The gourmet kitchen boasts beautiful tile work & white stone slab countertops. Two bar chairs at the kitchen island are great for visiting. When dinner is hot, the dining area is steps away and seats 6--perfect for a family dinner.
Enjoy an evening cocktail at the dry bar w/ 3 stools in the great room or step out onto the expansive deck that wraps around the entire front of the home to catch the sunset. There is a propane BBQ & outdoor seating for 8.
When it’s time to turn in for the night, the primary bedroom with a king bed will sweep you off your feet. Enjoy a late night movie on the SmartTV and wake up with the sunrise peeping through the curtains covering the sliding glass doors to the deck (or sleep in--it’s vacation!) The ensuite bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower.

Rented for 6 adults and a small dog. Quiet neighborhood off Pioneer Trail. Beds were comfortable, couches chairs in living room OK. Still no window coverings in living room area, so it’s like living in a fishbowl. They supply decent fans in the bedrooms. There’s a large wooden deck in the front with bench seating and some plastic chairs. Driveway fit a large truck and 2 small Honda suvs. No garage. Saw a bear down the street one night. The neighborhood is hilly, so it probably requires 4x4 in the winter. For the price, I would rent again.

Often Times, you purchase/rent something and it's not always as advertised. This cabin was JUST what we hoped it would be. Very comfortable, good beds/beddings and the kitchen had just about everything you will need. Quiet neighborhood, right next to hiking/biking trails. Looks like it has recently been remodeled/upgraded. Will definitely want to go back to this place.

Our friends and family enjoyed staying in this comfortable home near Lake Tahoe. This home accomodated seven of us during our stay. We enjoyed the comfortable couch; watching our favorite streaming tv shows during our downtime and playing games at the large kitchen table. A wonderful property in a beautiful part of our country!

Clean house, comfy beds, kitchen needs a few more items. Master bedroom has no bathroom door. Very close to neighbors but nice neighborhood. No garage but driveway is accommodating. Very close to heavenly and all other places to visit. Nice that dogs are allowed!

This rental property, situated conveniently close to Heavenly, impressed us with its cleanliness. However, a significant drawback was the complete absence of privacy in the living room and kitchen due to the lack of blinds or curtains on the windows, making us visible to anyone.

Our overall stay was very good. The house would need some window coverings in living, dining area to help keep cold out and to have some privacy. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Went to Tahoe for a wedding

Our family has stayed in many VRBO rentals before and have never stayed in one so bad. I usually love writing reviews of our stay to share the positive experiences but unfortunately I cannot leave such a review on this home.
Upon first walking into the house it looked like the pictures until you actually looked at everything. From the missing flooring segaments, scuffed baseboards, dirty floor that turned your feet black after 30 minutes, grease caked kitchenware, lightbulb left on bathroom counter, human hair hanging from kitchen beams, a broken chair leg, a broiler that didn’t work on the oven and dirty Kleenex under couch; we definitely did not feel like this was a “heavenly designer den” home.
On the positive note the location of the home was great and neighborhood was quiet.

Thus is our 2nd rending during the summer time and we really like the location of the house. The house is nice decorated, has all accommodations, clean and comfortable. Cool, quite vacation for the family. There were a few issues with some items (stove, hand held shower in master) that were for the most part dealt with quickly. The home is beautiful and roomy for a larger family. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

This location was perfect for staying in Tahoe and enjoying the surroundings. We skied at Heavenly resort, which was so convenient and easy to get to! We also enjoyed a couple trips to emerald state park and loved hiking around. Overall the house was clean, especially being a pet friendly rental. We enjoyed bringing our dog! They even had bowls for our pet to eat from:) We would definitely stay here again if we were to travel with out pet again!

Under the conditions of the year, the team at RnR was exceptional. There was an unreal amount of snow, but they made sure the driveway was cleared, walkway cleared. Never had issues with power, water, etc. when others were having issues. It was a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood.

This is a great property!!! Great location and a backyard for the dogs to run around in. The only thing that would improve the house would be ceiling fans and front window treatments. The sun heats the house and makes it impossible to sit on the couch and watch TV. AC would have been nice as well. That said it is a great house and the location is close to everything.

We came for a family vacation. The house was so clean and very comfortable. Everything you needed was provided. My only ask would be that you add a full length mirror somewhere in the house. We took family photos while we stayed and you couldn’t check your whole outfit. The house was amazing. Thank you for sharing it with us. We would love to come and stay again sometime!

RNR accommodated us perfectly and the house was comfortable, clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. Rooms were spacious and the family room was great. Very comfortable home! Lots of light in the common areas. Pet friendly - however back yard is not fully fenced; access from back to deck needs a gate. Pup loved his first time in the snow in the back. We were lucky to come between snow storms. Driveway and stairs to house were cleared. RnR advised us that AWD or FWD would be needed due to extensive snow (thank you for the heads up). Furnace struggled to keep up with heat, but gas fire place and electric space heaters in bedrooms kept things cozy. All in all a great trip!

Had a great girls weekend getaway. The house was so comfortable and we loved the decor. The only issue we had was the windows had no coverings in the living room. Everything is visible from the street and we were kinda uneasy about that. Other then that we loved it.

The house was very nice and location is a good location. The time of the rental was not safe to travel there, I wish RNR management would have been more understanding on their cancellation policy during unsafe travel times. We stayed at the rental for a day and had to leave, this was very inconvenient due to we had to drive about 9 hours each way to get there from Oceanside Ca. I wish RNR would have instead rescheduled my stay within a year or so. It was hard to reach anyone from RNR there was an answer 1 time from about 5 times that I called to try to resolve the issue.

Very Nice!
House was great - very welcoming and comfortable. We loved the big windows in the living room, but would recommend window treatments to provide some privacy in the evenings. Also, the house was advertised as having a fully fenced in back yard. This was not the case since the deck wrapped around to the front steps. We made due by using one of the pallets on the side of the house to keep our pup getting out of the yard.
