one of the best location and organised stay

We recieved the information by whats app about how to get there ,and where and how to access keys and car park ,and everything went so someth;y , the appartment wa sfine for us clean and everything we needed for a 4 day stay for two people . The location was exellent so close to shopping malls and the old center of Ipoh , The admin for booking in and out was the very best 110 % very good .There was a running track on the 8th floor and a good swimming pool , even you gid not have to wait for the lifs so quick and smooth .we will come again

Leakage and clog

The space and brightness.

Water leaking in the master room and water clog in the second room. Drainage wasn't good. Management knows about these but no action has been taken.so far. No proper door in the master room toilet.

Breakfast not available... Location is wonderful

-No indoor slippers as the floor was toooo cold ..for elderly.. -corridor , little dark cos few light bulbs not working.

Great location near to the great eatery location

The place is spacious and complete kitchen. Got fridge. Good space for a family and very near to the tourist eatery spot.

The water pressure slow. And sometimes the water heater not functioning. Otherwise the rest is great.

suggest to add a lock from inside property as the old school lock n key is used. key could had been duplicated making me feel unsafe

good location at centre of town.

The old coffee damage table at living hall should have replaced with a new one. It give low impression at first sight the moment we enter the unit. Shower cubicle was exceptionally small.

Real good experience to stay here to celebrate Chinese New Year in Ipoh town centre.

Location is excellent. Finding food is no problem at all.

Exceptional

The location of the apartment was great and the studio is very spacious for a couple. Theinstructions from the host were excellent and responsive. The host even promptly providedlots of info on eating places around the Octagon. Thank you.

The pillows were not too comfortable.
