Welcome to Sequoyah Manor, a 12-bedroom luxury cabin that provides the perfect space to bring your entire family together.
Located in the popular Preserve Resort on “the peaceful side of the smokies”, you will be close enough to Pigeon Forge to enjoy all the attractions but far enough away to benefit from the peace and quiet.
Located in a prime spot at the top of the resort means you will enjoy breath-taking views from every angle and a quick easy walk to the resort pool and pavilion.
Just imagine sipping your morning coffee from one of the large decks overlooking the gorgeous mountain range or relaxing at the end of the day in the hot tub while breathing in the invigorating mountain air.
Three large comfortable dens with sink-into sofas mean there’s plenty of space for family time but also somewhere to escape for a little peace and quiet.
Everyone will love their accommodations in one of our 12 bedrooms that are all equally sized and equipped. We offer eleven king suites and one bunk room and each room benefits from its own ensuite private bathroom. We had about 50 people staying at this beautiful cabin and it was exactly what we needed. The house was spacious, with plenty of rooms and sleeping space, and perfect for a large group. Thomas was an amazing host and communicated perfectly with me as we navigated a winter storm during our stay.

We have a large family. Ages 1-75 and a total of 28. Getting together for Christmas at a cabin is a tradition and it’s also the main gift to everyone. This was our first time using this company and the experience was great. Absolutely no issues. Communication with the host was excellent. The cabin was very well stocked with kitchen equipment. Wonderful place for making memories.

We were very pleased with our stay at the cabin. We had plenty of room and it's a beautiful cabin. The only problem we had was a toilet handle was messed up but they fixed it the next morning. We saw a momma bear and her 3 cubs and the daddy bear. I would recommend this cabin to anyone

We have visit Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area for over 40 years. This place provided the best view that I have seen in all my visits. Chalet was set up perfect for the 31 one of us.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of air conditioning, hot water, and even internet bandwidth for a group of 24 ages 2 to 72. The house is located close to the community pool, a grassy area, and a pavilion. Lots of people have stayed here - some things are not in perfect condition - but nothing that disturbed our stay. Once we got used to the resident bears, we enjoyed their visits.

We had a wonderful week. The property was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The house had breathtaking views of the Smokey Mountains. The property manager was easy to reach via text and very quick to respond on any questions or issues. Good amount of parking in front of the house. We made most of our meals there and between the two stoves, refrigerators and dishwashers it worked really well.

This home was great for our large family ! Lots of room for everyone to be together or spread out. The home was very clean and well stocked with linens and kitchen utensils and appliances. Community pool was just across the street. The views from the balconies were amazing and yes, we saw bears!

We had 27 people stay a week here and loved every minute. The hosts checked in on us regularly and was easy to communicate with. There were some maintenance items that we found however did not report since it did not affect our stay or experience. We couldn't get one of the dishwashers to work, the jacuzzi tub didn't seem to be working, the outside deck lights on the lower deck did not come on. None of these things affected our stay and we would stay again in a heartbeat!

This lodge is a great venue for large groups. It's also nice to have easy access to the adjacent pavilion. Our biggest disappointment was not having a functioning hot tub. When we stayed here in 2019 it had 2 hot tubs. Now it only has one and it wasn't working. The owner was unable to have it repaired during the 4 nights we stayed here. I was told it was out of her control. We've stayed in at least 6 different 12 bedroom lodges. This is the first one that did not have 2 hot tubs. I think any lodge that holds more than 50 people should have an appropriately increased hot tub capacity too.

The Cabin was great. The views were magnificent. Everyone had their own space if needed. The only criticism we no common bathroom, guests had to go into a bedroom for a restroom. We would definitely stay there again.

The cabin needs a few updates. A few of the tables need to be sanded down and refinished. They were sticky and nothing we could do to remove the stickiness. The Air Hockey table didn't work that good plus has a big dent. One of the couches was torn. Other than that everything else was great.

The 12-room cabin was great for a family weekend to celebrate the seniors in our family. I'd like to recommend recycle bins. We had catering boxes, wine bottles, water bottles, etc. We had one service call for a toilet fixture. The service text was handled promptly. Everything else was great and would totally stay there again.

We would rent again but the issue of cleanliness needs to be addressed. They were willing to come back out but I feel it should have been clean when we arrived. The kitchen floor was disgusting. Many dishes still had food on them. We washed everything before we used it. The pots and pans really need to be replaced. The mattress in the main bedroom with the large jacuzzi tub (whiich did not work) was worn out. A cabin this expensive really needs nice comfortable beds. I love the cabin and would rent again in spite of the issues. Maybe next time it would be better.

All through my booking process to our arrival at the property Shelley Thomas has been outstanding! Very pleasant, helpful, and responsive. We chose Sequoyah Manor because it offered 12 bedrooms and the location. Upon arrival I found a few issues and forwarded them to Shelley. The kitchen counter and both tables were a little sticky from not being cleaned properly. In addition we found mouse droppings under the Kitchen sink, which Shelley took care of immediately. The only real concern i had with our stay was the front steps and hand railing. It is in my opinion very dangerous. The right hand rail is ready to fall off. The whole things needs replaced. All that aside we had a great time.

Our group has been visiting the Smokies for over twenty years. Our most recent stay was at Sequoyah Manor. Shelly was the perfect host. The lodge was wonderful. It was clean, comfortable, and the kitchen included everything we needed to prepare all of our meals. Beautiful views and conveniently located. You cannot find a better place for a large group or family. Several in our group with large families are planning to have their kids and grandkids stay with them here for a summer vacation.

We brought 22 teenagers ranging from 7th grade to seniors in high school and this cabin was great to separate the boys from the girls. We housed the girls on the bottom floor, boys on the top floor and chaperones on the middle floor. The cabin is easy access to the Laconte center where the conference was being held that the group was attending. The cabin was really clean upon entry the only thing I wish were different, is the washer and dryer as towels have to be washed each day. The stackable washer and dryer only allows you to wash very few towels at a time. I feel if there was a larger capacity set it would be more cost effective for the owner. Plus with a cabin this size a larger capacity is needed. But overall GREAT CABIN and very friendly owners, which even went and checked the road conditions for us the day we were traveling in. Highly recommend and will stay here again!!!!
