Our camper sleeps people 7 comfortably, one queen bed will sleep 2, DOUBLE bunk beds will each sleep 2 and the table can be converted to a bed that can sleep 1 or 2. This camper is easily tow-able by truck or some larger SUV s. It has power stabilizing and tongue jacks so you do not have to do anything by hand. Camper has an outdoor fridge and stove, power awning with LED lights. Inside has full fridge and freezer. Rental Includes: Pillows, All the beds are covered with sheets and we provide light blankets. Feel free to bring your own sleeping bags or additional bedding, as well as bath towels. There is a camping mat for use under the awning for less debris inside the camper. The kitchen is equipped with a set of pots and pans, cooking utensils, paper plates and cups. We provide Hand soap, Paper towels, dish-washing soap, garbage bags, toilet paper, Drain hose, Dustpan & Broom, and Water hose. Dogs are welcome with pet fee but no cats due to allergies. REQUIREMENTS TO TOW THIS CAMPER: You need to have experience with backing up and maneuvering a trailer. This camper tows with bigger SUVs or 1/2 ton vehicle or larger. Check your vehicles owner’s manual for weighing and towing information. Your vehicle should be able to tow 5,000 pounds at least to tow this camper. This camper weighs: Approximately 3,730 pounds unloaded. Approximately 1,000 pound carrying capacity. 1 Propane tanks We can provide a weight distribution hitch if needed. We require use of a trailer hitch lock whenever you unhook the unit from your vehicle. You must have a 2 inch hitch receiver. It is a 2- 5/16 inch ball is included. Per Minnesota State law, you must have an electric brake controller and trailer light wiring, they must be in complete working order prior to leaving with the unit.
