About this villa rental
DECEMBER 2023: Both bathrooms fully renovated, condo was repainted, and new patio furniture.
This beautifully furnished villa will allow you plenty of room for privacy and space to spread out during your stay. With an open floor plan, the first floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, family room, living room, half bath, and laundry room with a full capacity washer and dryer. The kitchen area has all of the necessities required to make delicious vacation meals, including a french door refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker, a full size range and oven, and a microwave; it also has a dishwasher to make cleaning up a breeze! The dining room has plenty of space to enjoy those meals, with a large table that seats six people, and additional seating at the kitchen’s bar. At the end of the day, you can wind down and enjoy your favorite family movies in either the family or living room, both of which are tastefully decorated and offer comfortable seating options for all of your guests. The second and third floors offer three cozy bedrooms. On the second floor, you will find two bedrooms with a shared full bathroom, one with a king size bed, and the other with 2 twin beds and a double/double bunk with a built in USB port. The third floor is dedicated to the master suite, which includes a king size bed and its own private bathroom!
When you must remain indoors, you’ll have unlimited modes of entertainment with access to a FiberOptic WiFi/Mesh Network, HDTVs in all of the rooms, and a DVD player. If you prefer to be outdoors, you can relax on the back patio on a sofa overlooking a well-maintained courtyard, barbeque a family meal on your private charcoal or gas grill, or take a dip in the complex’s swimming pool located just steps from the back patio. You can also spend the day at the beach, which is only 500 feet from the complex. If you want to be more active, a bike path crosses the front entrance of the villa and offers endless miles of biking, walking, or running, and bike rental is available within two blocks of the unit!
There is also no shortage of activities beyond the villa walls! A short drive can get you to many golf courses, Harbor Town, the Salty Dog, beach activities, antique shops, and an outlet mall. Beautiful home situated between the beach, restaurants, and shops. Although only footsteps from convenience the rental’s grounds are serene. The home has a well equipped kitchen and a spacious dining area, the indoor and outdoor gathering spaces are comfortable and have plenty of seating. Bathrooms are updated and spacious on all three floors. Bedrooms are also spacious, comfortable, and have relaxing views of palms, the courtyard, and skies. The decor throughout is beautiful with a fun twist. We very much enjoyed our time and highly recommend this vacation space to others.

Family of 6 plus mother in law- plenty of room for everyone! Property maintained wonderfully. Walkable to beach and Coligny Plaza. Rental included 5 bikes for the week at virtually no charge! Kitchen well stocked (we love to cook). Beds were very comfortable and complex was very quiet. Pool was relatively warm and so much fun for my kids! Previous renters left us boogie boards to use which was so considerate! The only constructive thing I would ask is to add additional lighting on the upper floor stairs, including landing as it is hard to see in the dark. Otherwise, perfect stay and we would definitely love to return. Thank you for sharing this beautiful townhome.

Pros-Location, Pool area, Free Bike rental plus the villa was tastefully decorated. Cons-Dirty throw rugs, visible dirt under furniture, Service area had garbage thrown everywhere, a leak came down from 2nd floor bathroom through dining area ceiling, 3rd floor bedroom is like a sauna and made sleeping miserable. Lack of cooking pans and pots. After calling the company in regards to the leak, I was a bit disappointed with the response and that they didn't offer to bring a bucket or rags to clean it up because none existed in the villa. How about offer something for our inconvenience but nope nothing was done or offered. We used a Pot from the kitchen and watched it for over 3 days leak water. Could be a really nice place with proper cleaning and obvious repairs and 3rd floor needs its own AC unit.

Was a nice place. Minimal extra sheets. Hard to reach places like behind and under beds, behind furniture and stuff was absolutely gross. Looked like a black lab has lived in there for weeks. Just not really clean. Shower had mold and smelled as such. I mean overall the place is nice. I would absolutely stay here again. Just feel it can definitely be cleaner. Reached out to the vacation rental company for a few things. They were super nice and helpful.

We have stayed at Surf Court for 4 years in a row. This was the dirtiest unit I have ever stayed in. The baseboards, blinds were dirty. There was dust near the ceilings. Don’t even look under the bathroom vanity or behind furniture. It needs a deep clean and bathrooms need updated. For the price it was not worth it.The beds were extremely comfortable, the 3rd floor was not hot like other units we have stayed in. This unit has beach chairs and boogie boards for the guests. The kitchen is well stocked, but could use a Keurig. There are a lot of beds and great space. I would like to stay here again, but it will have to be deep cleaned first, otherwise I will pick another unit.Seashore was very responsive. We had a lot of issues during the week such as a water main break, no cable or internet and a power outage. Seashore kept us updated.

Surf Court 83 is in a fantastic location. The beach is literally a 5 minute walk(I timed it multiple times 😉), and Coligny Plaza is also very walkable. The condo itself is very nicely decorated in all rooms in a beach theme. Beds were super comfy. This unit is three floors, with the main bedroom on the third floor. The stairs are rather steep leading to the 3rd, so the unit might be a challenge for people with physical limitations. The unit was very clean upon arrival, with the exception of the main bath floor rugs(which are white, so easy to identify if they are dirty). I washed then immediately, and they came clean, but unfortunately the dryer was not working(promptly rectified by the management company). The outdoor patio is one of the nicest in this development, but one piece of the outdoor sectional was rusted through and had to be removed(again by the prompt management company)for safety reasons. The unit came equipped with three very nice Tommy Bahama backpack style beach chairs which was truly convenient. One last note is that the main en suite had an overly long shower curtain suspended froma second rod(placed higher than the built in rod, that still more than hit the floor of the shower, which was kind of sloppy. That bathroom shower should be updated.

The property is in a great location. It’s across the street and walking distance from the beach. It was clean and nice on the inside and had everything we needed. We cooked almost every night and we weren’t missing anything. It also has a pool only a few steps away. The location of the property is next to Coligny square where good restaurants are and there are many close by playgrounds for children. Highly recommend staying there. We loved it!

Overall we had a very good vacation. The property needed some work the second floor shower was riddled with mold ,the toilet ran the whole time we were there. A maintenance person come over twice and couldn’t figure out how to fix it. We had to clean the overhead fans because they were disgusting with dirt. We did not want to sleep over them. We had to replace some of the lightbulbs. Two of the toilet seats were loose. We could not get the third-floor TV to work. The doorbell did not work. I would’ve thought your maintenance person would recognize this when he tried to ring the doorbell to fix the toilet & attended to this problem I do think a through maintenance review from a competent maintenance person would be in order. Other than the mentioned problems it was very nice place The office people were very nice and informative. The location was good That is one of the reasons we chose this rental.

We have stayed at Surf Court before, so we knew what we were getting into as far as location. Unit 83 was awesome, plenty of room for 3 couples and 2 kids. The only thing I think it needs is an updated beach wagon (this one is rusted out) and approx. 4 new beach chairs, (only 4 were usable, others rusted out). The owners of 81 were in town and awesome to be around, the owners of 82 (not so much, but they are not there all the time!) I would recommend surf court 83 to anyone.

This was our 3rd trip to Hilton Head and this condo was by far the best one we’ve stayed in. Just spent a month here and loved it. Location is great. Property manager was really prompt dealing with a couple of issues we had. The interior is really well laid out and tastefully decorated. We really liked that we had a patio, rather than some condos in the complex that merely had a small balcony and we used the gas BBQ often. We hope to be back here in 2023.

We visited as a family of 5 (3 teens and 2 adults) over the Christmas holidays. The rental was very clean, check-in was seamless, and communications with Seashore Vacations was fantastic. We were multiple families gathering for a reunion and all stayed in different units. The units are right across from a beautiful beach (beach supplies available in unit), near bike rentals, and convenient to grocery stores. There was plenty of room for gathering the families together in this unit with lots of plates, silverware, cooking, and serving supplies. There are grills and outdoor seating as well. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable in all rooms. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Hilton Head. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!
