About this house rental
Our open concept home offers plenty of space with a spacious living room and large kitchen. The home has all the essentials needed for a vacationing family or busy travelers in town for business. We have easy access to the I-35 which takes you directly into the city of Austin (app. 20 miles). We are also close to downtown Round Rock, Dell Diamond, and Kalahari Resort. Come stay with us in our modern four bedroom, two bathroom home located in the heart of Round Rock.
The primary bedroom comes with a King size bed and en-suite bathroom. Everything in the home is modern and recently updated with plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and relax or watch a movie. We have a nice size backyard perfect for grilling or unwinding at the end of a long day.
Guest will have access to the entire house with exception of a closet or space which is used to store extra house inventory.
We can be reached at any time via phone, text, or through the booking platform. We want you to have a great stay so if there is anything, we can do to help you accomplish that do not hesitate to ask. We will provide you will all our contact information prior to your arrival at our home. Thank you for allowing us to host your stay in Austin.
We live in a quiet suburban neighborhood that is close to of Round Rock's most desirable locations such as the Domain, restaurants, various forms of entertainment and also many of the more practical locations we also need when on vacation like Walmart, H-E-B and Walgreens to name a few.
Being that we are located in the suburban part of Austin a car is almost a must but Uber, Lyft or a taxi are all viable options.
We charge an additional guest fee of $20 a person per night after 4 guests. This fee is calculated on the booking app and usually is shown as additional guest fee on the breakdown.
NO UNAUTHORIZED GUEST ALLOWED. A $200 fee will be assessed for EACH unauthorized guest.
We do ask that you remove your shoes while inside our home. We won't judge if you choose to bring your bunny house slippers. Your secrets safe with us and we appreciate you treating our home the same as you do your own.
We have implemented these few rules in order to protect our home and business. We ask that you read them carefully and keep in mind that you if have no intention of breaking any of them they actually won’t apply to you.
No Shoes in the house.
No Pets under any circumstances. Reservation will be canceled immediately.
No smoking or vaping inside the house! Smoking outside in the backyard or front porch is acceptable.
Zero tolerance for drugs or illegal activities of any kind. Reservation will be canceled immediately!
Quite hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. Please do not disturb our neighbors!

We do not offer late checkouts.

This was a perfect house for our family while we stayed in Round Rock for a weekend soccer tournament. The house is clean and spacious, and in a convenient location. Quick drive to Kalahari and Old Settlers Park which I highly recommend.

House was clean and exactly what we needed for our stay! Close to the expressway and had everything we needed within a couple of miles. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Our three night stay was a journey, from finding fake toe nails on the floor (where my 2 year old son was playing with his toy trucks), the door handle to the pantry falling off, dirty walls, crumbs on the floor and underneath the sofa, to the lovely used needles in the closet on our last night in the unit. It’s safe to say this house isn’t cleaned between visits. VRBO might want to consider taking this property off their listings until it’s been test for drug exposure and deep cleaned. We sent two messages to our hosts and neither were responded to. Avoid this property.

A beautiful home with everything you need. The house was immaculate (trust me, I'm picky), and the customer service was spot on! Bonnie responded to my questions immediately and followed up a few days into our vacation, to see if we needed anything else. We visit family in Georgetown TX a few times a year, and will consider booking again! Thank you!!!

The home had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Shopping was near by and the area was a quiet neighborhood. The home was spacious with plenty of bedrooms and very clean. Awesome stay and would use this home again upon a return visit.

We had a really nice time on our vacation. The spacious layout of the house allowed us to have family and friends over for dinner each night, with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen and living room are bright and inviting. We were also close to many activities for the kids. We would stay here again for sure!

The property was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The host was very responsive to communication. The neighborhood was very quiet and well located. We had easy access to major roads to get to where we needed to go, which was primarily Dell Diamond but also old friends in Georgetown. We would stay here again.

We stayed here for just a quick weekend getaway for my husband to compete in an athletic competition. It was perfect! Very clean and spacious! Owners responded very quickly with any questions. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

🤩Decided this instead of hotels for 7 family members in town to attend a baby shower. Booked last minute for a one night stay. So glad we did! Perfect location for our needs. It was nice to drive up to a nice neighborhood, open the door to a clean and modern home, and have plenty of room for us all. Felt like home! Great communication with Bonnie. Easy check in and check out.

Property was as pictured. Very nice and well kept. Close to freeways and easy access to grocery, restaurants, etc. Great communication and quick responses. Definitely recommend to anyone traveling to the Austin area not wanting the hustle and bustle of the city.

There were a few things that would have made our stay much more pleasant.
I believe an inspection of the property after house keeping would help to solve most issues.
I do believe if we are paying for cleaning we should not be asked to, strip the bed sheets, load & start dishwasher or sweep the floors.
Over all a nice house.

This property is top notch. It is new and very clean inside and out. The kitchen is beautiful with stainless and granite. It is roomy with a huge master, bathroom and closet. There is a gas grill on the back porch and a private backyard. The garage has a little ramp to enable any one in a wheelchair to drive right in. We would definitely stay here again. The management was quick to get back to me with any questions I had. Also we felt very safe in this neighborhood. It was also very close to all kinds of shopping and really good restaurants. I highly recommend this property.
