The "Main Street Loft" is a luxury boutique rental located in the heart of Cottonwood’s Historic Old Town, right on Main Street. Imagined by Verde Valley locals and built from the ground up, every inch of this space is designed to create an unparalleled lodging experience. Natural light permeates every corner of this spacious condo. Completed November 21, 2020, be one of the first to enjoy this brand new, 1100 sq ft, second floor, one bedroom luxury loft/condo.
A sense of calm grandeur will wash over you the moment you enter our Main Street Loft. Purposely designed for enjoying the scenic Verde Valley landscape, floor to ceiling sliding glass doors bring the outside in. The open floor plan living room and kitchen provide endless opportunity to soak in views of the Mingus Mountains, Cleopatra Hill, and the beautiful Sycamore Canyon. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to be right at home. A KEURIG coffee maker as well as a French press coffee maker are provided. Coffee and tea are also available for your enjoyment. The master bedroom is furnished with an adjustable King bed, walk-in closet, and office space. Sliding glass doors open up into your own, secluded balcony, ideal for morning coffee or meditating. The master bathroom features his and her sinks and a large walk in shower to provide ample personal space. Enjoy the main balcony off the living room, that overlooks Main Street and is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset while you listen to music from the restaurants across the street. The living room features a 65” flatscreen Smart TV. Every room is equipped with European air conditioning splits and large ceiling fans to individually control the temperature of each room. This condo has its own washer and dryer available for guest use. We strive to only use organic, chemical free soap and cleaning products in the kitchen and bathroom. Due to the coronavirus we are following a very thorough cleaning protocol and we’re taking extra steps to clean and sanitize all surfaces between reservations.

Just a short get away of 3 nights for some golf and relaxation….the loft was just gorgeous and Patty had thought of everything….it was so nice having morning coffee on the balcony and watch people on the street…we were able to walk to everything…all in all just a wonderful stay…would highly recommend…hope to stay with them again 😊

Great location to old town Cottonwood. So many choices on dining and wine tasting rooms. Along with charming shops through out the town. Host were amazing. Property was nicely updated and very clean. There is no negatives on this home in my opinion. For sure would stay again!

Right on Main Street so it can be a bit noisy on Friday/Saturday nights. However, the bedroom is in the back of the 2nd floor unit and is very quiet. Decks are on front and back so you can catch morning and evening sunshine. The hosts are very gracious. Every detail has been considered. It’s very clean, new construction.

A conveniently located condo right on Main St. in Old Town Cottonwood. Stayed in the one bedroom condo, which is a beautifully appointed and updated space. Owners are friendly and easy to contact. Would stay there again.

My husband and I booked a stay for our 10 year wedding anniversary weekend. Patty was so sweet to leave a bottle of champagne for us at our arrival. The location could not have been more ideal, right on Main Street. We parked the car when we got there and walked everywhere the entire weekend. 10/10 would definitely stay here again.

This property had the best of everything, and we have never stayed in such a beautifully decorated place. It is in a great location to enjoy Cottonwood historic downtown and close to many attractions. The owners are so easy to work with and we had the best experience all-around in this condo.

This place is perfectly located in Old Cottonwood. Walking distance to all the great shops, restaurants, bars and wineries. Not to mention the nice deck out front to enjoy your purchases and just watch the action of Main St. Loft is supplied with everything you could think of and very comfortable. Will definitely try to book another trip up as I know the more this loft gets used the harder it will be toget a booking.

The Loft was absolutely perfect. It is beautiful inside and has all of the amenities and more. So many little touches. It was clean and cozy and walking distance to everything. I would definitely rent this place again if I could give it 10 stars I would.

We came up to enjoy the wine and the area. We have stayed here before but down stairs in the Bootlegger 2 bedroom. It is a beautiful spot but more than we need for just the wife and I. This time we stayed in the Main Street Loft. It was perfect. Much better fit for two people and we loved it. The wife and I have decided that this is where we will try to stay everytime we come up from Phoenix. Thank you for being outstanding hosts!

My fiancé and I stayed at this beautiful condo for her birthday weekend. Patty is an amazing host, she was very accommodating and quick to respond. The balcony looking over the Main Street in old town cotton wood was exactly what we needed. The ability to relax with a glass of wine over looking the town with live music right across the street was worth the price alone. 10/10 I highly recommend you stay at the lofts of Old Town.

We have stayed in VRBO’s from California to New Jersey and Patty’s place is the cleanest we seen👍👍👍. She and Michael are the best hosts possible. You will want for nothing. As far as location and activities, the Main Street Lofts are within walking distance to everything you can imagine and a short drive to anything else. If we could give them more than 5 stars we would give them 10👍👍👍. Can’t go wrong staying here. We will be back for sure!!!❤️❤️❤️

Location was absolutely perfect for our annual girls trip to go winetasting. There were six of us so we reserved both lofts. The home was beautifully designed and everything was new and comfortable and clean. Beds were large and comfy, kitchens and bathrooms were perfectly stocked, living spaces were beautiful. The outdoor space was wonderful and secure. Parking directly behind the units was helpful. The hosts are incredibly generous, and helped us with the minor issues that we had providing quick correction. You will not find a better location in old town. We were walking distance to dozens of shops, bars, restaurants, and only about a 20 minute drive to the best wineries and vineyards in the region. Highly recommend this location and we will definitely be back.

We loved staying here! The location is perfect and the loft is spacious and had everything we needed. We danced on the front patio while listening to the music at the burning cellars tasting room after a day spent wandering old town Cottonwood. Thank you for the lovely stay - we definitely will be returning!

We browsed around and saw a few other properties first and this once came up in a final search. After getting two looks at it, we thought this condo would suit what we wanted.
It surpassed all expectations! The location, the cleanliness and the ease of communication and checking in were great! I personally, am very picky about where I stay. Cause when traveling, why stay somewhere 50/50?!
As soon as we walked in. We were met with a clean, safe and spacious condo. Everything in the condo was great and easy to use. Communication back and forth with the owner was clear, easy and they were very responsive and friendly.
After one day we were already talking about staying there again! Highly recommend! This place and location are both great. Looking forward to staying here again.

In every category this VRBO rental is by far the best we have ever seen!!! The bed was amazing, the shower was amazing, the kitchen and living room were amazing. There’s not much more that I can say that has not already been said. If I could, I I would give it five stars plus. The lodging is perfect in every way. It passes my mother’s white glove test in terms of cleanliness—and she is tough. The decor is fun, but not tacky. I just loved all the touches. Moreover, the owners go to a lot of trouble to make your stay positive. For example, they knew we had flown in so probably wouldn’t have a cooler so they put one in the unit for us—and I think it was brand new! It was a godsend. You need cold water when you’re out and about in Arizona.
Furthermore, we loved that Patty and Michael lived on site. First of all, they are the nicest people you ever want to meet. In addition, they were not intrusive at all, but it was so helpful when we occasionally ran into them to get good tips for our daily excursions.
Finally, the location is perfect. A friend who goes to Sedona area quite often suggested we stay in Cottonwood instead of Sedona. She was right on! We loved being able to walk to the many fine restaurants, wine tastings, shopping, and more. Sedona is lovely and, of course, the reason we went to Arizona, but it is only twenty minutes away. You can’t walk everywhere like you can in historic Cottonwood. Also, Cottonwood is centrally located to many other local attractions.
So there you have it, the Loft on Main is a gem and it made for a perfect vacation for us.

The heart of Cottonwood
This is our second time staying at the Lofts. It is the only place we will ever stay. The Lofts are our favorite. The location is perfect, completely surrounded by good food, live evening music, and wine tasting rooms.

Gorgeous Rental
The apartment was spectacular and extremely clean. The location is perfect for all the wine tasting rooms and restaurants. We were able to walk everywhere.
Patty and Michael went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. They were amazing !!! Patty had a balloon and confetti for my husbands 50th birthday waiting in the apartment. We are already planning our trip back.

My husband and I stayed in Cottonwood while attending a wine-making class through Yavapai College. We found this gem due to the hotels all being completely booked. This apartment is in a great location, right on Main Street in Old Town. Across the street from Burning Tree Cellars, State Bar, and Bocce (recommend all three of those). A Gem on Main Street
Clean! it even smelled so nice. The property from the courtyard all through the interior was immaculate. super clean and decorated perfectly, very cozy. the bed was super comfortable as well as the pillows. the sheets were even soft and comfortable. it was our 10 year anniversary and Patty has added some decorations to welcome us. Nice touch :)
Location was perfect. Walking distance to all of Main Streets dining and wine tasting rooms. Music at Bocce at night can be heard and watched from balcony.
Owners were very responsive. Patty and Michael are amazing hosts. they are super accommodating, close if anything is needed, and are just the nicest people.
We will be back and this is our new spot to stay. Special Thank You to Patty and Michael for making everything so special.
