The apartment itself is fine and the location is good.
The staff were horrendously unhelpful. We arrived and the apartment was 31C inside with no air con. There was one little broken fan which we had to fix to get to work and when we contacted the staff to ask for more fans and/or some help as it was dangerously hot, they were completely disinterested and unwilling to help or bring even one more fan to have in the second bedroom. We gave our daughter the fan in her room and had a very uncomfortable night for a lot of money. It is not a surprise that Toulouse is hot in summer, they should be prepared.

Отсутствие кондиционера - летом это непереносимо. Окна одной спальни выходят во внутренний двор - там тучи комаров. Окна второй спальни выходят на улицу, мы жили на 1 этаже (аппартаменты 5) - при открытом окне ощущение, что ты спишь на улице - такая слышимость. Хорошо, что у нас была только 1 ночь - мы не спали вообще.

La ubicación.
No es un hotel!!! Que le cambien el nombre. Son departamentos, no hay recepción, no hay con quien comunicarse porque nadie habla inglés no español. Ni siquiera tiene letrero en la calle, fue muy difícil de encontrar.
El trato que nos dio el host fue terrible. No hablaba inglés ni español; cuando en booking dice que hablan inglés, español y francés. No podíamos comunicarnos con el porque no entendía nada. Fue muy estresante y frustrante la llegada.
Me quiso cobrar extra de limpieza cuando dejamos todo como decía el manual: basura afuera, refri limpio y platos en el lavavajillas. Dijo que la señora que hace la limpieza se quejó de horas extras.
Hubo un relajo con las llaves del cuarto y el estacionamiento. En francés me entregó llaves y me dijo cosas que no entendía nada. Luego dijo que me hicieron falta llaves, que yo había perdido una cuando le devolví la misma cantidad de llaves que me entregó.
Sabiendo que yo no hablaba francés, me siguió hablando y escribiendo en francés muy groseramente.
Los baños no tenían donde asentar nada, ni para colgar toallas.

Nous avons passé un super week-end, l’appartement est très bien placé et magnifique. Les propriétaires ont voulu nous surclasser (très sympa de leur part) mais l’appartement ne semblait pas totalement terminé :
1. le four ne fonctionnait pas correctement (impossible de cuisiner)
2. la connexion internet était celle de l’appartement d’en dessous donc la connexion n’était pas bonne et ne fonctionnait pas sur la télévision. (Pas de connexion à Netflix). Venant de l’étranger, je n’ai pas pu avoir accès à internet sans le partage de connexion de mon amis qui a donc payé des frais supplémentaires avec son opérateur de téléphone.
3. Pas de sèche cheveux (le propriétaire nous en a apporté un le jour d’après mais cela a confirmer que personne n’avait vérifié l’appartement avant notre arrivée)
4. Pas de sel, ni d’huile et simplement 4 capsules de café pour un séjour de 3 nuits pour 2 personnes.
Je n’ai pas l’habitude de faire de commentaires mais il me semble important de souligner qu’aucune compensation n’a était proposée et que j’ai du insister pour que le propriétaire réponde à notre demande et vienne vérifier notre propos je cite le message reçu convenant le four : « regarder sur internet ça ira plus vite ».
Les propriétaires ont voulu nous surclasser (très sympa de leur part) mais l’appartement ne semblait pas totalement terminé :

Location was great, right in the middle of Toulouse. The car storage facility was fun and efficient (car lift..). Loads of good restaurant's, museums etc close by. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.
I personally found the industrial style a bit too sterile with little atmosphere in the apartment. The front door of the apartment couldn't be locked from inside (it was possible from outside & then go in via the bedroom door etc) but actually as it's in a secure courtyard it wasn't a problem.

El apartamento es ideal, ubicado en una zona tranquila y cerca de cafeterías y restaurantes, está junto al Pont Neuf, a 10' de la Place du Capitole y a 10' de le Quai des Savoirs. A menos de 20' a pie se visitan los monumentos más relevantes, aunque a 5' están el metro y los autobuses. El apartamento da a la calle y al interior de manzana y le da mucho el sol. Tiene 2 habitaciones, un gran salón, una cocina completa y un futbolín !!! Los cuatro estuvimos muy cómodos.
El anfitrión es súper amable y cercano. Lo del parking es de lo mejor que he visto. Gracias. VOLVEREMOS !!!
Por decir algo, si en vez de bañera hubiera sido ducha, mejor.

Das Ankunftsmanagement war arrogant und nicht hilfsbereit. Die Zahlung einer Kaution über 300 €, die erst nach Buchung des Zimmers gefordert wurde, war in Auftrag gegeben aber wohl noch nicht angekommen. Deshalb konnte man mir den Zugangscode zur Unterkunft, die im gleichen Gebäude war, wie die Unterkunftsverwaltung, nicht geben. Auch das Haus konnte nicht betreten werden. So habe ich mit abseits geparktem Auto fast 2 Stunden hilflos vor dem Gebäude gewartet, bis man mir nach mehreren Telefonaten "großzügig" die Möglichkeit einräumte, ins Büro des Managers (Name unbekannt, hat sich nicht vorgestellt) zu kommen, um die Kaution in bar zu hinterlegen. Darauf wurde mir ohne weitere Erklärung (wo ist Garage usw.) überlassen, mit dem Hinweis, ich bekäme alles übersandt. Nichts bekam ich übersandt, außer der Aufforderung, noch meine lokalen Gebühren im Büro in cash zu bezahlen.
Im Büro erklärte mir dann eine freundliche Mitarbeiterin, dass man das ja von der Kaution abziehen könne. Dann bekam ich noch eine Aufforderung, die Wohnung ordentlich zu hinterlassen (für mich Selbstverständlichkeit) und ein Hineis, wo ich den Müll hinbringen solle!!
Wohlweislich nach der Zahlung von 70€ für die Reinigung von zweitägiger Nutzung durch sauberen Alleinreisenden! Das war alles sehr unverschämt und deshalb, trotz netter Wohnung, nicht weiter zu empfehlen.
Dann noch nach Abreise die Bitte (erstmalig mit Namen unterschrieben, sonst immer nur Inox), doch alles mit 10 zu bewerten.

Cet appartement n'a pas d'appareil de climatisation ET n'a une ouverture qu'à l'arrière, soit une porte patio donnant sur une petite galerie. Il est donc impossible d'établir une circulation d'air. Lors de notre séjour la température était à 38 degrés à l'extérieur. À l'intérieur, nous n'avons jamais pu avoir moins de 29 degrés. Un ventilateur était fourni mais un ventilateur ne fait que pousser de l'air trop chaud. L'inconfort absolu!!!
Le site devrait indiquer que l'appartement n'est pas climatisé.

The location couldn’t be better, easy walking distance to amenities, transit, the river, and shopping. It’s in a fabulous, quaint little neighbourhood with shops, restaurants and cafes and an amazing fresh food market. The apartment is clean, modern, comfortable, has everything you need. We were able to store our luggage at the office inside the building as we had an early morning arrival, which was very convenient .
We did need to pick up basic items like coffee pods, detergent, extra toilet paper , Kleenex , but there are plenty of little grocery stores close by so it wasn’t an issue.

- The apartment was spacious and it was clean on arrival. The beds, linens and towels all looked nice.
- The owner was agreeable and helpful even though, for inconveniences with the airline, I arrived one day later and later in the evening.
- The building was clean and easy to get in and out once you knew the "secrets" to do it (buttons on the wall to open doors -not common in the US)
- Having an elevator was very helpful. BABA was very good!!
- Nice places to eat/have coffee near by.
- Good convenience stores in the area.
We stayed two weeks in the two bedroom apartment, on the 1st floor, facing the garden.
- IT IS NOT A NON SMOKING ENVIRONMENT. The apartment is but it is permitted to smoke in the balcony, court yard, walkways, and stairs. The smoke travels!!, you know? And the French smoke a lot!!
There was always smell of cigarettes in the building and inside the apartment although neither my friend nor I smoke.
- The INTERNET did not work well, or at all, in the main bedroom facing the street.
- LINENS: They left only ONE bath and one hand towel for each one of us (when I mentioned it to the owner she blamed the cleaning person for the mistake). We had to wash our only towels in the provided washing machine (no dryer) and wait for them to air dry (in mostly rainy weather) to be reused. Also only one dishtowel.
- CLEANING: I was told that the apartment would be cleaned by a professional company but the person never showed up. When I called and left a message re that situation nobody answered/replied/sent a message o acknowledged my request.
- They did not leave any cleaning products, which it would have been a nice touch since we were staying for two weeks and we kept, and left, the apartment spotless!!!
- NOISE LEVEL: Very noisy building, the stairs, partitions and walkways ALL of METAL, are very noisy because people seems to use them (although there is an elevator, very handy, on site) at any time of the day and night and even roll their luggage without any concern for the people sleeping. ALSO lots of noise coming from the street and bars and restaurants near by.
- AC: Ther LACK of air conditioning (of which we knew about it) and the sun hitting on the window of the living room during the afternoon (the window did not have a heavy curtain to draw) made it very uncomfortable to stay in. There is a silent fan that is somehow good in the living room but the bedroom facing the street did not have any means for cooling the air.

the road was blocked to access when we arrived so we couldn’t use garage. we could have been told this. was there over a week but no interim cleaning. barely minimum supplies such as only 1 tablet for machines no spare garbage bags. The building needed overall maintenance. wet areas in entrance not cleaned. shower was in a very high bath with no rails. river view was more of a ‘bridge view’

Place was nice in a good location.
Do not stay here, these people will scam you. I was using the map feature to book a property in Toulouse and this place was advertised for either 72 or 77 euros (we'll say 77 for ease) on the map. I should have double checked but I was in a busy and noisy area when booking so I just went through the standard motions (I have booked a lot on booking.com's app so it's almost memory now). After I booked, I saw that I was charged 145.97 euros. They charged a 70 euro cleaning fee (my fault for missing it) but like I said, I was using the map feature to select a property. After I booked, I get an email from them saying that I now have to pay a 300 euro deposit for them to allow me in (this wasn't mentioned in their ad). The reason for this deposit is in case you leave a mess (remember to 70 euro cleaning fee they charge?). So if you don't follow their cleaning rules, they will charge you, even though they already charged you a cleaning fee. When I got there, there was no toilet paper. I called the owner up and asked for toilet paper and said he would drop it off but I had to pay the city tax of 5.50 euro. I didn't think much of it because there is a city tax, but having to pay it so I can get some toilet paper? He comes by and drops it off and I pay him 5.50 euro in cash. When I got home, my visa was charged 5.50 euro. I messaged the property, and they tell me it is for the city tax. I told them I paid the city tax in person when he dropped off the toilet paper but they refuesed to respond back until I brought it up with booking.com. And they still are refusing to refund me 5.50 they made me pay twice. So for an advertised property of 77 euros, I ended up paying 156.97 euros.

great location, central, with parking, great space, it’s bigger than it looks. very clean as well, all amenities you could need. close to everything, spacious, nice design, nice building, anything you need is a very short walk (3min) away. close to both metro lines. it’s a very ideal spot in the city. the parking is a great bonus.
nothing., the parking entrance is a bit tight if you aren’t used to driving on smaller European streets and have a larger vehicle. Nothing wrong with it but just a word of caution as I got a bigger rental than anticipated. No issues on my end. Car storage is very convenient for this part of the city. very. it’s a huge bonus for the location.

The apartment is beautiful, well set up, comfortable and central for exploring the city. We wished we had spent another night, as one was not enough. Highly recommend this apartment. Parking requires a small car and confidence in your driving!

I booked this place for the central location in Toulouse and on that it is a 10/10. Fantastic location with restaurants, cafes, bars, the metro easily accessible. I parked my car and never used it - I walked, rented a e-bike for one day from a place nearby, and used the metro. The apartment was roomy and there was a Nespresso coffee maker with a few capsules. There was ice in the freezer which I appreciated. The washing machine worked great and I hung laundry to dry on the deck.
The check-in and check-out are complex and multistep. The host TRIES his best to convey this in emails and even with a video, but I really doubt that anyone who is not familiar with the system really figures all this out on their own.
I arrived with my car and had the address for the garage, but the garage entrance isn't marked with a number - so I had to guess it was the right one. The first challenge was getting my car in.
Here is the procedure which wasn't I think really fully explained or at least I didn't get it - I had to call the number and the host who is very kind came and helped (a) park illegally on rue des Gironettes and use the code given in email to enter through the doorway. (b) Go to your apartment (mine was on level -1; the garage is level -2) and use the separate code for the apartment to enter and get the keys. (c) Return to the garage entrance and use the remote on the keychain to open the garage car door. (d) Pull in to the courtyard. Watch the video they helpfully send in advance on how the car elevator works - basically, you use ANOTHER token on the keychain to get the car elevator to open, you pull in all the way (it's very tight, but this is Europe and most garages are this way - I was able to fit an SUV). (e) unload all your bags. (f) Press the green button on the garage control panel and the door will close and the car elevator will return to the correct spot in the underground garage.
Not really explained was how to EXIT. It's basically the reverse - get the keys and use the token to retrieve the car via the car elevator (apparently the token is coded to the specific spot in the garage for your apartment, so the car comes back when you hold the token at the control panel). Load all your bags while the car is in the courtyard.

Everthing is degital and there are no instruction in english.
Once you reach the building everything (the entrance to the building, then to the flat and to the parking lot) is electronic and there is no reception or person to expain.
