We've designed our outdoor deck area to provide the amenities that will quickly melt away any stress you've brought with you. Start off the morning enjoying your coffee on the porch marveling at the most stunning sunrise. Our outside dining makes even the basic meal enjoyable as you dine with the mountains as your backdrop. Bearfoot Escape consists of 3 spacious king suites, full bathrooms in each suite, and another half bath on each floor. The efficient split floor plan has a large kitchen, living, and dining area on the main (upstairs) floor with one suite and one half bath; and full game room, two king suites, and another half bath on the lower level. Both floors have covered decks with a different view for everybody's preference! Outdoor cooking, seating, and relaxing is offered throughout each deck including a hot tub (privately off the back), outdoor dining table, rocking chairs, fire pit, and patio heater. Parking is available for up to three cars.
As you enter the cabin, you'll be struck by the beauty of the main floor entertaining area. Furnishings of the cabin are comfortable and accommodating for a party of eight. Wood floors and ceilings throughout the cabin set the tone for your relaxing retreat. Show off your culinary skills in our gourmet kitchen with new appliances, beautiful countertops, and fully-stocked cupboards. If you're a grill master we haven't forgotten you. On the deck is a gas grill waiting to be fired up to prepare your steaks, burgers, and chicken. Enjoy that meal with a glass of wine outdoors by our outdoor gas fire pit.
Downstairs you'll find a spacious game room, where the competitive juices start flowing across games of pool, foosball, and plenty of classic table-top board games. The game room also includes ample seating (a comfortable love seat and pull-out sofa), a flat screen TV, and access to a covered deck and hot tub. Full laundry can be found in the utility closet right off the game room.
Our 2,300 square foot cabin comfortably accommodates groups of 1–8 guests and provides vacation amenities throughout. This property was perfect for me and my kids who are 25 and 28 years old.

Booking a place is always so stressful for me, I'm super particular, but, after reading reviews and looking at dozens of properties, I decided on Bearfoot Escape. We couldn't have been happier! From the breathtaking views to the momma bear and her cubs, everything exceeded our expectations! We will definitely return!

What a beautiful house and view. Our first time to the area. The house is just as pictured and super clean! The owner was very responsive and available. Our teens loved having the extra space & bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked. Everyone complemented the comfort of the king mattresses. The layout is perfect for entertaining and having separate areas for teens/adults. We used the community pool & courts at the top of the hill and we used that parking lot as a turn around area to get into the driveway. The view from the community center is also amazing! We had a large SUV and it was much easier to pass the driveway and turn around in our opinion. The roads are intense in this area but worth it for the view. We were all amazed to see the Mama bear and her two cubs. This house is the perfect location to all Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge activities.

Gorgeous views, beautiful home, oh and a few bears came by!! Loved the pool table, foosball and the hot tub!! It was close to everything, yet felt like we were far enough away (which we thoroughly enjoyed).
4.8
Our stay was wonderful. Host was responsive, everything was as he said it would be and the property was clean, spacious and nicely appointed with good directions and care. Highly recommend and if we ever come back to the area, we will stay here again
4.8
The property was so clean! The layout was great for our family of seven...decorated beautifully! After spending a day hiking in the Smokies or in Gatlinburg mini golfing or Pigeon Forge at Dollywood the house was so nice to come home to. There was a mini library for readers, a foosball table and pool table in the game room, a hot tub, and the deck to sit and relax and enjoy the views. It was a five minute windy ride up the hill to get to it and you had to be very careful in and out of driveway but all of the properties in the development seemed to have that issue.
4.8
We had a wonderful time at this house on our vacation. It's very clean and well maintained. My kids loved the game room and the hot tub was very relaxing.
4.8
Perfect location between pigeon forge and gatlinburg. Lovely home with all the amenities. Recommend!
4.8
Overall the house was great. Would highly recommend. Pictures are accurate. 3 bedrooms each with own bathroom and 2 more 1/2 bathrooms. Gameroom downstairs with pool table and foosball. Great location as about 1/2 way between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but more closer to downtown Gatlinburg. Showers had decent pressure and kitchen well stocked with everything you need. The driveway is a little tricky but manageable but do recommend if coming up from the Gatlinburg welcome center side you really should drive past it and do a uturn to come up from that direction up the driveway. Views were great. Only downside was their was a house being built just up the road so could hear typical construction noise when sitting on the balcony for breakfast but wasn’t too loud. Quiet in the house. Maybe could use some darkening shades on the front bedrooms as gets bright with the rising sun. Again, overall was great for our trip with ideal location, private, 3 bedrooms was perfect for our family with own bathrooms, and plenty of space to chill upstairs or downstairs on the couches and TV. Also Brandon (owner) was quick to reply to questions and very helpful with sending info and access to place was easy. Certainly will stay again on a future trip.

Great spot for family gathering!! We had three couples and all had their own bedroom/bathroom with king size beds!! There are 2 additional bathrooms as well. Lots of great room space for families to gather and interact with one another! House is perfectly located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg making getting to outings easy and time friendly! We were blessed to have a mama bear and her 3 cubs come right up to the property for a visit. The cubs climbed and played in the trees while mom was checking everything out!!!! So cool!!!!

4.8
Nice place. Clean , safe and great view. No negatives from us.
4.8
We loved this rental and will definitely be staying here next year. We come the same week every year and this has been one of the best cabins we’ve ever stayed in. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the driveway but we had no issues.
4.8
What a fantastic place. The home was well equipped with all the amenities you could ask for. This place was convenient to all the shops, skiing, and restaurants. We really, however just loved hanging out together in this beautiful cabin. Thanks for having us, we hope to be back!
4.8
We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and in a good location.
4.8
This cabin is close to town and easy to get to. In all the years that we have been visiting Gatlinburg I have never found a place that I liked as much as this one, everything clean, a wonderful view, we saw bears, we spent some incredible days in this house, super recommended guys
4.8
We enjoyed how well organized the home was and all of the amenities that came with the home.
I was extremely disappointing to see that someone destroyed the surface of the Shuffleboard, we went to play it and the pucks weren't sliding right, once I cleared the sand off it was like someone sprayed liquid directly on the board and let it eat through the finish to the cardboard like material underneath. Thankfully there was still Pool and foosball.
The toilets are so new that they are difficult to flush and two of us had to take the toilet tanklids off to manually pull the lever- Those cheap plastic mechanisms they put in new toilets now is unfortunate. The shower and sinks drain very slow and back up which leaves that soap residue when you are done, that was unfortunate.
The kitchen is stocked with all kinds of dishes and well organized and labeled. Every room had a heated electric fireplace which was awesome. We couldn't figure out how to work the living room fireplace upstairs in the main room, the remote was missing.
Be prepared that the driveway is difficult to access for large vehicles turning in as you come up the mountain, it's a very sharp right turn and we had to drive past and turn around and come back down, or back in to the driveway.
While we liked the house overall, the quirks in plumbing, the shuffleboard, and accessibility to the driveway make it an uncomfortable to stay for too long.
4.8
The cabin was everything that was pictured. We had an amazing stay!
4.8
What a great property. Communication was easy with the owner and unit was exactly as described. Three bedrooms with on suites. Five bathrooms total. Great game room. Fireplaces everywhere and a great hot tub. Minutes to pigeon forge and gatlinburg and over mountain.
Nice to have toiletries and starters like coffee upon arrival. Loved the deck and grill. Has a great kitchen. Lots of blankets and great space to spread out. We had an infant so we appreciated the port a crib ,high chair and gates. Wonderful property. Thanks for some great memories.
4.8
Great views, really clean & not too far from the strip. Def would stay here again!!
4.8
This property would beautiful and well supplied! Highly recommend! The views…the space… and the bears! We will be back!

My wife and I visit Gatlinburg once a year. And every time we stay in a Cabin. This Cabin was the Best one by far. It was so CLEAN. The kids enjoyed the game room. This cabin felt like home .
4.8
This was one of my favorite properties I've been to in Gatlinburg. The chalet was very clean and had everything needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We expecially enjoyed the front porch watching the amazing sunrises and in the evenings sitting around the fire pit watching an occasional bear stroll through. I would highly recommend the property.
4.8
We loved the property location, the views, and plenty to keep our kids busy.
4.8
We loved our stay at Bearfoot Mountain Chalet! The property was clean and perfect for our party of three couples. We especially appreciated the fact that there were 3 master suites, so each couple had their own bathroom. The views were spectacular with some particularly gorgeous sunrises. Overall a wonderful way to enjoy the Smoky Mountains.
4.8
Owner was very easy to work with and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at “Bearfoot Escape”. I have been going to Gatlinburg for the past 35 years and this was the only place that I’ve ever seen Bears. We saw Bears almost everyday at this cabin. The driveway is very narrow and a little tricky, but after you drive it a couple of times you get the hang of it pretty quick. Furnished and decorated very well.
You will not be disappointed!
4.8
Clean neat, since the bears are active in the area the hot tub should be screened in to give users some piece of mind and protect them from any uninvited guest. Also the outside heaters were difficult to get working.
4.8
The place is wonderful. My granddaughter loved seeing the bears. We saw bears four different times. We loved waking up early, having our morning coffee on the deck and watching the sunrise. It was perfect with the three king suites for our whole family.
4.8
A beautiful cabin with the most amazing view! We saw bears everyday! Keep your doors locked, they (the bears) tried all week to get into my sons truck. We loved the cabin so much that we will rent again! The owner was very easy to talk with and answered any questions that we had. I would and will recommend to family and friends! Thank you for an amazing family vacation, with lots of memories
4.8
The house was beautiful along with the views. Very spacious living and relaxing. We saw bears each of the 6 days we were there. Cooking on the grill seemed to bring the bears out of the woods sniffing!! The sunrise was gorgeous. Close to local attractions and pizza can be delivered. This is a place we will be visiting again.
4.8
House was great. A/C worked too good had to turn it off as not to freeze. Parking was disappointing since we drove antique cars it looked from the photos as being wide enough to turn around in. Very tight. Overall a great place and nice location
4.8
Very comfortable; great location; surrounded by trees; well maintained and stocked. Beds are very comfortable; roomy; and great view of mountains.
