This home is spectacular! Love the kitchen- living area that opens out to the beautiful pool! So close to Naples beautiful beach and exclusive restaurants and shopping. My stay was just perfect! The hosts are wonderful to work with also!

The home was beautiful and peaceful. The beach was an eight minute walk and near 5th Avenue and Port Royal. The beach is private and beautiful. The homeowners are a sweet and respond quickly to a text or call. I left my medicine at the house and they sent it to my home by mail. I could not recommend this home more. Beautiful views and the house is clean. The kitchen beautiful and spacious. In the master bathroom there is a beautiful outdoor shower. Beautiful vacation home for anyone looking for a place to stay!

This home was beautifully decorated and the location in Aqualane Shores was so convenient for walking to the beach and great shopping & restaurants. We enjoyed everything about this home especially the pool & hot tub, outdoor TV area, and beautiful kitchen. We loved Naples and staying in this home!

We always pay special attention to the reviews when renting a property. This one was special! If anything the pictures don’t truly represent how nice the property is. The location is awesome and so close to everything that is high end in Naples. The backyard is an oasis that lends the opportunity to see the passing boats and yachts but also gives ample privacy. Every finish in the house reeks of luxury. if you choose to cook, every sub-z and Wolf appliance will meet your needs and if you are more into the grill, it’s so nice and has all of the amenities.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are well appointed and the house has a great flow. We simply loved our time here and couldn’t have been more pleased with our setup. And as a bonus the owners were super easy to communicate with. Definitely would go back!!

Family Friendly Gem
Great location, short drive to 3rd street shopping, restaurants and the beach (which all are also walkable, 15 minutes or so) The house is perfect for a group of any size. Four of us stayed at the house but we hosted two large family dinners and had plenty of space. We even used the dock for pick-up and drop-off for a pontoon boat ride. The house has everything you could need for a weeks stay (I even found the packing tape I needed!).

The house is absolutely beautiful and exactly as it is pictured online. The hosts have thought of everything and all of the little touches and comforts of home. Great pool, safe location, short walk to the beach. The Naples beaches are beautiful and you can’t beat the sunsets. Loved every day of our vacation.

We really enjoyed our time staying at this home. The location is perfect it’s only a short walk to the beach and a 1 minute drive or short bike ride to downtime Naples. We enjoyed the restaurants and shopping in downtown Naples. Several days of R&R spent out by the pool soaking up the Florida sun. Will definitely be coming back to Naples!

Perfect Family Oasis
We couldn’t have been more thrilled with the house - it’s even more unreal when you arrive. The pool was perfect for our family and friends - we had kids ranging from infants - three. The dock was so peaceful to sit by- we saw many dolphins! The walk to the beach was very short and also to downtown. The house truly had everything you could imagine to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We cannot wait to go back again!

Perfection!
This was our first time in Naples and we had the most wonderful experience at this impeccably gorgeous home. My husband and I were traveling solo and the house was considerably spacious for just the two of us. We spent quite a bit of time daydreaming about which of our friends we'd bring with us next time! There is plenty of space and privacy for 3 couples or of course a big family. We’d return in a heartbeat!
Did I mention how gorgeous the house is?! It’s over the top FANTASTIC! Everything we could have possibly needed was there; the home is both grand and cozy; I really can't say enough great things other than the photos are completely representative of this home's elegance; the entire neighborhood is off-the-charts beautiful.
It’s also a quick walk to some great restaurants as well as the beach. We rented a kayak for the duration of our stay (launch from the backyard!) and spent hours exploring the area. We also rented SUPs but the water was choppy with boat traffic and they kayak was more enjoyable. We saw a ton of dolphins!
Communication with the hosts was perfect as well. They seem like lovely people and I’m so happy for them that they own this fabulous home! 5 stars all the way!

A slice of paradise!
The house and location are even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. We had such an amazing time at Jim and Vickie’s beautiful home. We spent most of our time in the backyard in the pool or at the beach down the street. Downtown area with cute shops and restaurants close by and easy to walk to. The house comes with everything you need for a relaxing and beautiful getaway vacation. Thank you so much Jim and Vickie! I will definitely be back!

This is an exceptional property and location of Old Naples is in your destination. Easy walk to the beach, close proximity to shopping /restaurants ( a short drive for most).

The outdoor space was ideal for grilling and hanging by the pool. We did a pontoon ride in the back bay and enjoyed being out on the water. No hesitation in going back.

We could not have been happier with this beautiful Naples home, the only thing nicer were the owners Jim and Vicki. It is in walking distance to the beach, town, or you have the bikes that they had available. The outside is just as spectacular as the inside. There was so much for everyone to do or just sit around the pool and relax. This was a great family getaway, we would absolutely be back. That you so much Jim and Vicki for sharely your beautiful home with us.
