Enjoy this beautiful waterfront location on Ryders Cove. Large yard and beautiful outdoor space with water views make this property one you will remember.

You will thoroughly enjoy using the property's kayaks and paddleboard with PFD's right from your back yard, or trips to the sandy saltwater beach of Crow's Pond just a short walk away via deeded path. Enjoy morning coffee in the sun-drenched back yard drinking in the sights and gentle sounds. Located on a cul-de-sac in a beautiful North Chatham neighborhood (one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Chatham), this is a great spot for biking and walking. This is an immaculate home that is airy and bright with breathtaking water views of Ryders Cove from almost every room.

The house offers 4 bedrooms (sleeps 10) with 3.5 baths. Two master bedrooms with private baths make this a perfect rental for families or friends. Beautiful, clean home in wonderful location close to a variety of beaches. Layout is unique with 2nd master upstairs from its ensuite. That bathroom is actually connected to the office. The second family room shares the room with the second master. It worked well for us.
