Hotel rooms are good

fantastic stay

location if transiting thru Vizag, food quality is fantastic, pantry staff very helpful

There was one thing in particular which we did not like. We spotted 2 baby cockroach (photo attached for reference) on the walls, although the rooms were neat and clean. a bit more pest control is required Additionally, the below points are suggestion to help hotel improve service in no way are complaints. There was a billing communication gap which could have been managed better. Although they were kind enough to pass the benefit to me. fully respect the way this issue was handled. Secondly, there could be language gaps as all staff may not be well versed with Hindi and English, we could manage thru using simple words etc. Break fast was complementary, sufficient, fantastic taste and served hot, however human desire always wants more. A bit more options to choose from would have been a delight. Lastly, the rooms were neat and clean.

Overall stay was very pleasant

Proximity with IIM Vishakhapatnam New Campus Staff is really good, spoke hindi fluently which made the stay very admirable Very helpful and caring staff Breakfast quality and variety is good. Rates are a big on higher side but still manageable.

Not much to not like Far from main city Only useful for those who are seeking shelter nearby IIM Vizag Overall it is nice hotel to stay
