Muwerang-Kent Reserve is a short walk away - turn left out of our driveway and you’ll be there in 2 minutes. Enjoy the basketball ½ court, playground, shady picnic facilities or keep strolling and you’ll be on the beach, or the Encounter Bikeway, in a minute.

- Stunning open plan living, kitchen and dining area with direct access to the wide entertainers deck.
- Modern kitchen with loads of bench space and a breakfast bar with stools, XL ‘fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, filtered water, dishwasher, crockery & cutlery for a crowd, Lavazza espresso coffee, NutriBullet, quality melamine for little guests, glassware for every occasion, walk-in-pantry with all of the staples (microwave, XL toaster, electric kettle, classic toastie maker, milkshake maker & even a fondue set! + a range of teas, spreads, EVOO etc.)
- Dining seating 12 guests comfortably
- Living area has lots of seating areas, comfortable sofa, Smart TV, books, jigsaw puzzles, board games and a gas heater.
- Wide entertainers deck with bar table, stools, bean bags and outdoor chairs
- Main bedroom with king ensemble, bedside tables, plush carpet, walk-through robe to the ensuite complete with a large shower, hair dryer, basin and toilet.
