25% HURRICANES DISCOUNT FOR MONTH OF DECEMBER. We were very lucky at the Madeira Norte. We lost a bunch of our landscaping and were covered in sand but other than that our building and unit were not damaged by neither Hurricanes Helene nor Milton so we are offering a 25% discount for all nights until the end of December.
Unit #411 at The Madeira Norte. It’s a recently renovated 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom vacation rental that can sleep up to 6 guests. It boasts a stunning 100% panoramic view of the beach and water from its spacious balcony. See the dolphins swim in the Gulf of Mexico while you drink your morning coffee. In the evening relax as you watch the sun slowly sink into the Gulf during one of Madeira Beach's famous sunsets.
Divide your days by lounging at the building's beautiful and ample sized pool area (located right on the beach) and strolling on Madeira's white powdery sand.
As you walk in the front door you will realize that you can already see the Gulf of Mexico. In fact, you have views from about 2/3rds of the Condo, including the master bedroom. The entire unit is furnished with beautiful clean tile flooring. When you walk into the kitchen from the entryway you will find a renovated high ceiling room with newer appliances. It has been updated with stone countertops and new cabinets. It's opposite (now widened) door leads out to the dining area.
The living room boasts of a new black leather sectional sofa containing a pull-out sleeper, a comfortable electric recliner, and a large flat screened TV to compliment it 's gulf view. The living room and master bedroom both have sliding glass door access to the double wide beachfront balcony. There is plenty of seating in the dining and living areas for your family and friends to enjoy.
The master bedroom offers a King size bed and is attached to its own private fully renovated granite and tile half bathroom and then to a second full bathroom which is also granite and tile which has a glass-doored walk-in shower.
The second or back bedroom contains 2 twin beds.
Additional amenities include free high speed wireless internet and a new private washer/dryer.
The beach is literally a few steps from the elevator, with private secure gate access limited to Madeira Norte residents.
The shared pool offers an alternative to the warm azure gulf waters, with ample poolside seating, umbrellas and bbq areas, all surrounded by lush tropical landscaping.
This condo is located on the fourth floor and is accessible by a key operated elevator, or locked stairway, making it very secure.
The Madeira Norte is located towards the southern end of the Seaside town of Madeira Beach.
We usually rent from Saturday to Saturday but if you are interestedPass and bridge are located just a few blocks to the south. The entrance to John's Pass Village and it’s World-Famous Boardwalk with its many shops, cafes, restaurants and fishing charters can be accessed directly across the street from The Madeira Norte Condominiums.
There is assigned parking space for 1 vehicle + 1 guest parking
According to building By-Laws we have a one week minimum for bookings.
We try and book only from Saturday to Saturday. If that doesn't fit your plans, please contact me thru VRBO and maybe we can accommodate you on different days of the week! (If you are interested in the 8 days on 10/24/23-11/1/23 let me know and i can manually

We had an issue when we arrived with parking and Mike answered his phone . The problem was resolved quickly and he even called back later that night to make things were still good! Very responsive owner and would definitely rent from him again. The building is small and elevators are conveniently located. Instructions were easy for check in. The rental had everything we needed. Awesome hot water and water pressure ! Beds were very comfortable with tons of pillows! Nice blackout curtains ! I slept very well!

This condo with stunning views is located in a prime location. Across the street is John’s Pass which consists of shopping, dining, bars and water excursions and cruises. The private balcony entrance from the master bedroom is the cherry on top!

The pictures don’t justify how great this place is. Mike, the host, was more than accommodating and was easily reachable. The condo had everything you could need and we instantly felt right at home. The views are amazing. We could sit out there all day and night. The location was also amazing being so close to everything and right on the trolley route. We are already looking to book our next stay.

The location, the property and the owners! Mike was quick to respond to questions. We loved staying here. Million dollar view of the beach, the ocean and perfect sunsets! Only 1 minute walk to John’s Pass. The condo was clean, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and beach supplies were plenty. And talk about a great Keurig machine that Mike supplied. Appreciated by us hard core coffee drinkers. Oh and we even had a heated pool to enjoy. We will miss seeing the dolphins everyday. It was a perfect stay!

Condo was not very clean when we arrived. Dead flies in MBR and living room. Arm of sectional was missing cushion. Slats from vertical blinds missing /broken and laying in floor behind tv. Nice location , walking distance to John’s Pass. Great beach views from balcony.

This condo unit was perfect for our family trip. The unit is immaculate with all the supplies and amenities that makes for a comfortable and fun stay. Located on the fourth floor of Madeira Norte, you get a fantastic view of the gulf as well as the convenience of John's Pass across the street. From the large balcony, we watched dolphins playing each morning and watched the beautiful sunsets in the evening. Working with Mike made everything easy, from check-in to check-out. Kids loved swimming in the outdoor pool and the gulf. This is a first class condo in a well managed complex. We look forward to a return trip in the future.

Location! Location! Location! It had everything thing one would need for a nice beach trip including beach chairs/floats etc in the master bedroom closet for use! The host Mike , was very accessible and helpful. If there was anything bad I would say the elevators were very slow (actually out of service for about a day but I did hear they were going to replace them shortly though) and it was a bit annoying to have to use key to get thru gate and to use elevator but these did nothing to stop the wonderful experience we had. Thank you mike!

The John's Pass area of Madiera Beach is a favorite. Walking distance to so many shops, eateries and activities. Love the view. Nice pool area, but not as much shade as we like. The unit was well provisioned with water, soaps and bath towels. Kitchen was well equipped. Elevator is small and slow.

This property had an excellent view and loved having Johns Pass across the street. The master bedroom needs new blinds. One slat was missing and they didn’t close right. The spare room could also use darker blinds as you get a lot of light from the hallway outside the unit at night. The unit needs new rugs and a good, thorough cleaning including the glass sliders. The couch also had one arm that was either missing or broken and the balcony needed cleaning.

Location, Location, Location! We truly enjoyed our week in paradise. I honestly think I could live on the balcony. It was heavenly! There’s nothing we needed that the condo didn’t have and so many extras that I didn’t expect (beach towels & chairs, etc). The owner responded promptly when I had questions and I will definitely be back. From 7months to my disabled husband this property worked great for my crew.

Perfect condo for the week for me and my two teenage boys. The condo is close to everything to walk to on one side and beautiful ocean views on the other. It was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and Mike was great to work with. The condo grounds and pool area are very nice and clean as well.
