3 bedroom home. 2 baths. Spacious open plan with open kitchen, nook, living and dining room that opens up to a Lanai that has a bar, outdoor TV and dinning table. Right off the lanai is a beautiful heated pool that overlooks a golf course and small pond. You'll have a garage for your car. golf cart and storage items. You'll be in a community that offers a recreation building with a larger pool.
The home is located just about in the center of the entire Villages community giving you easier access to the all the recreation available as well as the town centers

We had a wonderful stay here. The pics are beautiful, but don't fully do it justice. The home was perfectly decorated and had everything we needed to feel like we lived there. The pool was wonderful, the view of the golf course was lovely. And Michael was so helpful & attentive. We will for sure stay here again. LOVED it!

Michael provided the perfect vacation property. Everything in home worked and showed zero wear and tear of properties in the past. We had a great week in his home, the pool, furnishings, bathrooms, kitchen were spotless. His support and communication throughout the entire rental transaction and our stay were very professional and helpful throughout. The home is exactly as described and far exceeded expectations.

The pics don’t do it justice! What great stay! We wanted for nothing. Extremely well equipped. Super communication with the owner. 9 mins from grocery, 12-15 mins from Brownwood Paddock. (By cart) Attention to detail and designer decorated throughout. Pride of ownership and much appreciated attention to detail. Thank you Mike for a wonderful stay. Hope to have the opportunity to come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was exactly as pictured: clean, comfortable and in a great location. Close to everything yet in a very Quiet neighborhood. Being able to park our car and golf cart in the garage was a bonus. Michael was responsive and a pleasure to communicate with.

The villa is beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. We were glad to have fast wi-fi and a 75-inch TV with plenty of channels for rainy days and a lovely pool for sunny days. The Villages is one of the quietest, safest and friendliest places to stay in Florida. Thanks and looking forward to our next visit.

Great communication with the owner before, during and after our visit. The home is exceptionally clean and is beautifully decorated. The weather was too cool to visit the pool, but the patio is a peaceful spot to relax. The house is close to a casual country club for dining. Loved our stay and this house was a huge part of that!

This very clean and perfectly decorated home is ideal for a couple or family visiting The Villages! The home included an outdoor area to BBQ and a pool. Bedrooms were large, Master Suite also included a spacious master bathroom. Less then a 20 min gold cart ride to the local squares for food and entertainment. Mike was a great host- always responded quickly to my questions via text or email.

From beginning to end, Mike and his wife (owners) kept great communication and made us feel welcomed and comfortable the entire stay! Also gave informative tips and helpful reminders during our stay. Instead of listing all of the wonderful amenities and descriptive properties of this house, I will simply summarize just by saying, "I CAN FIND NOTHING WRONG OR IMPERFECT WITH THIS RENTAL OR EXPERIENCE!!" Our family consisted of 3 adults, but this house can easily accommodate children as well. Loved it!!

Spent the most fantabulous 2 weeks of my life at this property. The home is meticulously decorated, beds are extremely comfortable and the owner is more than attentive to all needs. All emails were answered with a quick response time. You will not be disappointed when staying at this beautiful home.
