Perfect property, well maintained, very clean, served as a great location to enjoy all Seattle has to offer without long commutes. Great neighborhood that represents Seattle’s charm and culture. And to top it off, the owner was quick to respond to questions and very friendly, he turned the perfect stay into the perfect experience! We’ll stay again next time we’re in town.

This place captured out hearts right away with a magnificent first impression. It was cozy and cute, beckoning you to spend more time there than you’d planned. Every little detail was thought of and available, spotless clean, and the beds were very comfy. On top of that, the location was spectacular for a nice walk or bike ride around the neighborhood. It was everything we didn’t know we were looking for.

This is our new favorite Seattle place. Quiet, clean, comfortable, stylish space, just blocks from Green Lake. Great neighborhood. Easy communication with owner, easy parking. Can't wait to come back!

We stayed in this charming house in August. It was perfect for our 3 generation group. We had a few questions and the host responded promptly. The storage and spaces were quite ingenious and lent themselves well to a dark room with crib for the 2 year old and a comfy convertible bed for the 6 year old. The neighborhood was nice and very walkable both to shops and parks.

The pictures don't do this place justice! It is so nice and comfortable! The pillows are amazing. We met Roland and he gave us tips on where to find food and coffee. Very friendly! It is located close to everything. Would definitely recommend!

Our family of four + our small dog stayed in this charming neighborhood spot for one night only. What a gem. We’ll be back for sure for an extended stay. It was clean and comfortable and the host is a great communicator. Our stay was seamless and close to everything you might need. We didn’t cook but it looked like everything was available for doing so.

This was so much more than i expected. The photos dont even begin to do it justice. The home is cozy and comfortable and in a wonderful location. Just minutes away from a beautiful park and great restaurants. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

I’ve stayed in many vacation rentals and this one stood out for the attention to detail and beautiful decor. Charming real Seattle craftsman in a wonderful neighborhood. Comfy beds with lovely linens, and the kitchen was furnished with everything you need. Super quiet and easy to fry a good nights rest. In short just delightful, highly recommended!

This is a charming and welcoming apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were welcomed by our host and enjoyed talking to him. We were close to a large park, good places to eat, and a very nice dog park. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all that we needed, and the tv was set up to watch many shows. Thank you for a comfortable place to stay on our adventures.

Roland was one of the few property owners who allows cats in his place. He's a tried and true cat person. The unit was perfect for my home away from home while my house had construction done. Two separate bedrooms so the cats had their own space and minimize cat conflict during a stressful situation. The unit is beautiful and the updates are thoughtfully done. I like details like the original Eastlake door hardware and the antique light fixtures at the top of the stairs. Perfect for a couple or small family!

The Greenlake Suites was a great place to stay! Myself and my two daughters loved the atmosphere and location. Our Host, Roland, was super nice and easy to get in touch with! He recommended fun stuff to do like visit the local park that was in walking distance and had lots of cool folks hanging out there! We had a fantastic trip and appreciate all!

The perfect place to stay

We come to Seattle about twice a year to visit our son, and we like to stay near his home. This was perfectly situated for us. The neighborhood is quiet, it has great walkability, and feels completely safe. The unit had everything we needed to feel right at home and was very clean and neat. We met Roland when we arrived and he was great! When we come back next time, we’re staying here again!

Very positive experience. Checking in was simple Many small touches and clean presentation made the home feel very welcoming and cozy. Probably most welcoming rental I have stayed at. Bed was comfortable, plenty of towels and blankets. Neighborhood has everything needed in walking distance. Cafes, restaurants, bars, parks. We walked a ton. Met the owner Roland, he was super friendly and welcoming. Thanks Roland, great stay!

Great place in a neat Seattle neighborhood

My small family and I enjoyed two nights in Seattle (2 adults + 1 nine year old). The apt was super cute and had a great little kitchenette with delicious coffee! It’s situated very close to the downtown area / tourist sights (15 - 20 minute drive) but also in a great neighborhood and close to Green Lake. Beware of two flights of stairs (one outside from street to entry way) and the apt is on second floor…dragging our overstuffed bags to the apt was a challenge but that was our own faults for overpacking. We really enjoyed our stay!
