Historic 1939 Coco self-catering, licensed vacation cottage offers driveway parking, the entry with one 9″ step and one 8″ step up to the original door with 3″ step over doorjamb into 35″ clear entry. Two king bedrooms (north facing and south facing) have hybrid bedding. The hall bath adjacent to the north bedroom offers a shower/tub combo. Cabana bath offers a Coventry soaking tub with handheld and rainfall shower. Historic Bermuda Style Cottage with an open floor plan with 55″ 4K TV, WiFi 6, HVAC, LED lighting, ceiling fans, dining room, breakfast room, and a full kitchen with stainless appliances. An ideal retreat where historic charm and modern living coexist in harmony. The house is one level with original oak floors, except for one step down to the hallway leading to the Cabana bath and out to the rear sundeck with appropriate furnishings.

A comfy décor creates a warm glow, with transitional décor that maintains a sense of place, with sunny pops of color. Enjoy time on your private back deck with bar height umbrella table and bar stools, outdoor rocker chaise and club chair with ottoman. Catch some rays on a chaise at the heated saline pool. A quick 10-minute walk to Convention Center, Rosemary Square, Norton Museum of Art, Grandview Public Market, Craft Breweries, and South Dixie Corridor businesses. Only 2 miles to Palm Beach. Housekeeping arranged with a licensed service.

Pool:
The heated pool is a shared saline pool with 5 other listings. It is very quiet with spacious oasis atmosphere. Each home has there private entrance to the pool area. To open the gate to the pool please pull up on the latch which features a top pull design for added safety so that children cannot reach the latch to open it.

Publix is 0.8 miles away from the listing and there are many restaurants that are within walking distance. The beach is within walking distance, but you can use a vehicle to make it a little faster which is about an 8-minute drive. The airport is very close, which is a 12-minute drive.

Smoking any substance, vaping, lighting of candles, incense charcoal grills, etc., is prohibited while a vacation rental guest there is a $200 fine if smoking is detected.

The home was very well appointed. There was nothing overlooked. The pool was beautiful and a great place to spend the day. We would definitely stay here again when in the WPB area. Walking distance to some great restaurants and shopping.

Great property! Very pretty, and the pool area was a great place to relax at the end of the day. Great location only a few minutes drive to Palm Beach shopping and restaurants. Very clean and had all the amenities one could need. The check-in process was as easy as anyone could ask for. We would definitely stay here on a return trip!

Loved the house and theme - Perfect size and location for the area attractions - grocery store and great restaurants nearby. The house was well done with many amenities - beautiful outdoor area and common pool. Property Manager was very cordial - One guest room shower is pretty tight for a normal size individual - Overall, we would certainly stay there again.

We loved the plum cottage! It was beautifully appointed with modern appliances, comfortable beds and couch, even down to the details of beach towels, and toiletries. We couldn’t have asked for more considerate hospitality. The cottage was spacious, spotless and in a great location- walkable to shopping and restaurants, galore. The pool was a tropical oasis, as well. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Charleston Place which had accommodations to entertain my family while in the area. Access to the pool during the hot summer was a must. Management stayed in constant contact when needed. Beautiful place, felt like home.

Coco Plum was the perfect place to stay! We had everything we needed and truly enjoyed our vacation! The neighborhood was beautiful and the landscaping was gorgeous! The house was decorated in the West Indies style and was very comfortable and cozy! We highly recommend and hope to return in the future!

The house is furnished & appointed very nicely. It has touches that many vacation rentals lack — clocks in the bedrooms, decent & plentiful clothes hangers, super-comfy beds & bedding. The kitchen has everything one could possibly need. Patio is very inviting, we spent a lot of time there. Only downside is the lack of in-house washer/drier. Would definitely stay here again.

This lovingly restored historic bungalow was full of thoughtful details and incredibly clean. The location is perfect as you can walk to convention center, the park, and Rosemary Square. The cute pool is calm and quiet. The landscaping is stellar. I cannot say enough positive things. Thank you!

This house was incredibly well appointed. It was super clean and comfortable. Everything you can think of was provided. There were waters, sodas, creamer in the fridge.,and a nacks on the counter. Super cute little cottages with shared pool and deck areas as well as the private patio with comfy seating. I highly recommend this stay!

Lovely Coco Plum Cottage in a Friendly Historic Area

My husband and I stayed for 9 days in the quaint Coco Plum cottage in The Grandview Heights Historic District on P Street in West Palm Beach. The area is made up of small cottages and a few bigger houses, and you really get a feeling of being transported back in time. The property is managed by Tonya, who promptly answers every request. Check-in was a snap with the keypad on the door, and the cottage was immaculate and had two comfortable bedrooms. Bedrooms have very comfortable mattresses; the room was dark (with the curtians and shades closed) and most important of all, no PEEP was heard at night! There are no dogs barking, no cars passing, so if you're looking for a quiet place to sleep, you have found it, we slept so well in this cottage! I frequently rent properties in the Florida area and take some boxes of kitchen utensils with me, and for the first time, however, I didn't need them. The kitchen is fully-loaded with everything you need, knives, mixing bowls, plenty of flatware, loads of different glasses and a good mix of appliances. So if you do plan to cook, you are set. The house is from the 1930's (if my memory serves me correct), and the decor is very cozy. If you're planning on washing clothes, I do suggest you stock up on quarters before you arrive- the washing machine is a few cottages over near the pool, a wash is 2 dollars. There is a lovely caretaker, Francisco, who was so helpful. I was working at our trade show at the convention center, and he took care of accepting my baggage from Iberia and opened the door so I didn't have to leave work to wait for my bag to be delivered. All the people we met in the other cottages were so amicable. It was indeed a home away from home, and we couldn't have been happier about our stay. We also loved discovering the fantastic bakery/restaurant HIVE just a few blocks away-the most amazing loaves of bread and pastries! Coco Plum is really a small gem of a place- we will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Coco Plum Cottage in the Grandview Heights neighborhood of West Palm Beach. The house was clean and cozy with just the right amount of modern updates and amenities. We really enjoyed the private outdoor space - it felt so tropical and like our own little oasis. We loved that the house was walking distance to shopping and restaurants and that it was so convenient to Palm Beach.
