La calidez de la persona de recepción, todo perfecto, llegamos a nuestra habitación y la cama muy cómoda, la habitación muy fresca y con una vista increíble, el canto de los pájaros todos los días 😊 y el relajante sonido del río, todo muy bien

You get what you pay for. Good budget option

Convenient location close to many restaurants, shops, cafes, and within walking distance of famous local monuments. Price was reasonable. Nice view of the river through the sliding glass door in the back of the room. AC worked great. Water got hot quickly and wasn't too difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature.

No breakfast included, just free coffee but with very limited condiments provided. Only a small amount of sugar packets and creamer packets are stocked every morning, for all guests across the entire floor. They run out quickly. No conditioner provided in the bathroom. Just shampoo. The Netflix app on the TV kept freezing up and was completely unusable and unwatchable.

Gute Ausstattung, Fitnessstudio, Co-Working Area, schnelles Wifi, Tee, Wasser, Kaffee

Die Zimmer sind ziemlich klein und hellhörig, wenn man die Option der Klimaanlage nicht bucht, steht die Luft im Zimmer, zumindest in dem Zimmer was ich hatte (keine Sicht auf den Fluss, keine Fenster).

Comodidad y buena ubicación

La ubicación es muy buena, en mera zona romántica, cerca de varios bares, restaurantes, y zona de playa. La cama es extremadamente cómoda, y la habitación tiene lo necesario para una agradable estancia, así como mobiliario y equipo nuevo.

Si tuviera que criticar algo, yo colocaría un espejo adicional, sin embargo, no pasa nada con el hecho de que no lo tenga ;)

La ubicación es excelente, está en el mejor punto de la ciudad si vas en plan conocer.

La vista al rio está bien, solo que las macetas del balcón estaban secas y había un calcetín en el exterior, me imagino que el rio lo llevó hasta la pared del hotel.

Es tranquilo el lugar y muy limpio.

Que no tiene espacio ni para llegar en coche a dejar las maletas, y en los alrededores es difícil encontrar un lugar para estacionar el coche unos minutos. Estaría bien un poco más ancha la habitación, está todo muy "pegado".

Solid spot for a short stay.

Stylish lobby, clean rooms, good location, wifi, AC and fan.

Unsightly tubes hanging outside window, shower was clogged and had no door, could hear everything in hallway, not enough towels, cramped for 2 people.

Solid Co-working Location with good rooms, coffee and staff.

Very nice co-working lodging. The rooms were well designed with AC and a TV and a desk with chair. Every morning there is free good Coffee available! And the staff is very friendly and service oriented.

The Co-work upstairs is fine, but a bit bland and boring. Not much excitement or networking of any kind. No food available, but plenty of good restaurants nearby.

Excellent.

Location right in Zona Romantica and down town Puerto Vallarta where all attractions are. The hotel is by Rio Cuale so the rooms by the river are specially charming. Hotel’s gym fully equiped. Rooms are clean and very new, nicely furnished and with AC. And the personal is very helpful. I forgot my mobile in my room and Alexis helped me to get it back at the airport. Many Thanks. I really recommend the hotel and I will stay there next time in Puerto Vallarta.

When you can't stay at home, go to The Joint.

The hotel design was very nice, the staff were very attentive and my room was wonderful. The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to leave and the shower water was hot. That's usually a problem u. Pv.

Great hotel and location!

Stayed at this location for nine days and the stay was exceptional. Staff was very friendly, services were awesome, location was great, right across from the street from a bar, store and restaurant. Also right next to a bus stop if needed. Price was also reasonable for 9 days. All in all, great hotel, would recommend for any traveler.

This is more of a nitpick, but the shower and bathroom were opposite from each other instead of one single room, more of a preference thing.

love this place. we are coming again for a week stay.

Very clean and fast internet. Spacious for working and very friendly staff. Excellent location to work and leisure. There is a gym 3 minutes away called Total Fitness that we enjoyed for working out. We are staying again for a week. Excellent location near the Zona Romantica and Malecon.
