The largest bedroom is adorned with a cozy king-size bed and offers a spectacular lake view where you can enjoy beautiful sunrises. The two smaller bedrooms offer additional sleeping for four, ideal for small extended families.

Outside, you will enjoy 65 feet of level lakefront with a seasonal dock. The water depth is gradual, perfect for swimming! A picnic table sits near the willow tree, partially shaded from the hot summer sun.

Located just two miles from downtown Penn Yan, this cottage is ideally situated on the Keuka Lake Wine Trail. Seneca Farms, a local ice cream and eatery, is just a short drive down the street – their food is incredible! Within walking distance from Seneca Farms is a local park with a new playground for entertainment for all ages!
