Condo Has WiFi And Three Flat Screen TVs , Ruko Streaming Sticks On All Three TV's.
Price Also Includes RESERVED Private Indoor Covered Parking Spot. You Also Have Access To A Heated Saltwater Pool, Private Beach, Lagoon, Nature Trail, Fitness Room Recreational Center, Tennis, And Pickle Ball. Washer & Dryer In The Building.

This Gated Island Community Has 24hr Security And Is A 5 Minute Drive To Local Restaurants And 8 Minutes To Shopping Centers.

Rules For The Condo & Building
* Renters must show their parking permit to enter the property each time when entering the complex.
*Parking pass must be kept on the dash board while parked in the parking lot or parking garage.
*NO hanging clothing or towels over the railing on the balcony.
*Loss of KeyFobs are additional fee of $50.00
*All Vendors and deliveries are to be announced to the Guard House as soon as they are scheduled. I will provide the number once you are booked.
*This is a Smoking Free building.
*No smoking is allowed on the pool deck, the promenade deck, or the grounds except in designated areas. Tobacco products are not to be dropped from balconies and must be disposed of in ashtrays.
*The renter will obey all the rules and regulations of the landlord and building property.
*PETS -Absolutely NO animals/Pets (Dogs, Cats, Birds, Reptiles )
are allowed to be kept in or about the Property not even for visitors.
*Children must be MUST be supervised at all time while on the balcony .
*The Renter takes full responsibility for any incidents/ accidents
while in the condo and or on the balcony.
*The Renter and members of the Renter’s household will not smoke nor vape anywhere inside the condo nor permit any guest or visitors to smoke or vape inside the condo
*Smoking is only permitted only on the  balcony with siding doors closed.

Very clean and well maintained!! Beds were comfortable and kitchen had plenty of room to cook!! Balcony gives you an absolutely amazing view of the Lagoon and Gulf!! You will not be disappointed!! Owner was very communicative and super nice!!

This place was very quiet and very comfortable. Everything was super clean. The manager was great. I was super happy with the whole experience. we got to see stingrays and one dolphin while drinking coffee on the balcony. There are nice clean washers and dryer’s on all even floors of the condos. everything is well maintained. Body wash and shampoo were provided in both bathrooms. Also nice hand soap. Plenty of blankets and pillows provided lots and lots of dishes and cooking utensils. I’d love to come back another time.

Diana, As soon as we entered your condo we were drawn to the view from this upper floor balcony. Having my hot morning coffee out there was amazing, we saw dolphin, stingrays, manatee, sunsets, along with the amazing full view of the Gulf. Your contact with me before and throughout the visit was some of the best I've encountered during my travels and renting through VRBO. I will not hesitate to rent your place again! Cheers, Jim

We love this place! The host was amazing and communicated with us all the way through our stay! We had everything that we needed and more! The views are breathtaking, the property is maintained with excellence and everything was clean and beautifully decorated! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I would definitely stay here again!

We truly enjoyed our stay. It was a beautiful condo that was clean and had adorable furnishings. We loved the pool and enjoyed fishing in the lagoon. It was wonderful to drink coffee in the morning and watch dolphins, manatees or sting rays playing in the lagoon. Diana was wonderful to work with. We had a small incident that caused damage to the condo and Diana‘s initial response was of concern for our well-being. We purchased the $59 insurance so she reassured me everything would be taken care of and wanted us to enjoy our time, without worry. She even gave us a welcome surprise that was unexpected and sweet. It was a great few weeks. I would highly recommend this property.

Family getaway

This was the perfect spot for our family!The views were beyond amazing, we watched dolphins in the lagoon every night just before sunset! Lots for our teenage son to do and he even made a friend :) The driving distance to local attractions was convenient and there was lots to do. We found Tarpon Springs and Sun West beach to be our favorites (as well as the outlet mall for mom). The host Diana was a pleasure to work with and we look forward to future stays!

My high school friend and I stayed here for a girl's trip. We had an amazing time! The condo was beautiful with great views. Very clean and comfy. We had the best time! Diana is a wonderful host!

First... The pictures do not convey the very best, ocean-front view you can ever imagine. The water was so clear we could see the sting rays under the water, fish leaping into the air and dolphins daily. We lived on that balcony for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We loved the 2 mile nature trail that's on the property. Wear good shoes! The unit is gorgeous, roomy, and quiet. VERY well stocked (thanks for the coffee pods!!). But ... bring a roll of quarters for washing machines. The pool is the biggest I've ever seen. Definitely bring floaties for kids because it's deep. Yet, the private beach is very tiny so we drive 3 miles to another state beach and was totally satisfied. The resort is quiet, safe, and friendly. Expect a great response from the owner for any and all your questions! This unit, Diana, and this resort is a hidden gem.... shhhh don't tell anyone. 😉
