Ocean Vistas offers the ultimate in luxury oceanfront living. This elegant residence offers a double door entry under a rotunda ceiling. Split floor plan. 9`4 interior ceiling and crown molding.
Entry:
you walk through the double doors under a rotunda ceiling with a chandelier.
3rd bedroom:
To your right will be the third bedroom that has a queen bed and a 55" smart tv with cable.
Kitchen:
As you proceed down the entry corridor you will come up on the gorgeous living room, off to your right is the luxury gourmet chef's kitchen that is fully loaded with amenities for your cooking needs.
Living room / Dining room:
The living room boasts gorgeous Italian leather couches and a 55” smart tv with direct oceanfront views and a sliding glass door to access the balcony. The dining room has a low top table with seating for 6 as well as the additional bar seating at the kitchen.
Master bedroom:
To the left of the living room is the master bedroom which is fitted with a king size bed, Italian leather loveseat, 55” smart TV, walk in closet, private balcony entrance. The private master bathroom has a garden tub, his & her vanities, and a large walk in shower.
2nd bedroom:
To the right of the living room is dining area, entry to the half bath, and a door to the 2nd bedroom which boasts a queen size bed, a memory foam futon, a 55” smart TV, and a private balcony entrance. A private bathroom is attached that has a beautiful vanity with a large walk in shower.

This 400+ sqft balcony has a multi-million dollar view of the ocean that is unmatched anywhere else along the coast. The balcony features an Kenyon electric outdoor grill with outdoor seating that overlooks the unobstructed views of the Atlantic ocean.

Fully protected sun deck with outdoor patio furniture for you and the whole family to sunbathe if the beach side is windy.
Full size business conference center with a conference table that seats 8 and printing capabilities.
The back deck has a 80 ft. heated infinity pool and opposite it on the other side has an infinity hot tub spa. The back deck also has numerous seating arrangements to enjoy the fire-pit and the the view of the ocean waves rolling in.
Needless to say you will be living in absolute paradise during your entire trip.

Minimum age: 25 - (this means the primary renter needs to be over 25)
1. Being transparent as possible -- Instead of charging a high security deposit or having you pay a non-refundable fee to VRBO for their coverage (which is not enough coverage) we have sought out a higher limit 3rd party coverage for incidentals. Our cost is $145 and is marked as an admin fee. This covers you for the vast majority of incidental damage to the unit that could happen. This solves two things. 1. We do not have to collect a huge security deposit from you. 2. More importantly it solves the damage claim process which VRBO had traditionally made hosts "aim" their damage claim at the guest first seeking payment before they would step in and pay. We wanted to ensure every guest was covered for both minor an major "oops" without having to deal with the hassle and coverage limitations set forth by VRBO.

1. Smoking is NOT allowed at all inside the condominium or on the balconies. Caught doing either will result in a $500 fine. (Smoking can be done out front of the building)
2. You MUST follow the checkout instructions in the binder given to you prior to checking out of your unit.
3. Do not hang anything over the balcony railings.
4. Wash the sand off of you and your beach belongings prior to coming up to the unit.
5. Be kind, courteous, and respectful of all staff, owners, and other rental guests staying.
6. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
7. The amenities such as the pool and fitness center cannot be used after 10pm. Breaking this rule can result in the condo association overruling me and asking a guest to leave.
8. Please do not do drugs or bring drugs into the unit. (This will result in an automatic termination of your stay).
9. Please do not take the towels or pillows with you. (Yes people do this)
10. If you break something please notify us right away you have damage insurance that protects us both.
11. One week before check in you will receive an email with all of your check in information as well as a couple documents to fill out.
12. You will be given a 15-20 minute tour upon arrival. This is so you know your way around the building and do not get lost.
13. You cannot have additional guests in the building or using the amenities that are not on your registration document. (This will get you removed from the building)
14. Parking is two spots. One reserved spot in the garage and one unreserved spot in the garage. (unreserved spots are limited) No outdoor parking available.
15. Checkout is 10am.
16. You will need to fill out a parking registration form as well as a standard short term lease agreement with us after booking prior to check in that will be sent via email.

We have a great time at this condo. Beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is very equipped. The only problem is the blinds, they are fragiles and we are afraid to open or close them.

Property is well maintained. Great, clean areas for dog exercise. Quiet enough so it seemed we were the only ones there. Within walking distance or a short drive to everything we needed. Lucas & Joey were excellent hosts.

This property was an absolute gem. The building is well maintained and the condo unit was wonderful. We spent a lot of time on the deck overlooking the ocean. We couldn’t have been happier. We will definitely be coming back.

We stayed here during move in week for our two college boys who attend Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. It was convenient to get to and from campus. We enjoyed the pool to cool off and the beach for long walks. The bonus was a rocket launch that we saw from the beach!

We had the best trip. This condo is absolutely beautiful. We will be staying here again the next time we visit Daytona! The property manager Lucas was very helpful and quick to respond when we had an issue with parking. Can not say one bad thing about our stay here. We have told everyone if they visit Daytona they need to stay here! Thank you!

I am very picky and this is the cleanest and nicest condo we've ever rented...there is basically no negatives I can say. A lot of the hotels on the beach have a lot of hurricane damage but this building seems to have lucked out in that department with relatively little issues. We will go back!

Great location, The amenities were enjoyable. Lucas was very responsive to anything we needed. Some items may need updated. Even though the hurricane came through while we were there the building was safe. We will be back and definitely rent with Lucas.

we came down to got to the turkey run car show with friends and family. we had 7 with us and had 2 other groups that where at other condo stays. we all had thanksgiving dinner with us and now they want to stay at the condo next year. we truly enjoyed the stay.

The property manager was very helpful and easy to work with and was always just a text message away. Unit is elegant, clean, and fully equipped for your stay. Great ocean view and very private. Unit is insulated well as noise from other units is non-existent.

Best condo on the beach
We stayed during Thanksgiving and my daughter’s birthday. We choose this condo because it was dog friendly, had a beautiful view and was in a great location. The kitchen was the best because it was open and you could still socialize with others in the living room. The dining table was set so beautifully that we used it for Thanksgiving dinner.
Our dog had so much fun looking out through the glass balcony at the people and ocean. And it was easy to get him to the dog walk area because the elevator was in front of our door then a few steps through the garage.
Lucas let us know all the important stuff when we arrived so our vacation would be worry free.
It was a very memorable vacation and we plan to return.

Great property. The area was not the best as Daytona has gotten a little run down, but the properly was top shelf.

This is my 3rd stay at this condominium complex and the first time I was disappointed upon check in. The unit did not appear to be cleaned very well. Because we are still dealing with a Pandemic, the unit should have been deep cleaned prior to check in. The track of the sliding door to the balcony was filthy, and it appeared to not have been cleaned in months. There was a flimsy carpet outside the slider that was curled up and was an accident waiting to happen. The cushions for the outside furniture were heavily stained and dirty. The dining table on the balcony had not been cleaned. The carpet in the dining/living room was heavily stained and dirty. We found a child's pair of underwear on the floor of one of the bedrooms. I found an earring back on the floor of another bedroom. One of the bedroom doors opening to the living room did not close all the way. 2 of the toilets did not flush properly and needed attention. There were no instructions for any of the TV's and we were unable to watch cable for the first 24 hours of our stay. After 12 hours of traveling to our destination, lights and toilets working are basic items on any checklist for a unit. The selection of beach chairs left a lot to be desired and were filled with sand when we opened them.
There were no large serving dishes in the kitchen. Although, Lucas replaced the carpet promptly and changed the bulbs, I was disappointed in his tone and insinuation that some-how I made up the situation w the underwear in the bedroom. He even mentioned that I had wanted to postpone my trip because of Covid, which has nothing to do with the condition of the unit, I can only attribute his unprofessional manner to his age and immaturity; Michelle, who normally cleans the unit, came the next day, apologized and did her best to clean the cushions and sliding track. She also fixed the toilets, checked out the TV's and removed the underwear that the previous guest left. She was very pleasant to work with, Lastly, I approached the concierge about a rental place for lounge chairs and umbrellas for the beach; I was furnished w companies and phone numbers. One number that was given me was out of business and the other company never returned my call. We enjoyed our visit, but will not be returning to this condominium complex on our next trip.
