Gardaland amusement park and water park Caneva-

Funktional ausgestattete, sehr saubere Wohnung mit einer sensationellen Dachterrasse, auf der ein garantiert schöner Urlaubstag mit einem Frühstück beginnen kann. Hinzu kommen noch sehr nette und äußerst bemühte Vermieter, da bleiben kaum noch Wünsche offen.

Das junge Ehepaar war sehr gut hilfsbereit, die Ehefrau Stefania spricht sehr gut deutsch. Im Mai ist das genau die richtige Lage am Garda, weil die Sonne noch bis abends auf die Dachterasse scheint. Für Ausflüge rund um den See perfekter Standort ohne Touristenrummel bei dennoch nahe gelegenen Restaurants.

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza molto rilassante nell'appartamento di Stefania e Marco. La struttura è nuovissima, accogliente, con una vista ed una tranquillità impagabili. Marco e Stefania sono ottimi host, presenti per ogni necessità ma assolutamente mai invadenti. Grazie di tutto, siamo stati benissimo.

Wir haben selten so eine tolle Wohnung gefunden. Sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub braucht. Sogar eine Flasche Wein stand zur Begrüßung da. Marco und Stefania sind sehr nett und kümmern sich super um alles. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft zu 100 % weiter empfehlen.

Ruhige Lage am oberen Ortsrand direkt neben der Oliven Baum Plantage für ruhige Nächte und perfekte Erholung. Alles neu und gepflegt mit sehr freundlichen und aufmerksamen Gastgebern. Der Blick über den See ist traumhaft. Zwei kleine Supermärkte und vier Restaurants sind fussläufig erreichbar.

Our 10 days holiday in Prima Luce was fantastic. The well equipped and clean apartment Ninfea with its big terrace was the most wonderful holiday home for us two couples. Its situation in the small peaceful village of Sommavilla is perfect and from there it is easy to go to the other beautiful towns and villages around the lake by boat, bus or own/rented car. Faszinierender Ausblick - Gemütliche Wohnung

Wir hatten einen super schönen Kurzurlaub gehabt. Die Besitzer Steffi und Marco sind sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und absolut spektakulär von der Aussicht, sowohl auf den See als auch auf den Bergrücken. Die Lage ist okay, mit dem Auto sind es 5 Min bis Malcesine und zu Fuß ist bereits nach wenigen Minuten ein kleiner Supermarkt im Ort Brenzone sul Garda zu erreichen. Absolut empfehlenswert! Die Ferienwohnung lädt ein zum entspannen, der Blick über den Gardasee von der großen Terrasse ist traumhaft genau wie der Rest der Wohnung. Es ist alles neu und sehr gepflegt und die Vermieter stehen jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Sehr gern wieder!!!

Sehr schöne und moderne Wohnung mit phantastischem Seeblick

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche im Appartement Ninfea verbracht. Die Vermieter Marco und Stefania sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist recht neu , modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich der wohl familien-eigene Olivenhain, hier kann man auch selbst-gemachtes Olivenöl erwerben. Die Terasse bei dieser Wohnung bietet einen aussergewöhnlichen Blick über den Gardasee auf der einen Seite und das Massiv des Monte Baldo auf der anderen Seite. Die Lage ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Touren mit dem MTB. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen.

Die Wohnung "Ninfea" wow - einfach fantastisch!!!

Wir hatten schon viele Ferienwohnungen und Hotels in Italien in Anspruch genommen, doch diese Wohnung ist einfach perfekt. Wir fanden alles vor, was die Urlaubstage schöner macht. Nach langer Anreise haben wir uns beim Vermieter gemeldet und mitgeteilt, dass wir in ca. 1 Stunde kommen werden. Die Telefonnummer haben wir vorab per Mail bekommen. Stefania C. war schon am Telefon äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am Anwesen angekommen, wurden wir tatsächlich schon erwartet. Marco begrüßte uns und zeigte die Wohnung. Wir gingen in ein neues dreistöckiges Haus. Unten wohnen die Vermieter im 2. Stock und im 3. Stock befindet sich jeweils eine Ferienwohnung. Wir hatten die Wohnung "Ninfea" im 3. Stock gebucht. Alles sehr modern, die Eingangstüre im EG mit Zahlenschloss und/oder Schlüssel. Die Wohnungstüre im 3. Stock absolut sicher, wie Fort Knox. Als wir die Wohnung betraten und die einzelnen Räume inkl. Terrasse begutachteten, waren wir sprachlos. Das Beeindruckendste ist natürlich die große Dachterrasse mit wunderschönem See- und Bergpanoramablick. Die Wohnung hat so gut wie keine Abnutzungsspuren und ist auch erst zwei Jahre (2015) alt. Selbst zwei Strand-Liegen und ein Sonnenschirm gehören zur Ausstattung. Auch ein Autostellplatz auf dem eingezäunten Grundstück (Tor mit Fernbedienung), da ab 23 Uhr geschlossen, gehören zur Wohnung. WLAN mit Zugangscode wird kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Satelliten-Fernsehen mit top Qualität steht auch zur Verfügung. Die Kaution von 100,- € wurde am Abreisetag ohne Aufforderung zurückgegeben. Kurtaxe ist momentan je Tag/Person 1,- € zu entrichten. Ein absolutes Highlight - eine Wohlfühloase! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Ciao arrivederci, grazie mille Karl-Heinz & Ingrid

Wir waren zu viert drei Nächte dort. Die Wohnung ist durchweg gefliesst und war sehr sauber. Das Bad mit Dusche ist groß, eine Badewanne ist nicht vorhanden, haben wir auch nicht vermisst. Die Küche mit großem Kühlschrank, Gasherd und Backofen haben wir nur zum Frühstücken benötigt. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 300 Meter von der Hauptstraße entfernt bergauf. Straßenlärm haben wir keinen vernommen, was sehr angenehm war. Unser Auto konnten wir in der Garage abstellen. Die Terrasse ist der absolute Hammer! Alleine der Blick auf den Gardasee, sowohl nach Norden als auch nach Süden ist atemberaubend. Für 4 Personen optimal! Ein kleines Manko gibt es jedoch. Die Betten haben uns leider nicht überzeugt. Dafür hat der Blick von der Terrasse alles kompensiert. Die Absprache mit dem Vermieter hat reibungslos funktioniert. Vielen Dank hierfür. Alles in allem können wir die Wohnung weiterempfehlen!
