We spent a beautiful week here, watching the sunrise and sunset from our patio. The kids loved swimming in the pool in the evening. Close to food in Princeville and the cute Hanalei town and bay. The Turtle Cove hike from the property was so much fun (did it 3 times). The ocean breeze with the balcony slider and windows open was amazing! Enjoyed the use of the beach equipment, the kitchen is well stocked, and the beds are super comfortable! Loved hearing the wind, rain and waves as we slept. Would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Princeville. The only hitch was getting in the door! We kept trying the code on the lock box when it was REALLY an electronic code for the door lock! Once we figured that out it was a breeze. The views are amazing and we were very comfortable there. It was accessible to many places we wanted to explore! Thank you.

The house is fully equipped with everything you need. View is amazing. We sat on the patio and saw whales jumping/surfacing every single day. Home was comfortable and a nice place to relax after full days of seeing the rest of the island.

We had such a wonderful visit in the comfort of this condo. It was clean, cozy and well appointed from kitchen and bedding to beach equipment - so appreciated! The location and view are unparalleled - we had an amazing time watching the beautiful humpback whales right from the lanai. We hope to return some day. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

The Good: The view was exceptional. Spotted whales right from our patio! Grocery store a mile away.
The bad: This unit has not been updated since it was built in the 1970s. It is tired and worn. Recliners were broken. Bed sagged. No ice maker. No hot tub. We expected more for the price.

Wonderful place wirh an ideal location, would definitely stay again. Centrally located to everything north shore related with great beaches everywhere and incredible sunrises from the bedroom and sunsets just off the patio.

The property is a must stay in Princeville. The location has great unobstructed views of the ocean. Sleeping with the windows open and hear the waves.The area was well kept in a great neighborhood. No need for a/c at this one. You get great cool ocean breezes that are just fine. We went in January and could see the whales from the property. Great communication from the owner. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.

We feel very lucky to have found this magnificent home. Stepping outside onto the cliffside view and seeing the whales breach and do their courtship dance. Listening to the surf under the starlight. Wow. Brandi is a wonderful host, and her home has very nice kitchen accessories with very good cookware, sharp cutlery, and nice dinnerware. There are a lot of things I could write about this magical island and perfect accommodations, but I can't match the experience of actually being here. If you are looking for a place here in Kauai, this is the place to stay. Book now. I guarantee you'll love it. Mahalo.

Nothing better than sitting out on the patio watching whales breaching and tail slapping. We had an excellent vantage point to enjoy this spectacle for 3-4 mornings.

4 of us we’re visiting Kauai’s north shore for the first time and this was a great location to experience Princeville, and with gorgeous ocean views from every room. The beach chairs and towels were great for our daily 10 min drive to Hanalei Bay or Annini Beach. I would stay here again!

Literally on the cliff side with the best snorkeling on the island 4min hike down the hill. 730 am for sea turtles. Real quiet and everything closes early, good for us, but something to keep in mind. Only downside is their is not much of a local vibe, but that is common for much of the island, barring a few small towns.

We had a great time at Brandi’s condo! It was well-stocked, clean, comfortable, and had great views. We enjoyed using the beach equipment provided and noted some beach toys and games in a hall closet. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with the basics and some starter toiletries (there was even a hair dryer and straightener in the primary bath). Brandi was quick to communicate and had some great suggestions for us. The view is outstanding, and we enjoyed sitting outside taking it all in (one note for the non-sun worshippers, the back patio gets direct morning sun with no shade, but you can easily enjoy the view and breeze inside on the comfy recliners). We had a great stay and highly recommend Brandi’s condo!

The sunsets every night were amazing. We had a great time. Only complaint is that we didn't stay longer. Condo had great beach chairs and body boards for the beach. Brandi had great recommendations for us as well.

It’s so close to the pristine north shore beaches, trails, restaurants and grocery stores. Yet it’s quite and away from the crowds. The drive to Kapaa, Poipu and the west side is beautiful! (Use the Kappa bypass to avoid traffic if you don’t need to make a stop in Kappa)
I highly recommend this condo and I’d stay here again.

Million Dollar Views
Brandi's condo is located on a quiet bluff with endless ocean views. We fell asleep to the sounds of the surf and awakened to glistening waves and frolicking whales in our backyard. The kitchen lacks a bit in style but has fully working appliances large and small and has more than everything you need. Linens are also well-stocked and spotlessly clean with extras of everything -including lots of beach towels. There are plenty of beach toys and chairs, equipment, books, games, children and baby stuff. But the very best of all the extras were the powerful binoculars that made the waves and the whales seem like they were performing just for us.
Brandi also has great taste in restaurants we asked for her faves and she did not disappoint. She was a welcoming host, responsive and helpful.

The condo was nice, clean and has a well appointed kitchen. The beds were comfortable with an amazing view of the ocean from each bedroom.
The condo is closer to restaurants, grocery store and is located in a well maintained community.
Brandi is an excellent host. I contacted her a couple of times and each time she responded very quickly. She sent in a new iron within a couple of hours of reporting a missing one; She took time to share information about the local beach, trails, turtle cave(which is down the cliff, the trail entrance is next to the condo).
She accommodated a flexible check out. On the day of departure, I accidentally left a backpack with valuables at the condo & called Brandi from the airport; Though she herself was travelling that day, she arranged for someone to pickup my backpack before the next guests arrived and offered for it to be mailed soon upon her return to town. She went over and beyond to help address my situation; Her professionalism and attention to her guests are impeccable.

Back again!
This was our third stay at this condo, so obviously we love it. It is not the fanciest place, compared to some others. But it is clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and has a view to die for! Whether you’re in the living room or either of the bedrooms, you can see endless ocean from the windows. And we love being on the first floor, where we can just walk out onto the lanai, lawn, or cliff side Adirondack chairs. The beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, ice chest, etc) is so handy to have, and not an amenity found at most vacation rentals. We’ll definitely be back for visit #4!

The location of this property is ideal for endless views of the ever changing ocean horizon. To feel the trades blowing , hear the waves breaking below and having a rainbow right outside our window is why I choose Princeville. The condo has ample room for 4 adults and was clean and comfortable.

First of all, the condo and views were absolutely stunning! The condo is clean and extremely well stocked with. Dishes, glasses, pots and pans, everything necessary to cook a meal. There were beach chairs, ice chests, and water toys. The views were just stunning! The property was lovely, green and lush.
Brandi was an excellent host. I had a couple basic questions during the visit and Brandi always replied within two hours. That is just exceptional! Thank you Brandi for sharing your wonderful condo with me!

Though we swam, hiked, kayaked, explored, we also came to work on writing projects, and always enjoyed being in this space. You can mediate or do yoga as the sun rises! You can watch the tropicbirds overhead or the many songbirds in the little wooded gulch beside the property. Easy parking. Big windows and ceiling fans- it was always the perfect temperature. The beach chairs and umbrellas were really useful! We are very grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here.

Great location and a comfortable and well-stocked unit
My friend and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Alii Kai. The two bedrooms and two baths gave us plenty of space and the kitchen had all the cookware and dishes we needed. We had a fabulous time in this condo. The views and the ease of walking out of the door and seeing the sunrise and sunset was incredible. We were able to see spinner dolphins, sea birds and nenes right outside the condo.
We had a hiccup with checking in because we entered the wrong number in the keypad once and it locked up. If you come late at night it is hard to see where everything is. Bring the owners phone number in case you have difficulty.
Other than that, the place was great. New spices and lots of utensils and cooking supplies.
