The newly updated home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Enjoy the beautiful backyard with a Hot Tub, Fire Pit, BBQ, hammock and patio seating.

The house itself was nice, clean, well appointed. The location should not be a vacation rental. There are reasonable but strict noise restrictions (be inside by 9p) and it's because visitors are not wanted in this neighborhood - and I don't blame them. This is not a tourist area. I was there with my 81 year-old mom and my DIL and we did not feel like we could walk across to the park (note the map makes it look like it is on the edge of the neighborhood, it is in the middle). The garage has permanent table games, so you can't pull your car inside the garage so we felt very conspicuous. Use you own judgment, Goole Earth, etc. to make up your mind. House was nice. No ice or ice cube trays or response from property manager, but not a big deal.

This house was a great place to accommodate a group of adult friends. The kitchen was well stocked, the rooms were all clean and updated, and our group really enjoyed the backyard and garage games. We were only in town for a weekend, but definitely plan to come back again.

1.The home was very comfortable and can see the remodel was done with love.
2. However, my sister and I thought there should be another couch in the TV room so 2 people could relax while watching the TV with stands next to each to place a drink.
3. We could not find local channels! Maybe place info how to run the TV.
4. Since there is no room in the bathrooms to set makeup, toothbrushes, etc. maybe a small table in each bathroom.

House was very neat, clean, updated decor ane amenities. The whole house and back yard are so cute! Loved that the garage is basically a rec room. We had fun playing air hockey and throwing darts. The beds were comfortable and had plenty extra blankets and pillows, which the lack of is usually my number one complaint. But this house was more than properly stocked. The kitchen had everything you could need in a vacation home. The hosts left us a very kind welcome gift and note. Definitely recommend this propert if you're looking for a nice stay in Sonoma County.

The house was in a quiet neighborhood, with ample parking. It was well-appointed, and was very clean. There was also a nicely manicured backyard and plenty of seating. We appreciated that it is a pet-friendly accommodation.

Great property for the value. Everything was clean and well organized. The backyard is really nice space to hang out with friends. Fun little garage space to hangout too since quiet hours start at 9pm outside. Overall great for the value.

Our trip didn't turn out as expected, it ended up just being me and my daughter, and she ended up sick so we actually spent most of our time at the house. It was very comfortable and the hot tub really helped still make the trip worth it. Great communication with the host the entire time, would definitely come back if we're in Santa Rosa again. Back yard is perfect with all its features. Thank you!

The home is in an up and coming neighbourhood and has a rural feel. There is a small park within walking distance, populated enough to feel safe during daytime hours.
The property is exceptionally clean. Only the washing machine is in need of a deep cleaning. Linens and towels are decent quality. All the appliances we used were in perfect working order. Enjoyed the outdoor BBQ in the nice backyard. Light bulbs over dining table need to be replaced, causing instant headache. House instructions are needed. Most guests will not be familiar with Santa Rosa's waste sorting. Quiet hours are ranging from 9-9, neighbourhood dogs don't always adhere to noise restrictions.
On our four day journey to the property we received the rental rules. Although none of them are outrageous, they should be mentioned on VRBO before payment is made. E-mail Host rules state that a dog is allowed with prior approval. VRBO, on the other hand, clearly states that one dog of any size is allowed, no approval mentioned.
Trying to contact the host via e-mail we received a fail code. Thankfully a phone number was provided which we used to text our arrival time and that we are travelling with our dog. It would be beneficial to find out if there are breed restrictions as we would definitely rent this property again when working in the area.

This is a lovely house - everything is very comfortable and full of all the amenities (best towels ever!). The yard (and hot tub) are particularly pleasant. It's a quiet neighborhood and neighbors clearly don't want loud partying next door, but it was perfect for our family visit.

Great Stay... Good Price
The stay at this home was quiet and nice. The house is well updated and clean. It is in a working-class neighborhood that is not too far from all of the wine country area so it makes it convenient.

Perfect Home Base
We loved the setup of the house. Super comfortable after a day of exploring. House is well equipped; beds are comfy. Host is helpful. Hot tub under the trees was beautiful.

Everything we needed
The property is really nice, love the great water pressure, heated bathroom floors, lighting and small little touches.
Very quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was stocked with sugar, spices, tea and coffee. Towels were plentiful.

Fabulous Property!
We had a wonderful stay at this property but had a couple of issues. The home was nice and clean. The pictures on VRBO are accurate. We had plenty of space for four friends and the beds were comfortable. The fenced in back yard is fantastic! It is in a convenient location for visiting the coast, Napa Valley, Sonoma Valley, Calistoga, and Glen Ellen (although they are all a bit of a drive).
We had issues with the hot tub and fire pit. Before our trip Tyler answered our questions promptly but during our stay, we were told to contact Ella with any issues. Ella was not very responsive to voice mail or text messages. We were only able to use the hot tub and fire pit two of the four nights. This was disappointing because the hot tub and fire pit were amenities that we looked for when booking a property. By the third night Ella did send someone out to the property. He did not have the part to fix the fire pit ignition switch, but he showed us how to light it manually though and that worked fine. He also reset the hot tub.
Even with the issues, we had a wonderful time and would stay there again.

Bachelorette Party Pad
Location is an easy distance to great wineries in both Sonoma and Napa. Easily accommodates 6 guests. Host had very thoughtful touches including shampoo, conditioner, body wash in the bathrooms as well as coffee and creamer in the kitchen. Backyard and hot tub were awesome. Early check-in was not available, but we were able to park our rental in the driveway.

Wonderful stay!
My friends and I stayed here during a wine country weekend. We really enjoyed the home. The beds were super comfortable, the home was clean and the kitchen was wonderful. We loved the ample backyard and the hot tub. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Clean, comfortable, and close to everything
This was a perfect spot for a peaceful, easygoing vacation, featuring short trips out to the coast, into wine country, etc. The place was exactly as advertised, amenities were terrific, the yard in particular was ideal for travelers with dogs.

Great getaway spot with three separate rooms!
Great space for three different couples! It also has a lot of outside space to visit and congregate. We took advantage of the hot tub every night! Temp was a little warm for us so take off the cover in advance to cool it off. Kitchen has a ton of cupboard space with a great Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were fully stocked in both bathrooms. Shower head was fantastic with a great waterfall feel. Great price and great location, with easy access to Russian River Valley and Sonoma area.

Sweet Suburban Home
Situated in a suburban neighborhood at the end of a cul de sac, the house is comfortable and well-designed. My daughter really loved the air hockey table in the garage. The darts were fun, too, though falling apart. The hot tub was luke-warm (seemed to be programmed to not go past a certain temp) and we couldn't get the jets to work. The fire pit had an empty tank, but they keep extras nearby. It gave off a gassy odor as it burned, but was pretty. We did like the back yard, though construction was taking place at the home behind the property and music playing most of the day there. The cleaning products used left a chemical smell, and sheets smell of laundry perfume so this property is not a great match for the chemically sensitive. Most every basic need in terms of kitchen gadgets, towels, etc. are provided for. The one thing I wished for was a tea kettle. The ice dispenser didn't work and I realized it was because all the ice had frozen into a lump together, probably due to a past power outage. Overall, I would recommend this property, especially for multi-parties traveling together and sharing the cost. Having lived in wine country, I knew going into this that the house is not really in wine country. It's near enough, but know that it's really just a house in a neighborhood in Santa Rosa from which you can drive to lots of great destinations (Russian River and true wine country).

Great weekend getsway
Great property, very spacious, and we enjoyed our time in the backyard. The place was clean and tidy but can feel little stuffy. Not a big deal once you air it out or turn on AC. Neighborhood was quiet and everyone kept to themselves. Highly recommend.

Lovely home
The home is beautiful inside and out. Every detail is thought of and available there for you. Beautiful fully fenced secure yard for your furry friend and a hot tub and fire pit for the humans. Definitely not a walking property you will need a car to see what the Sonoma Valley has to offer. The inside of the home is inviting with beautiful handcrafted lighting and features.

Oasis in Santa Rosa
House was perfect for our needs. Clean, well equipped, tastefully decorated, fantastic backyard that was great for the dog. Not much going on in the immediate neighborhood, but close to many Sonoma destinations and took a nice bike ride to Sebastopol on the Joe Redota trail.

Peaceful and newly updated!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! With the large grassy yard,
and everything newly renovated from the furnishings to the linens, new appliances, new everything, we were all very happy :) I highly recommend this house on the end of a quiet road!

Lovely get-a-way bubble
We stayed during Covid-19 times and this house was a very tranquil escape. We spent most of our time in the backyard just hanging out. It was quite, well appointed and we thoroughly enjoyed our escape.
