About this house rental

A beautiful luxury bayside villa just steps from the water, professionally decorated, features luxury amenities including a walk-out from the living room area to a private deck and then marina area. Go fishing or crabbing right outside your door. The master bedroom suite is a dream come true - beautiful tiled shower, jetted tub, chair height commode and more. The gourmet kitchen will please your senses. This 3 bedroom villa will sleep 8, features high speed internet, Wifi, a smart television, ceiling fans in every room and a full-size washer and dryer. An easy stroll takes you to downtown restaurants, shops, movies, firemen's carnival, pony penning activities and more. Sunset Bay Villas also features a pool and fitness room for your enjoyment, as well as a large marina area. Enjoy waking to a waterfront view and the sounds of water lapping at the dock. Please Note: This villa does not have access to a boat slip.

nice pace, 3rd year staying here...dont think we will be coming back, out of 6 days we would have spent on the beach, we only used 3 days..nasty hurricane weather caused us to leave early...nothing to do in Chincoteague in bad weather..3 days costs us $2100.

We truly enjoyed Sunset Bay Villa 101, The condo had everything we needed and more, The location was great for paddle boarding. The patio was so comfortable to sit watch the most beautiful sunsets. We will definitely be coming back.

location if sunset bay villas 101 is conveniently located near the parking lot so very easy access to your car. Being on the end at the 1st floor has its pros and cons. Pros include direct access to the bay for fishing, crabbing, kayaking etc. Cons include that it is a relatively high traffic area with people walking by frequently to fish or to walk their dogs to the grassy area to the side of condo. The view is pretty nice but you are directly next to the coast guard station which is unsightly. the interior of the condo is beautiful. nicely decorated and clean. But the furniture needs updated in a serious way. One if the couches has a cover over it in order to hide the torn cushions that literally have stuffing oozing out of them. the two loveseats are white and very dirty. The worst part of staying in this particular condo are the neighbors in the floor directly above us in 202. They have small children that use the floor as a running track from 7am-10pm daily. It's a beautiful unit, you couldn't get a better location, and it's so nice to be on the end with a view from two sides. We would definitely stay here again. The experience and accommodations were wonderful. Identification of our boat slip number would be beneficial prior to our arrival especially when you check in on a Sunday and the office is closed. Suite 101 was our best experience to date in Chincoteague with regard to living quarters. The beds were comfortable, the main living area was comfortable and the kitchen offered everything we needed. A couple of minor notes for the home owners consideration. The blender was not working. Water damage and some mold beginning to appear around the master bedroom shower. We would definitely like to return.

We had a wonderful week here! This unit is outstanding! You couldn't get a better location! We loved every minute of our week there, and we would definitely rent this unit again! Three friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Unit 101. Everything was clean, amenities plentiful, and the furniture was, unusually, very comfortable. Location on the water and close to everything in town was perfect. Would definitely return.

We had a great time and loved the location right on the water. Coffee on the patio in the morning and drinks at night with the sunset. The condo was clean and comfortable, and Lea answered our questions quickly. We'll be back!

My family really enjoyed our stay. The beds are comfortable, it’s very clean, a beautiful view, a walkable neighborhood, and pretty childproof-friendly. My only recommendation would be to wash the comforters, mattress covers more frequently as I am very sensitive to dust mites and noticed the need.
