Have an awesome vacation in Sun City!

Sun City is a peaceful and fun 55+ community.

This two bedroom, two bath home has it all! A comfortable living room with a 50" TV with streamed live TV and programs. Quartz countertops in the kitchen and baths. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and other items. There is also a pass through window from the kitchen to the back patio for entertaining purposes. Covered patio with comfortable patio furniture. Two car garage is spacious.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, and the second bedroom has a queen sized bed. Quality mattresses and sheets in each bedroom.

Both bathrooms have sparkling quartz countertops and quality towels.

Excellent location in Phase II of Sun City. This is an age restricted community, so one renter must be 55+. Home is near Bell road for easy access to freeways, restaurants, places of worship, and shopping.

This is the owners first and only vacation rental. We are looking forward to making your stay a pleasant one. We will respond quickly if you have any questions or concerns!

It really feels like home which makes the stay better. Was able to do multiple early morning hikes. Sitting on the patio was relaxing before or after the heat. Was a convenient location for me. Cynthia took time to guve options about using the Sun City rec centers.

Property was clean and nicely decorated. Property owner went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Favorite treats were left for us. Nice quiet 55+ neighborhood. Neighbors were friendly. Easy access to freeway, restaurants and grocery stores. Would definitely stay here again.

We were here for 11 days and everything went very well. The owners were very nice and made sure the check in and oit went smoothly. They also checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We greatly appreciate their kindness and enjoyed staying in their home.

Everything was just perfect. Cynthia was very accommodating and helpful to me when I asked for advice. The house was clean. This was the first time I rented through VRBO but I don't think it will be the last especially if all of the hosts are like Cynthia. The area was quiet and clean just taking a walk down the street we were met with very friendly neighbors who stopped to chat with us. It was an excellent time and we didn't want to leave

House was well stocked plus more. Excellent property manager who was very gracious and helpful with everything including recreation facilities paperwork. The recreation centers were fun to go to for swimming, golf and more. The house patio is very comfortable. Loved all the birds, bunnies and fresh squeezed orange juice every day. King bed was extra firm which we were not use to. We were thankful we brought our own pillows. Overall, We had a great vacation and would rent again and rate 5/5. Thank you, Cynthia.

This was truly the most enjoyable VRBO house we've ever stayed at! Start to finish our experience was far beyond spectacular. Owner was accommodating and extremely helpful at all times. The house was perfect in every way possible! Clean, well stocked with all the basic necessities including all the kitchen equipment, towels, etc. We can't wait to stay there again soon! Excellent service, excellent accomodations!

This home was in a peaceful location close to many of Sun City's amenities, and was comfortable, well-kept, and had a wonderful shaded patio that I enjoyed almost every day. Cynthia, the owner, bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed, was quick to answer questions, and was a great person to work with for our first time renting a home for a month with VRBO. Five stars!

This house was very nice and it was very good for people with mobility issues. It's one floor, shower is large and there's a shower chair for use. Cynthia was very good about checking in if we needed anything. She was very responsive and helpful. When we go back we will definitely stay here again!

Our stay was excellent! From the checkin-checkout time the home is clean, well maintained inside and out. Liked very much we could put car in the garage! Will be staying again in the future when our time allows us to travel! Have told our friends about the property.

My husband and I fell in love with this property immediately. It is extremely comfortable and has everything we need. Nice linens, towels, grill, covered back patio, and the list goes on. Cynthia, our host, was very helpful and gracious and within a short time we were settled in and enjoying ourselves. We'll be back!

Cynthia is an amazing land-lady! The communication and check-in was great. She checked with us on a regular basis to make sure everything was okay and to see if we needed anything like laundry soap, toilet paper, etc. The house itself was awesome--very nice and very clean. The covered back patio was so nice, whether we wanted sun or shade. The bench out front was peaceful and great for soaking up the sun. The double stall garage was nice to park our car in and store extra items we had brought along. This is a top-notch rental!

I loved Cynthia's home! It isn't a short-walking distance to anything, but is still a very short drive. It was so nice having a garage to park in and a back covered patio to sit on! The home was well stocked with what we needed and she even provided some extra's which was super sweet of her!

Wonderful place to stay with everything you need! Lots of day trips available as well as local shopping. House is beautifully decorated and especially liked tile floors as opposed to carpet. We were the first guest to stay in this recently updated home and couldn't have been more pleased. Cynthia and Rick were great about getting back to us when we had questions but honestly we didn't have to contact them much as everything was just the way we like it: Clean, nice neighborhood and everything we needed was available to us. We hope we get to stay here again and will definitely recommend their home to our friends.
