Villa Helena: Total internal living space: 155 M2.Total house area 200 M2.The house is in a land property of 4,2 acres together with Villa Eirini which is detached.The villa sleeps 6-8 persons in three bedrooms and has three bathrooms. The kitchen consists of a dinning table for 6 persons, fully equipped with all the necessary utensils including a juice extractor, a multi mixer, a steam cooker, a toaster, a sandwich toaster, 4 cooker rings, oven with grill, a cooker hood, a big refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, a coffee machine espresso and a dishwasher. Living room: consists of 2 sofas with a capacity of 3 persons each. There is also 1 lounge chair, a fire place, wireless home theatre, stereo with radio functions, P/S3, Wi-Fi internet connection, board games and a variety of movies (DVD’s) to watch. The villa has a private swimming pool 5x 8 meters and 1.8 meters maximum depth. There is a stone BBQ area with a covered patio and a marble table for 6-8 persons.

The 200 m2 internal space consists of the following levels:

0-Α level
On the first level a large bedroom with en-suit bathroom is located. The bedroom is equipped with a King size bed, a sofa bed, furniture with mirror, a spacious wardrobe, 22' TFT TV and a HI-FI system. It is accessible indoors and outdoors through an independent entrance.
The bathroom is fully equipped and contains a Jacuzzi bathtub.

0-B level
The second level includes a bedroom with balcony and a bathroom with bathtub. The room is equipped with two single beds, a spacious wardrobe, a bookcase, a furniture with mirror, a TFT 22' TV and a HI-FI system.

1-A level
On this level you can find a spacious living room with an open kitchen accessible both by the central entrance and by an assisting entrance as well as a balcony with view.
The living room offers a comfortable lounge with a fireplace, a Smart TV with satellite channels, a home cinema with USB entrance, PS3 console with games and a HI-FI system.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven with grill, 4 cooker rings, a microwave oven, a dish washer, a coffee maker for filter coffee and espresso, cooking kitchenware, a big refrigerator with freezer, serving utensils, a baby chair and a dining table.
In the balcony a sitting lounge and two recliners are situated.

1-B level
On the upper level a bedroom with a a bathroom is situated. The bedroom offers a double King size bed, a spacious wardrobe, a bookcase, a furniture with a mirror, 22’ TFT TV and a HI-FI sound system.
The bathroom includes a shower with hydro massage.

Great family holiday - Wonderful villa, stunning views, v friendly and helpful owner… even giving lifts from supermarket as we had no car. Great patio, BBQ and pool area. The only downside for us was the very steep walk back up from the beach area in the very high temperatures - maybe a car would have been a good idea!

What a beautiful villa ! The views, the swimmingpool, the nearby restaurants, it could not be better ! Eirini was the perfect hostess, so nice and easy to reach. Everything was in walking distance, the only challenge was the walk back home to the villa 🙂

We had a fabulous week at Villa Helena, the view from the pool and BBQ area is spectacular. Whether its whiling away a day watching the windsurfers or floating on a lilo in the pool the villa is a spacious haven to relax and unwind. Being able to walk down the the beach, to the supermarket or get a short cab to the port for diner was fantastic. We would highly recommend this as a great place to stay and Eirini was fabulous whenever we had and questions or needed any help.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. From the moment we arrived Eirini ensured we had everything we needed and dealt with any minor problems quickly and efficiently. This is a villa with a wonderful view from every window. Vasiliki is typical of a Greek fishing port. It has a village feel at the end where the villa is and is bustling around the port area. 5 minute walk to about 6 tavernas and a supermarket as well as the beach. Probably about another 20 minute stroll to the port area. The villa is good quality and has everything you need for a relaxing quiet time. As good as it is, there is a reason the views are so good as the villa is up on the hillside overlooking the bay. The walk back up from Vasiliki is steady on the roadway but very steep when you come to the villa driveway. My wife and I are both in our sixties and reasonably fit but for anyone who has walking difficulties it is best to avoid. If you are fit enough though then do it as I have never spent so much time admiring the view on holiday. Thanks Eirini you are a wonderful host.

One often looks at an advert and wonder how accurate the pictures actually are of the property and location. Well this beautiful Villa exceeded it with its stunning location and views. I cannot imagine there is a better one in the whole of Lefkada. The views from every part of the villa were beautiful to the point of not wanting to go out!! Eirini the owner was excellent with her communication and was there to meet us on arrival and always quick to answer any questions. The week went far too quickly and I would highly recommend it .

Amazing villa and location

A lovely place to spend a holiday. Authentic greek atmosphere both in the villa and the village of Vasiliki. Absolutely stunning vue over the see and the mountains from the villa and pool area. Calm and relaxing surroundings. Nice and well organized host. Both we and our kids would be happy to return there another time.

The villas are gorgeous and the owner is very kind and helpful. The house is extremely well equipped and very clean.The wifi signal is very strog, covering the entire property. The pool is big (cleaned every morning) and the view over the bay of Vasiliki is amazing. In my opinion, Vassiliki is the best option for accommodation in Lefkada. When I return to Lefkada, I will definitely choose Calmwave villas again.

The location, the view, everything was spectacular

Location and views are stunning, right above Vasiliki Bay, literally 5 min walking from beach and tavernas. The villa is new and looks like on the pictures. Is in verry good condition, clean, more than fully equipped, the pool is cleaned every morning and the outdoor area is offers a variety of places to eat, drink, party and chill. The property provided wifi/internet access verry good froom all the parts. The owner is a wanderful woman. Vasiliki golf is the place to be for watersports and is near the most beautiful beaches of the island. There is nothing we did not like about this property. I recommend the location from all my heart, it is perfect for all kind of groups (young/with children/older).

Best location in Vassiliki

This villa is very well equipped and clean. The location is fantastic, a 2 minutes walk to the Vassiliki beach. But the most stuning think about this villa is the view above the Vassiliki bay. Every day I woke up early in the morning before my friends just to sit on the balcony to see the Bay. We also had a great time at the pool. The owner, Eirini, is a very kind and warm person and her tips were helpful to know some of the region's attractions. I belive this villa has the best location in Vassiliki. I allready recommend this villa and the island to my friends and familly.
