Views and room itself were nice

It was right in front of the beach and the pool was working.
We had to change hotels because the first room didn't have supported WIFI for the TV usage.

No internet, pool, or beach access. Although there's a city beach entrance next door to the building.

Property was not the unit I booked. No Internet, no cable, had figure out how to get channels on TV even then reception was snowy. Couldn't lock door as instructed to leave. Stove was in such bad shape I was afraid to use. Very disappointed.

Location was great. Parking lot was clean and freshly redone.
Price for cleaning the unit seemed reasonable...... until I realized what little effort was put into cleaning. Pool area is shut down, couldn't find fitness center. What were the amenity fees paying for? Mattress was old and terrible. Bed spread was old and seemed unsanitary. No hand soap in the bathroom, only 2 skimpy rolls of single ply tp(had to go buy my own). Unit smelled of mold. Tub faucet dripped constantly. Toilet would stay running periodically. Noisy, dusty construction going on during most days of stay

Location was convenient. Many restaurants and stores nearby.
There was no Wi-Fi at all. Spent 2 days with tech support to get it active to no resolution. Room was listed as a king size studio but only had a queen bed. No access key to the pool area, found out it was drained, would have been nice knowing that in advance. Laundry room was sparse, no coin alternative or laundry soap available.

Everything was perfect. Even with damages from the hurricane it was super easy to get on the beach

We received an email with a unit # and was told we would receive a door code on the morning of the trip, which we did. Check in was at 4pm we got to the building around 6pm. We put in the door code they gave us and it did not work. There is no one at the front desk, you have to call the customer service # for who you booked the room through, which we did and they said they were sending someone from the local office to meet us with the master key. That took forever! It was a little after 9pm before he came with the master key and he met us at the front door and told us to call him if it didn't work. We proceeded to go to our room and the key did not work so we call them back and I just so happen to mention the room # we are supposed to be in that was sent to us via email and the person on the phone repeats it and says you're supposed to be in a whole different room # and floor. So we go to that room # and the door code works on that door. So we basically wasted a little over 3 hours because they sent us the wrong room # in the initial email. And it was my birthday trip. Other than that it was a decent place to stay. But I wouldn't book with them again.

There was NO breakfast.
We asked for Wheel Assessable.
We could not get his scooter in or out. had to use his walker.
Elevator super small.
Had to fold his walker to get between items.
Could not get anything on TV.
Microwave was on top of Refrigerator above my shoulder not safe to use.
One side of closet door off unable to close.
Towe rack fell off wall. No grab bars in shower.
I did not understand about checking in at room tried to find a person called number Jordon was helpful
but code did not work. Took over 30 minutes worked for two days then did not work again had to walk back
and forth length. x 3. short of breath. Finally a English speaking resident helped.
Then to top things off they schedule electric to be off right at check out 10AM to12 Noon.
got up early and left. I would Not recommend this I thought I was going to a place named Sunshine & Oceanfront and Serenity instead we were sent to Pirates Cove.

Nothing. The place was filthy, no staff available, key broke off in lock so I never entered the room. I called you, Booking. Com and the managers to complain and demand a refund which was approved.
I never received my refund… over a month later.

Having never rented a condo before I would have like to receive information on checking in and how I would get the keys before the day of check in. If I hadn’t called the company I would not have known the procedure. Many thanks to the gentleman who assisted me. Also it was a similar feeling at check out time. I wanted to make sure I left things as I should but was unsure of what I was responsible for. I thought there might be written instructions in the unit but I only received information three hours after I left. I found this a little stressful especially since the name on the “ contract” was Hideaway Cove and the actual building where the condo was was called Pirates Cove!

Amazing view. Can hear the ocean with the sliding door open and totally quiet when closed.

Location was great. Room was clean. Hairdryer, toiletries, extra beach towels and clean bath towels were very nice. Netflix option on large TV was nice. The room was clean but had previous damage from past guests that was not repaired.
Broken/safety items and parking pass not in room. I was constantly worried that my car would be towed due to no parking pass. Several signs noted that if vehicles had no pass = towed. Closet door was broken and off. Shower head pipe was not secure to wall. Power cord on floor to TV was a safety issue - not wrapped/tied. Open wall socket was not covered - children could get at wires.

Only thing I liked was be near the beach
I didn’t like that I booked a specific room with specific amenities and booking gave us a huge run around about our condo. We were supposed to get a specific condo with 2 queen beds as that’s what I chose when I booked it and oceanfront and pool view, and we didn’t get that room we were looking so forward to having, there were roaches, the room was dirty, there was pubic hairs in the bathroom drawers, a long black hair in the refrigerator and we didn’t get a front view of the beach and pool. We were stuck looking outside our balcony at another big hotel. There was only one queen bed and again it was for a family of 4! The rugs were filthy. The pool was not heated! And it was horrible! Not to mention after we booked this condo that I did a tour on, it was not the condo we booked. Then another third party lied and gave us a different room on 6th floor, then at the last minute they changed our condo to another different room. This was the worst, stressful overwhelming booking I had to go through! No one offered to do anything about this lie they continued to use! First picture is the room I paid for but that’s not the one we got.

Absolutely Amazing. So peaceful. Me and my husband can live there.
Never got a parking pass. Was not in the room. Didn't want my car towed.

Falling asleep.
The room i booked was suppose to be ocean front. And have 2 beds. This one had one bed a 2 pull out single twin beds which were hard asa rock.. I would have booked that one if I wanted it. I was suppose to be in sunshine and oceanfront but it was sunshine and skies. Also, the coffee maker didn't work.

Excellent location.
The required parking passes were not in the room and no icemakers on property.

No power for refrigerator, microwave, bathroom , hallway lights, no parking pass, no reading lamp. Furniture was worse than a Goodwill find. A/c not working properly. No on site maintenance.

The cleanliness, balcony chairs broken, blood stains on pillow and fitted bed sheet, empty water bottles under the bed, underwear inside drawers.
