Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a private pool, hot tub and 2 outside showers. Inside you'll find a Recroom with pool table and kitchenette with sink, microwave and full size refrigerator, 2 King Master Bedrooms (one with flat-screen TV), media room with 60" TV, 5 disk CD/DVD changer, surround bar and tiered seating. Elevator access to all levels, laundry area with washer and dryer and a half bath with pool access.
Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access, Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access, 2 Master Bedrooms each with 2 Bunk Sets and flat-screen TVs (1 with deck access) and a Recroom with TV, foosball table and deck access.
Top Level: Great room with TV/DVD and deck access, kitchen with 2 dishwashers and breakfast bar seating 7, dining room seating 12 with sound views, loft and half bath. 2 King Master Bedrooms with flat-screen TV and deck access (1 with Jacuzzi tub).
Extras: Private Pool (15 x 38), Hot Tub (8), ELEVATOR, 10 TVs/DVD players, sound bar, media room, high chair, pool table, foosball table, corn hole boards, 2 outside showers, gas grill, kitchenette, 2 full size refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves, gas fireplace (available November 1-April 30), kitchenette, public water and linens and towels provided. No Smoking. Dogs Welcome (2 max). Full week rentals only. Distance to beach access: 1150'. House Address: 1068 Corolla Drive. Beds: 5 Kings, Queen, 4 Bunk Sets. Key Type: Keyless Entry. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundles in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 2 bath towels per person the house sleeps, 1 wash cloth per person, 2 hand towels per bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
This property does NOT offer beach chairs.
